Detailed Description
The invention is further illustrated by the following examples, which are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Examples
The method for leasing the charging equipment is suitable for leasing the charging equipment. The charging and power storage device is a device with a charging function or a power storage function, and can comprise a mobile power supply (also called a charger, which is a portable charger integrating a power supply function and a charging function) for charging a mobile phone, a mobile phone battery, a power supply of a notebook computer and the like from the aspect of functions; from the category, lithium batteries, lead-acid batteries, nickel-metal hydride batteries, and the like may be included.
Specifically, the method for leasing the electricity charging equipment in the embodiment includes:
setting a plurality of levels of users, wherein the users have a relationship between the upper level and the lower level; the user at the relative upper level is set as: the charging equipment leasing method has the authority of leasing the charging equipment to a relatively lower-level user, and the authority of leasing the charging equipment to the same-level or relatively lower-level user so that the same-level or relatively lower-level user can lease the leased charging equipment to a relatively lower-level user; the user at the relative lower level is set as: the system has the authority of leasing the charging equipment from a relatively upper level user and the authority of leasing the charging equipment from a same level or a relatively upper level user and leasing the leased charging equipment to a relatively lower level user.
Fig. 1 schematically shows a type of users at different levels and a relationship between users at different levels, which may be set in this embodiment, but it should be noted that the present invention is not limited thereto. The most superior user, i.e. the first-level user, is a charging center, and the charging center can centrally manage all charging and storage devices, such as charging and storage devices with insufficient electric quantity and maintaining damaged charging and storage devices; the second-level user is a large cabinet which can store a certain amount of charging and storage equipment; the third-level users are sublets and vending machines, the sublets can be natural persons which are applied for pre-registration and passed through verification and can store a certain amount of charging and storing equipment, and the vending machines can be devices which are placed in public places and can store the charging and storing equipment; the lowest-level user, i.e., the fourth-level user, is a consumer and is a natural person who directly uses the charging device. The relative up-down relationship among the first level user, the second level user, the third level user and the fourth level user is as follows: the first-level users are users of the second-level users, the third-level users and the fourth-level users, the second-level users are users of the first-level users relative to the lower level and are users of the third-level users and the fourth-level users relative to the upper level, the third-level users are users of the first-level users and the second-level users relative to the lower level and are users of the fourth-level users relative to the upper level, and the fourth-level users are users of the first-level users, the second-level users and the third-level users relative to the lower level.
Based on this, the charging center is set to have the following authority: the charging and storing equipment is rented to the large cabinet, the leaser, the vending machine and the consumer for use, and the charging and storing equipment is rented to the large cabinet, the leaser or the vending machine for the large cabinet, the leaser or the vending machine to rent the rented charging and storing equipment to the consumer for use.
The large cabinet is set to have the following permissions: the charging and storage device is leased from the charging center, and the leased charging and storage device is leased to the leaser and the vending machine.
The lessee is set to have the following permissions: and (3) renting the charging and storing equipment from the charging center, the large cabinet or the vending machine, and renting the rented charging and storing equipment for the consumer to use.
The vending machine is set up to have the following rights: the method comprises the steps of leasing charging and storage equipment from a charging center or a large cabinet, and leasing the leased charging and storage equipment to a consumer for use.
The consumer has the following rights: and renting the charging and storing equipment for use from a charging center, a large cabinet, a sub-tenant or a vending machine. Among them, in view of actual market demand, charging centers are generally faced with objects of stocking large amounts of charging and storage equipment such as leasers, large cabinets, or vending machines, and do not open rental services to consumers who have a small demand.
The method for leasing the charging equipment in the embodiment further comprises the following steps: when a relatively subordinate user requests to lease a charging and storage device from a peer user or a relatively superior user, the steps shown in fig. 2 are performed, which specifically include:
and 101, acquiring the ID of the user at the relative lower level. Specifically, the ID of the user may be uploaded by a user of a lower level, or the ID of the user of a lower level may be uploaded by a user of the same level or a user of a higher level.
And 102, verifying whether the user at the relative lower level meets the deposit-free condition, if so, executing a step 104, and if not, executing a step 103. Wherein the deposit exempt condition may include, but is not limited to: the credit status of the user reaches the preset deposit-free credit requirement or the user has paid the deposit in advance, wherein the credit status of the user may be evaluated by the leasing system of the rechargeable electrical device according to the historical leasing records of the user (such as leasing duration, whether the rechargeable electrical device is damaged, whether the user pays in time, etc.), or may be provided by a third-party evaluation system (such as a credit evaluation system of a bank or an internet payment system), which is not limited in this embodiment.
