Abstract
本发明公开了一种无纺布及其生产工艺以及由该无纺布制作的婴儿尿不湿,属于轻工业技术领域,无纺布表面附着有碳酸氢钠和紫草提取物,制备方法包括以下步骤:调制水剂,按照水、碳酸氢钠和紫草提取物的质量比为(90~110)∶(3~5)∶1混合制备水剂;雾化喷淋,将调制的水剂雾化喷淋在梳理成型的网布上;热合蒸发成型。该无纺布遇水后能够溶解出抑制真菌、消除皮肤局部炎症的有效成分,提高无纺布对于婴儿皮肤的安全性和舒适性。碳酸氢钠和紫草提取物能够产生协同作用,一方面能够中和婴儿尿液中的尿酸,使得尿液成为弱碱性,避免对婴儿的皮肤产生刺激,另一方面弱碱性条件下紫草提取物才能够溶解并起到抗菌消炎的作用。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于轻工业技术领域,具体涉及一种无纺布以及无纺布的生产工艺。
背景技术
无纺布(英文名:Non Woven Fabric或者Nonwoven cloth)又称不织布,是由定向的或随机的纤维而构成。因具有布的外观和某些性能而称其为布。无纺布具有防潮、透气、柔韧、质轻、不助燃、容易分解、无毒无刺激性、色彩丰富、价格低廉、可循环再用等特点,多采用聚丙烯(pp材质)粒料为原料,经高温熔融、喷丝、铺纲、热压卷取连续一步法生产而成。因为它是一种不需要纺纱织布而形成的织物,因此大大降低了其生产成本。
尿不湿是婴儿常用的日用品,一般由三个主要部分组成︰表面包覆层、吸收芯层和底布。表面包覆层紧贴婴儿的身体,需要能够使尿液快速渗透并有效阻止回渗,保持尿裤表层干爽。为了满足这些基本要求,尿不湿的表面包覆层通常采用无纺布制作。然而现有的无纺布容易滋生真菌,对婴儿的皮肤产生刺激,导致婴儿皮肤产生炎症。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术存在的上述问题,本发明的第一目的在于提供一种无纺布,该无纺布遇水后能够溶解出抑制真菌、消除皮肤局部炎症的有效成分,提高无纺布对于婴儿皮肤的安全性和舒适性。
本发明公开的无纺布,所述无纺布表面附着有碳酸氢钠和紫草提取物。碳酸氢钠能够中和婴儿尿液中的尿酸,使得尿液成为弱碱性,避免对婴儿的皮肤产生刺激。同时弱碱性条件下紫草提取物能够溶解并起到抗菌消炎的作用。
优选的,所述碳酸氢钠与紫草提取物的质量比为(3~5)∶1。在该比例下,紫草提取物能够起到最佳的抗菌消炎功效。
优选的,所述无纺布表面还附着有泛醇。泛醇接触皮肤后会转化为泛酸,能抵抗皮肤的炎症反应,加快皮肤的修复速度。
进一步的,所述碳酸氢钠、紫草提取物和泛醇的质量比为(3~5)∶1∶(0.3~0.7)。在该比例下,紫草提取物和泛醇能够产生协调作用,起到最佳的抗菌消炎功效。
进一步的,所述无纺布的纤维本体与紫草提取物的质量比为(250~300)∶1。碳酸氢钠和紫草提取物以小分子结晶的形态和聚丙烯纤维结合,附着在无纺布表面,当婴儿尿液浸润时,碳酸氢钠和紫草提取物便可溶解进入尿液。由于无纺布只是作为表面包覆层的材料,因此该比例下的碳酸氢钠和紫草提取物能够获得最佳的功效。
优选的,所述无纺布的纤维本体主要由ES复合短纤和载银活性炭纤维组成,所述ES复合短纤与载银活性炭纤维的质量比为(45~55)∶1。载银活性炭纤维对微生物具有良好的吸附作用,进一步提升了抗菌的功效。
本发明的第二目的在于公开上述无纺布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:调制水剂,按照水、碳酸氢钠和紫草提取物的质量比为(90~110)∶(3~5)∶1混合制备水剂;雾化喷淋,将调制的水剂雾化喷淋在梳理成型的网布上;热合蒸发成型。该无纺布采用的是热合无纺布的制备工艺,与现有的工艺相比,区别主要在于在网布梳理成型后,进入热风烘机之前,将调制的水剂以雾化喷淋的方式实施于网布上,网布烘干黏合后,水分子蒸发,水剂中的有效成分便以小分子结晶的形态和纤维结合,制成一种具备抑制真菌、消除皮肤局部炎症的婴儿纸尿裤专用无纺布。
优选的,所述雾化喷淋步骤中,所述无纺布的纤维本体克重22g/m2,所述水剂的添加量为8ml/m2,所述水剂的温度为20~25℃,温度过高或过低都会影响热轧成型效果。
