The mechanical motion principle of each part of the invention is as follows:
1. wedge block adjusting device
The wedge adjusting device pushes the two wedges to move relatively through the movement of the telescopic device, so that the distance between the parallel surfaces of the two wedges is increased (reduced), and the movable jaw is indirectly driven to be close to (far away from) the fixed jaw through the toggle plate, so that the discharge opening is reduced (increased). When the distance between the parallel surfaces of the two wedge blocks is increased, the two wedge blocks drive the toggle plate to move towards the direction far away from the slide rail by extruding the toggle plate mounting seat, and further drive the movable jaw to be close to the fixed jaw; when the distance between the parallel surfaces of the two wedges is reduced, the movable jaw is driven to be away from the fixed jaw through the tensioning device, meanwhile, the fixed jaw pushes the toggle plate to move towards the direction close to the slide rail, and the toggle plate pushes the toggle plate mounting seat to move towards the direction close to the slide rail until the toggle plate mounting seat is in close contact with the two wedges.
2. Tension device
The tensioning device comprises a tensioning oil cylinder and an energy accumulator, the energy accumulator is connected with a small cavity of the tensioning oil cylinder, and when the jaw crusher works, the pressure of the energy accumulator ensures that the movable jaw presses the toggle plate to prevent the toggle plate from falling off; when the discharge port is adjusted, before the wedge block adjusts the action of the oil cylinder, the pressure of the tensioning oil cylinder is firstly released, after the adjustment is finished, the small cavity of the tensioning oil cylinder and the energy accumulator are supplemented with pressure through a hydraulic system, and the function of the tensioning oil cylinder is the same as that of spring tensioning.
3. Discharge gate detects adjusting device
The discharge port detection and adjustment device comprises an ultrasonic sensor, an acceleration sensor, a sensor fixing device and an ultrasonic reflection plate.
