本发明公开了一种资源位置的确定方法、终端设备、网络设备及计算机存储介质,其中方法包括:基于CSI上报配置信息中包含的下行测量资源配置、以及上行上报资源配置,确定时隙偏移;其中,所述时隙偏移表征用于获取CSI参考资源相对于上报时刻的时隙偏移;至少基于所述时隙偏移,确定CSI参考资源在时域上的位置。
