Abstract
吹模装置设有在挤出机站与吹填站之间的路径中可移动的模型架。模型架可具有一个或多个模型组件。每个模型组件具有相对的第一半模和第二半模,第一半模和第二半模共同限定模腔。第一半模固定到模型架,而第二半模相对于第一半模在模型架内可独立移动,以打开和关闭模型组件。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种挤出吹模装置。更具体地,本发明涉及一种通过吹塑/填充/密封方法制造容器的挤出吹模装置。
背景技术
吹塑/填充/密封吹模工艺是挤出吹模工艺。基本的吹模装置包括挤出机、具有单个或多个型坯的模具、夹紧布置和模型。基本的吹塑/填充/密封挤出吹模工艺步骤是:以单一顺序进行:型坯的挤出、挤出的型坯在模型中的充气以形成容器、填充和密封成型的容器、以及从模型中取出密封后的容器。吹塑/填充/密封过程是用于无菌包装液体药物产品的优选过程。在授予Weiler等人的美国专利3597793、美国专利4176153和美国专利4707966中描述了典型的吹塑/填充/密封机器和方法。
用于挤出吹模的装置具有型坯形成站、吹模站和在吹模站下游的容器取出站。在吹塑/填充/密封吹模工艺中,在型坯形成站中将在型坯形成站中挤出的型坯接收到模型中,将保持型坯的模型运输到吹填站,在此将型坯转变为容器,然后填充并密封该容器。密封后的容器仍在模型中,然后将其运送到取出站。当在取出站打开模型时,取出输送机接收已形成并填充的容器,并将该容器从吹模装置中移出,以进行第二步操作,例如快速修边(如果需要)和包装。
本吹模装置通过提供一种模型架和至少一个与其相关联的模型组件来促进更有效的吹塑/填充/密封操作,其中在吹模和填充工艺期间仅致动模型组件的部分,从而减少工艺时间。
发明内容
吹模装置包括模型架,该模型架可在挤出机站和吹填站之间的路径中移动。模型架设有至少一个模型组件,该模型组件具有相对的第一半模和第二半模,它们一起限定了模腔。第一半模固定至模型架,并且第二半模可相对于第一半模沿着路径在模型架内独立地移动,以打开和关闭模型组件。
通过与吹模装置可操作地关联的伺服控制器来提供用于模型架和模型组件或多个模型组件的闭环位置控制。位置传感器将反馈回路提供给控制器。

具体实施方式
参照附图,图1示出了吹模装置10,其在模型架16中配备有单个模型组件28,该模型组件28可滑动地安装至框架12的水平基座14。模型组件28包括共同作用的第一半模30和第二半模32,这两个半模一起在模型组件内限定了模腔。第一半模30固定到模型架16。另一方面,第二半模32可滑动地安装到模型架16,并且可以通过模型致动器33沿着模型架16朝向和远离第一半模30运动,以打开或关闭模型组件28。
通过模型架定位驱动器18响应于模型架致动器20的推动,模型架16自身可在挤出机站34和吹填站36之间的路径中移动。根据需要,路径可以是线性的或曲线的。
在挤出机站34处设有挤出机22,该挤出机22具有与挤出机模头24连通的挤出机机筒23。从图1可以看出,挤出机模头24位于模型组件28上方,因此来自挤出机模头24的型坯段可以直接容纳在模型组件28限定的模腔内。挤出机22安装在升降机38上用于垂直往复运动,以便当模型架16在挤出机站34和相邻的吹填站36之间穿梭时为挤出机模头24提供必要的间隙。
吹填站36包括吹填头26和心轴(未示出),用于在填充之前扩展切断的型坯段。
容器取出站42设置在吹填站36的下游,并包括取出输送机44,用于从打开的模型组件28中取出填充后的容器。
控制器40与各个致动器和驱动器可操作地相关联,并且相对于型坯挤出、容器吹塑和填充以及填充后的容器取出,来协调模型组件的操作和定位。
图2示出了配备有由单个挤出机服务的双模型组件的吹模装置。在该特定实施例中,吹模装置50设有可滑动地安装到支撑框架52的水平基座54的模型架56。两个模型组件前模型组件68和后模型组件88位于模型架56中。前模型组件68包括固定至模型架56的第一半模70和可移动的第二半模72,该第二半模附接至模型压板73并且相对于固定的第一半模70在模型架56内可移动。半模70和72共同作用以定义前模型组件68的模腔。
类似地,后模型组件88包括固定的半模90和可移动的半模92,可移动的半模92由模型压板93承载并且相对于固定的半模90可移动。固定的半模90附接到模型架56,并位于固定的半模70附近。