进一步的,所述调制水剂步骤中,还包括泛醇,所述水、碳酸氢钠、紫草提取物和泛醇的质量比为(90~110)∶(3~5)∶1∶(0.3~0.7);所述雾化喷淋步骤中,所述网布的纤维本体主要由ES复合短纤和载银活性炭纤维组成,所述ES复合短纤与载银活性炭纤维的质量比为(45~55)∶1。
优选的,所述调制水剂步骤中所述水为软化水。
本发明的第三目的在于公开一种尿不湿,所述尿不湿采用上述的无纺布制成。
本发明的有益效果为:
1.本发明公开的无纺布,该无纺布遇水后能够溶解出抑制真菌、消除皮肤局部炎症的有效成分,提高无纺布对于婴儿皮肤的安全性和舒适性。
2.碳酸氢钠和紫草提取物能够产生协同作用,一方面能够中和婴儿尿液中的尿酸,使得尿液成为弱碱性,避免对婴儿的皮肤产生刺激,另一方面弱碱性条件下紫草提取物才能够溶解并起到抗菌消炎的作用。
3.该无纺布采用的是热合无纺布的制备工艺,与现有的工艺相比,区别主要在于在网布梳理成型后,进入热风烘机之前,将调制的水剂以雾化喷淋的方式实施于网布上,网布烘干黏合后,水分子蒸发,水剂中的有效成分便以小分子结晶的形态和纤维结合,制成一种具备抑制真菌、消除皮肤局部炎症的婴儿纸尿裤专用无纺布。
4.由于无纺布采用的原料是PP,其疏水性能使得水剂并不能很好的浸润其表面,采用雾化喷淋的工艺,使得水剂能够均匀的分散在无纺布的纤维表面,避免团集在一起。
5.在网布梳理成型后,进入热风烘机之前进行雾化喷淋,一举两得,不仅能够烘干水剂中的水分,还能够对网布进行热固化成型。相比于在成品无纺布上去附着有效成分,一方面是能够精简制备工艺,降低成本;另一方面还能避免无纺布多次经历高温而导致性能下降。
6.采用该无纺布制成的尿不湿,能够在婴儿尿湿后溶解出抑制真菌、消除皮肤局部炎症的有效成分,提高对于婴儿皮肤的安全性和舒适性。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
另外,各个实施例之间的技术方案可以相互结合,但是必须是以本领域普通技术人员能够实现为基础,当技术方案的结合出现相互矛盾或无法实现时应当认为这种技术方案的结合不存在,也不在本发明要求的保护范围之内。
实施例1:
本实施例的无纺布,所述无纺布表面附着有碳酸氢钠和紫草提取物。无纺布与碳酸氢钠与紫草提取物的质量比为275∶4∶1。附着在无纺布表面的碳酸氢钠能够中和婴儿尿液中的尿酸,使得尿液成为弱碱性,避免对婴儿的皮肤产生刺激。同时弱碱性条件下紫草提取物能够溶解并起到抗菌消炎的作用。
本实施例的制备方法如下:
首先调制水剂,按照软化水、碳酸氢钠和紫草提取物的质量比为100∶4∶1混合制备水剂。由于碳酸氢钠溶解于软化水之后后,溶液变为弱碱性,紫草提取物也能够很好的溶解。
最重要的一个步骤为雾化喷淋,将调制的水剂雾化喷淋在梳理成型的网布上。无纺布的纤维本体克重22g/m2,所述水剂的添加量为8ml/m2,水剂的温度控制在20~25℃之间。喷淋之后立刻进入下一步热合蒸发成型步骤。水剂的温度过高时蒸腾作用过快,水分汽化体积膨胀过快,会降低纤维之间的粘附力;然而水剂的温度过低,会导致蒸腾作用带走的热量偏多,进而使得热合的温度达不到最好的热轧条件,也会影响热轧成型效果。将纤维铺成22g/m2的厚度一方面适合制备合适于婴儿尿不湿用的无纺布,另一方面也给雾化的水剂提供了足够的纤维附着面。而这样厚度的无纺布能够承受的水剂的喷淋量就是8ml/m2,超过这个量,雾化的液滴就容易团聚成大液滴,一方面会影响分散的均匀性,另一方面大液滴容易在重力的作用下浸透无纺布,低落到承载面上,导致有效成分的浪费。在实际生产过程中,雾化喷淋装置安装在热风烘机的进口端,无纺布梳理成网后,在进入热风烘机的前一刻才进行雾化喷淋,并且一定要保证输送过程的平稳性,使的刚吸附在纤维表面的雾化液滴,在最快是时间内蒸发,留下有限成分的结晶物在纤维表面。
热合蒸发成型后即得到本实施例的无纺布。
实验证明本实施例的无纺布在接触水或者婴儿尿液时,能够溶解出碳酸氢钠和紫草提取物,具备抑制真菌、消除皮肤局部炎症的功效。
实施例2:
在实施例1的基础上,无纺布表面还同时附着有泛醇。无纺布与碳酸氢钠与紫草提取物与泛醇的质量比为275∶4∶1∶0.5。附着在无纺布表面的碳酸氢钠能够中和婴儿尿液中的尿酸,使得尿液成为弱碱性,避免对婴儿的皮肤产生刺激。同时弱碱性条件下紫草提取物能够溶解并起到抗菌消炎的作用。泛醇接触皮肤后会转化为泛酸,能抵抗皮肤的炎症反应,加快皮肤的修复速度。采用本实施例的无纺布制作的婴儿尿不湿,更加适合于那些已经长湿疹或者皮肤有红肿的婴儿,有利于其消除炎症,加快皮肤的修复速度。