And 103, collecting deposit to the user of the relative lower level. The deposit can be collected by the following steps:
judging whether the user of the relative lower level selects the online payment deposit or the cash payment deposit: if online payment of the deposit is selected, deducting the deposit from a recharging account of a user at a relatively lower level, returning the deposit paid by the user at the same level or the user at the relatively upper level through charging and storing electric equipment for transferring and renting the deposit, and if the balance in the recharging account of the user at the relatively lower level is not enough to pay the deposit, the user at the relatively lower level can select to recharge the deposit in the recharging account and then pay the deposit online again or select cash to pay the deposit instead; if the cash payment deposit is selected, the cash is paid to the user of the same level or the relative upper level, and the deposit is deducted from the recharging account of the user of the same level or the relative upper level.
And 106, binding the ID of the charging equipment with the ID of the user at the relative lower level.
And step 107, recording the issuing time.
The following takes the lessee-transferring request to transfer the charging device from the same vending machine as an example, and further describes the steps 101 and 107: each lessee has an ID, and any form of two-dimensional codes, bar codes, characters, account numbers, RFID (radio frequency identification) electronic tags and the like can be used as the ID; each charging and discharging device also has an ID, and any form of two-dimensional code, barcode, character, RFID tag, and the like can be used as the ID. In step 101, the lessee may upload its ID by using its own mobile phone, or the vending machine may acquire the ID of the lessee by scanning a two-dimensional code, a barcode, or characters generated by the mobile phone of the lessee, or by printing a sticker with the two-dimensional code, the barcode, or the characters, or by scanning an RFID tag built in the mobile phone of the lessee, or by reading in an account of the lessee. In step 102, whether the sublist meets the deposit-free condition is verified, if yes, the sublist does not need to pay a deposit, the sublist directly jumps to step 104, if no, the sublist needs to pay the deposit, and jumps to step 103, the sublist can specifically select an online payment deposit or a cash payment deposit, if the sublist selects the online payment deposit, the deposit is deducted from an account of the sublist, if the account of the vending machine (or the account of the owner in charge of the vending machine) has previously paid the deposit of the charging equipment (instead of the deposit-free), the deposit paid by the account of the vending machine (or the account of the owner in charge of the vending machine) is returned, and if the sublist selects the cash payment deposit, the cash is paid to the vending machine, and the deposit is deducted from the account of the vending machine (or the account of the owner in charge of the vending machine). After the deposit free or deposit payment is completed, step 104 is performed, and the vending machine dispenses the rechargeable electrical device to the lessee. When the charging device is issued, step 105 is performed, and the vending machine scans the ID of the charging device issued to the lessee and binds the scanned ID of the charging device with the ID of the lessee, i.e., credits the charging device under the name of the lessee, in step 106. In step 107, the specific point in time at which the charging apparatus is dispensed is recorded. By this point, the lessee has completed the process of lessoning the charging and storage device from the vending machine.
The following further describes the steps 101 and 107 by taking the example that the vending machine requests the charging and storage device to be leased from the charging center at the upper level: each vending machine also has an ID, and any form of two-dimensional codes, bar codes, characters, account numbers, RFID electronic tags and the like can be used as the ID. In step 101, the vending machine may communicate with the charging center to upload its own ID, or a staff at the charging center may obtain the ID of the vending machine by scanning a two-dimensional code, a barcode, and characters displayed on a screen of the vending machine, or by printing a sticker or an RFID tag with the two-dimensional code, the barcode, and the characters. In step 102, whether the owner of the vending machine meets the deposit-free condition is verified, if yes, the owner of the vending machine does not need to pay the deposit, the step 104 is directly skipped, if not, the owner of the vending machine needs to pay the deposit, the step 103 is skipped, the owner of the vending machine can specifically select the online payment deposit or the cash payment deposit, if the owner of the vending machine selects the online payment deposit, the deposit is deducted from the account of the owner, and if the owner of the vending machine selects the cash payment deposit, the cash is paid to the staff of the charging center and the owner pays the deposit. After the deposit free or deposit payment is completed, step 104 is performed, and the charging center staff places the charging and storage device in the vending machine. Upon putting in the charging apparatus, step 105 is performed, and the worker scans the ID of the charging apparatus put in the vending machine, and binds the scanned ID of the charging apparatus with the ID of the vending machine in step 106, that is, credits the charging apparatus in the name of the vending machine. In step 107, the specific time of placement into the charging device is recorded. By this time, the vending machine has completed the process of renting the charging storage device from the charging center.
