Abstract

Detailed Description
The following detailed description of embodiments of the present invention will be made with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.

It should be noted that the above is only an optional example, and the vehicle 300 may also receive the internet of vehicles service provided by the cloud machine 110 directly through the mobile network, which should be understood to be within the scope of the present invention.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the in-vehicle machine control request comprises a vehicle operation request:
the cloud machine 110 includes:
a communication module for communicating with the terminal 200;
and the central control module is used for generating corresponding vehicle operation information according to the vehicle operation request received by the communication module from the terminal 200 and sending the vehicle operation information as a response to the terminal 200 through the communication module.
Among them, the vehicle operation request may be opening/closing of a window, opening/closing of an auto cruise, seat position adjustment, and the like.
Therefore, vehicle operation can be achieved through the cloud vehicle machine.
It should be noted that the above is only an optional example, and the central control module may also be configured to generate corresponding vehicle operation information according to the vehicle operation request received by the communication module from the terminal 200 and send the vehicle operation information as a response to the networking module 310 of the vehicle 300 through the internet of vehicles server 120, which should be understood to be within the scope of the present invention.
Further, the vehicle machine control request may further include one or more of the following: the cloud machine 110 may further include one or more of the following: the system comprises an entertainment module, a navigation module and a human-computer interaction module.
Therefore, vehicle network services such as entertainment, navigation and human-computer interaction can be realized through the cloud vehicle machine.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the car networking cloud service platform 100 further includes a memory for storing user data of the vehicle 300 (for example, data of settings of the user on the app itself and data of settings of the user on the vehicle in the app), and the car cloud machine 110 or the terminal 200 (for example, the app of the terminal 200) may call the user data of the vehicle 300 in the memory, and combine with standard car networking services of the car cloud machine 110 to form the user car networking service.
Therefore, customized Internet of vehicles service can be provided, and vehicle operation is convenient to realize.
A car networking system 1000 according to another embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 and 2.
As shown in fig. 2, the car networking system 1000 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes: terminal 200, vehicle 300, and car networking cloud service platform 100.
Wherein the car networking cloud service platform 100 is any one of the car networking cloud service platforms 100,
the terminal 200 is configured to send a car machine control request to the cloud car machine 110 of the cloud service platform, and receive a response sent by the cloud car machine 110 based on the car machine control request. The vehicle networking cloud service platform of claim 3, wherein the vehicle machine control request further comprises one or more of an entertainment operation request, a navigation operation request, and a human-computer interaction request, and accordingly the vehicle machine further comprises one or more of an entertainment module, a navigation module, and a human-computer interaction module.
5. A vehicle networking system is characterized by comprising a terminal, a vehicle and a vehicle networking cloud service platform,
the Internet of vehicles cloud service platform according to any one of claims 1 to 4,
the terminal is used for sending a vehicle machine control request to a cloud vehicle machine of the cloud service platform and receiving a response sent by the cloud vehicle machine based on the vehicle machine control request;
the vehicle comprises a networking module and an electronic control unit, the networking module comprises a signal conversion module, the terminal sends the response to the signal conversion module of the networking module, the signal conversion module converts the response into a vehicle readable signal, and the electronic control unit realizes corresponding control according to the vehicle readable signal.
6. The Internet of vehicles system of claim 5, wherein the terminal is networked through the networking module of the vehicle to send the vehicle control request to the Internet of vehicles cloud service platform and receive the response from the Internet of vehicles cloud service platform.
7. The vehicle networking system according to claim 6, wherein the terminal is a mobile device or a vehicle-mounted terminal, and the mobile device comprises a mobile phone or a tablet computer.
8. The vehicle machine control method based on the vehicle networking cloud service platform of any one of claims 1 to 4 is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the terminal sends a vehicle machine control request to a cloud vehicle machine of the Internet of vehicles cloud service platform;
and the terminal receives a response which is sent by a cloud vehicle machine of the Internet of vehicles cloud service platform and is generated based on the vehicle machine control request.
9. The vehicle machine control method according to claim 8, wherein the terminal is networked through a vehicle networking module to send a vehicle machine control request to a cloud machine of the vehicle networking cloud service platform and receive a response sent by the cloud machine of the vehicle networking cloud service platform and generated based on the vehicle machine control request.
10. The vehicle-mounted device control method according to claim 8, wherein the vehicle-mounted device control request comprises a vehicle operation request, and the cloud vehicle comprises:
a communication module for communicating with the terminal;
a central control module for generating corresponding vehicle operation information according to the vehicle operation request from the terminal received by the communication module and sending the vehicle operation information to the terminal as a response through the communication module,
the terminal operates the vehicle based on the response.
11. The vehicle-mounted machine control method according to claim 8, wherein the vehicle-mounted machine control request further comprises one or more of an entertainment operation request, a navigation operation request and a human-computer interaction request, and correspondingly, the cloud vehicle machine further comprises one or more of an entertainment module, a navigation module and a human-computer interaction module.
12. The vehicle machine control method based on the vehicle networking cloud service platform of any one of claims 1 to 4 is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a cloud vehicle machine of the Internet of vehicles cloud service platform receives a vehicle machine control request from a terminal;
and the cloud vehicle machine of the Internet of vehicles cloud service platform generates a response based on the vehicle machine control request and sends the response to the terminal.
13. The vehicle-mounted device control method according to claim 12, wherein the vehicle-mounted device control request comprises a vehicle operation request, and the cloud vehicle comprises:
a communication module in communication with the terminal;
the central control module generates corresponding vehicle operation information according to the vehicle operation request received by the communication module from the terminal and sends the vehicle operation information as a response to the terminal through the communication module so that the terminal operates the vehicle based on the response.
14. The vehicle-mounted machine control method according to claim 12, wherein the vehicle-mounted machine control request further includes one or more of an entertainment operation request, a navigation operation request, and a human-computer interaction request, and correspondingly, the cloud vehicle machine further includes one or more of an entertainment module, a navigation module, and a human-computer interaction module.