本实施例的制备方法除了配方有调整以外,其余步骤与实施例1相同。
实施例3:
在实施例2的基础上,为了进一步加强无纺布的抗菌性能,在无纺布的纤维原料选择上做出如下调整。将原来100%的ES复合短纤维中添加微量载银活性炭纤维,具体的添加比例为ES复合短纤与载银活性炭纤维的质量比为100∶2。生产中使用的ES复合短纤维直径为2.2D,载银活性炭纤维直径为15-20nm,活性炭纤维比表面积平均为1000-1500m2/g,对于微生物具有良好的吸附作用,能够进一步抑制真菌的繁殖。
本实施例的制备方法除了在成网前将两种原来混合均匀以外,其余步骤与实施例2相同。
对比例1:
利用纯的ES复合短纤维梳理成网后,不经过雾化喷淋处理,直接进入热风烘机热轧成型。梳理成网和热风烘机热轧成型的工艺条件与实施例1的条件相同。
实施例1、2、3的无纺布与对比例1的无纺布相比,结构强度和透气度基本保持一致。然而,对比例1的无纺布无抗菌和消炎功能。
对比例2:
本对比例的无纺布,在无纺布表面附着有碳酸氢钠。无纺布与碳酸氢钠的质量比为275∶4。本对比例的制备方法除了配方有调整以外,其余步骤与实施例1相同。
附着在无纺布表面的碳酸氢钠能够中和婴儿尿液中的尿酸,使得尿液成为弱碱性,避免对婴儿的皮肤产生刺激。然而对比例2与实施例1相比,无法起到有效的抗菌消炎的功效。
对比例3:
本对比例的无纺布,在无纺布表面附着有紫草提取物。无纺布与紫草提取物的质量比为275∶1。
由于紫草提取物不溶于水,无法通过调制水剂的方式将其喷淋至无纺布表面,因此直接在制好的无纺布上撒上紫草提取物的粉末。由于紫草提取物与纤维直接的结合力较弱,运输过程中,紫草提取物粉末容易扬起并遗落。
实验证明,对比例3的无纺布在接触水或者婴儿尿液时,紫草提取物也不能够溶解,无法发挥其抗菌消炎的功效。
本发明不局限于上述可选实施方式,任何人在本发明的启示下都可得出其他各种形式的产品,但不论在其形状或结构上作任何变化,凡是落入本发明权利要求界定范围内的技术方案,均落在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种无纺布,其特征在于:所述无纺布表面附着有碳酸氢钠和紫草提取物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无纺布,其特征在于:所述碳酸氢钠与紫草提取物的质量比为(3~5)∶1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无纺布,其特征在于:所述无纺布表面还附着有泛醇。
4.根据权利要求3所述的无纺布,其特征在于:所述碳酸氢钠、紫草提取物和泛醇的质量比为(3~5)∶1∶(0.3~0.7)。
5.根据权利要求2或4所述的无纺布,其特征在于:所述无纺布的纤维本体与紫草提取物的质量比为(250~300)∶1。
6.根据权利要求5所述的无纺布,其特征在于:所述无纺布的纤维本体主要由ES复合短纤和载银活性炭纤维组成,所述ES复合短纤与载银活性炭纤维的质量比为(45~55)∶1。
7.如权利要求1-6任意一项所述无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
调制水剂,按照水、碳酸氢钠和紫草提取物的质量比为(90~110)∶(3~5)∶1混合制备水剂;
雾化喷淋,将调制的水剂雾化喷淋在梳理成型的网布上;
热合蒸发成型。
8.根据权利要求7所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述雾化喷淋步骤中,所述无纺布的纤维本体克重22g/m2,所述水剂的添加量为8ml/m2,所述水剂的温度为20~25℃。
9.根据权利要求7或8所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述调制水剂步骤中,还包括泛醇,所述水、碳酸氢钠、紫草提取物和泛醇的质量比为(90~110)∶(3~5)∶1∶(0.3~0.7);所述雾化喷淋步骤中,所述网布的纤维本体主要由ES复合短纤和载银活性炭纤维组成,所述ES复合短纤与载银活性炭纤维的质量比为(45~55)∶1。
10.一种尿不湿,其特征在于,采用如权利要求1-6任意一项所述无纺布制成。