模型致动器94可操作地与前模型组件68相关联,并且模型致动器96可操作地与后模型组件88相关联。模型致动器94和96的操作由框架52承载的控制器80控制。
吹模装置50包括在框架52上的挤出机站74和位于挤出机站74下游的吹填站76。
挤出机站74包括挤出机62、挤出机机筒63和与挤出机机筒63流体连通的挤出机模头64,以及型坯切断设备65。当在位于挤出机模头64下方的敞开的半模之间挤出型坯段时,挤出机升降机78为挤出机模头64提供垂直高度调节和必要的间隙。挤出机升降机可以是升降机、气缸和液压缸等。
模型架致动器60与用于模型架56的模型架定位驱动器58可操作地相关联,模型架定位驱动器58可滑动地安装至水平基座54。模型架致动器60将前模型组件68和后模型组件88按顺序地定位在挤出机模头64下方,以在相应的敞开的半模之间接收挤出的型坯段。
吹填站76包括吹填头66和心轴67。在在挤出机站的半模之间容纳型坯段并将其切断,并且半模通过相应的模型致动器围绕切断的型坯段闭合之后,型坯轴承模型组件在吹填站76处位于心轴67下方。然后,心轴67进入敞开的型坯段,在有或没有真空辅助的情况下,使用压缩无菌气体使型坯膨胀,以符合由闭合的半模所限定的模腔轮廓,然后在膨胀的型坯中填充所需的内容物。然后,使用位于主模型组件上方的常规密封模型(未显示)密封所得的填充后的容器。之后,将模型组件进一步向下游移动至容器取出站(未示出)。
参照图3和图4,在框架112上的吹模装置110设有挤出机122,该挤出机122包括挤出机进料斗125、挤出机机筒123和与挤出机机筒123可操作地相关联的挤出机模头124。挤出机机筒相对于模型架116的路径基本上成直角,模型架116可滑动地安装在框架112的水平基座114上。
吹填头126位于框架112上,与挤出机模头124相邻,并位于模型架116的路径中,模型架116使模型组件(未示出)在模架116中穿梭到首先定位在挤出机模头124下方的位置,以容纳挤出的型坯段,然后穿梭到吹填头126下方,以形成并填充形成的容器。模型架116由模型架致动器120、伺服驱动器或液压驱动器(优选伺服驱动器)定位。

Claims (7)
1.一种吹模装置,包括
框架,所述框架包括水平基座;
模型架,所述模型架可滑动地安装到基座,用于在挤出机站和吹填站之间的路径中的运动;
模型架致动器,所述模型架致动器与模型架可操作地相关联;
模型架中的至少一个模型组件,所述至少一个模型组件包括相对的第一半模和第二半模,第一半模和第二半模共同限定模腔,其中,第二半模相对于第一半模沿着所述路径可独立移动以打开和关闭模型组件,并且第一半模固定到模型架;
与模型组件可操作地相关联的模型致动器,用于打开和关闭模型组件;
位于挤出机站处的挤出机模头,所述挤出机模头安装到框架,以相对于基座的垂直往复运动;
吹填头,所述吹填头安装到吹填站上方的框架;和
与模型架致动器可操作地相关联的控制器,用于将所述模型组件定位在挤出机站和吹填站。
2.根据权利要求1所述的吹模装置,所述吹模装置在模型架中具有两个相邻但可独立致动的模型组件。
3.根据权利要求1所述的吹模装置,其中,所述挤出机模头与沿着模型架的路径定位的挤出机机筒连通。
4.根据权利要求1所述的吹模装置,其中,所述挤出机头与相对于模型架的路径基本上成直角定位的挤出机机筒连通。
5.一种吹模装置,包括
支撑框架,所述支撑框架包括水平基座;
模型架组件,所述模型架组件安装到基座并且在挤出机站和吹填站之间的路径中可移动;
模型架定位驱动器,所述模型架定位驱动器与模型架可操作地相关联;
模型架中的第一和第二相邻模型组件,每个模型组件包括相对的半模,相对的半模共同限定模腔并且可独立地致动,以沿所述路径打开和关闭模腔;
模型致动器,所述模型致动器与每个模型组件可操作地相关联,以打开和关闭模腔;
挤出机模头,所述挤出机模头安装到挤出机站上方的框架,以垂直往复运动;
吹填头,所述吹填头安装到吹填站上方的框架;和
与模型架定位驱动器可操作地关联的控制器,用于将模型组件定位在挤出机站和吹填站;
每个所述模型组件包括固定的半模和沿所述路径可移动的半模。
6.根据权利要求5所述的吹模装置,其中,所述模型架定位驱动器是伺服驱动器。
7.根据权利要求5所述的吹模装置,其中,所述模型架定位驱动器是液压驱动器。