The leaser can also request to lease the charging and electricity storage equipment from the charging center at the upper level, and the specific process is basically similar to the process of requesting to lease the charging and electricity storage equipment from the charging center by the large cabinet, so the detailed description is omitted.
The method for leasing the charging equipment in the embodiment further comprises the following steps: when a relatively subordinate user requests to lease the charging equipment from a relatively superior user for use, the steps shown in fig. 3 are executed, which specifically include:
and step 201, uploading the ID of the user and the ID of the user at the upper level through the user at the lower level.
judging whether the user of the relative lower level selects the online payment deposit or the cash payment deposit: if the online payment deposit is selected, deducting the deposit from the recharging account of the user at the relatively lower level, if the user at the relatively upper level passes through the charging and storing equipment for recharging and renting the deposit, returning the deposit paid by the user at the relatively upper level, if the balance in the recharging account of the user at the relatively lower level is not enough to pay the deposit, the user at the relatively lower level can select to recharge the recharging account or select cash to pay the deposit instead; if the cash payment deposit is selected, the cash is paid to the user of the relative upper level, and the deposit is deducted from the recharging account of the user of the relative upper level.
And step 206, charging according to the charging rule. The charging rule may be established according to actual conditions, for example, the charging is started from a time when the charging device is added to the ID of the user at the lower level, or the charging is started from a time when the charging device is issued, or the charging is started from a time when the charging device is used.
The following takes the example of the consumer requesting to rent the charging equipment from the lessee for use, and further describes the steps 201 and 206: each consumer also has an ID, and any form of two-dimensional code, bar code, character, account number, RFID electronic tag and the like can be used as the ID. The lessee, upon receiving the customer's request, provides the customer with his or her own ID for scanning. In step 201, the consumer uploads its ID and the ID of the tenant. In step 202, whether the consumer meets the deposit-free condition is verified, if yes, the consumer does not need to pay a deposit, the process directly jumps to step 204, if no, the consumer needs to pay the deposit, the process jumps to step 203, the consumer can specifically select online payment deposit or cash payment deposit, if the consumer selects online payment deposit, the deposit is deducted from the account of the consumer, if the lessee has paid the deposit of the charged electric storage device (instead of exempting the deposit), the deposit paid by the lessee is refunded, and if the consumer selects cash payment deposit, the consumer pays cash to the lessee, and the deposit is deducted from the account of the lessee. After the deposit free or deposit payment is completed, step 204 is executed to remove one electric charging apparatus from the ID of the lessee to the ID of the consumer, step 205 is executed to distribute the electric charging apparatus to the consumer, and step 206 is executed to charge according to the charging rule. By this time, the consumer has completed the process of renting the use of the charging equipment from the lessee.
The consumer can also request to rent the charging and storing equipment from the vending machine, and the specific renting process is basically similar to the process of requesting to rent the charging and storing equipment from the lessee, so the detailed description is omitted.
In another embodiment of the present invention, when a relatively subordinate user requests to lease a charging facility from a relatively superior user, the steps shown in fig. 4 are performed, and specifically include:
and 301, uploading the ID of the user and the ID of the user at the lower level through the user at the upper level.
And step 306, charging according to the charging rule. Similar to step 206, therefore, will not be described again.
The following further describes steps 301 and 306 by taking the example that the consumer requests to rent the charging equipment from the lessee: in step 301, the lessee scans and uploads its ID and the ID of the customer. In step 302, whether the consumer meets the deposit-free condition is verified, if yes, the consumer does not need to pay a deposit, the process directly jumps to step 304, if no, the consumer needs to pay the deposit, the process jumps to step 303, the consumer can specifically select online payment deposit or cash payment deposit, if the consumer selects online payment deposit, the deposit is deducted from the account of the consumer, if the lessee has paid the deposit of the charged electric storage device (instead of exempting the deposit), the deposit paid by the lessee is refunded, and if the consumer selects cash payment deposit, the consumer pays cash to the lessee, and the deposit is deducted from the account of the lessee. After the deposit free or deposit payment is completed, step 304 is executed to remove one electric charging apparatus from the ID of the lessee to the ID of the consumer, step 305 is executed to distribute the electric charging apparatus to the consumer, and step 306 is executed to charge according to the charging rule. By this time, the consumer has completed the process of renting the use of the charging equipment from the lessee.
The consumer may also request to lease the charging equipment from the vending machine and ask the vending machine to have a scanning window capable of scanning the consumer's ID, which the consumer may put on for the rental cabinet to scan. The specific process of leasing is basically similar to the process of the consumer requesting to lease the charging equipment from the lessee, and therefore, the detailed description is omitted.
In another embodiment of the present invention, when a relatively subordinate user requests to lease a charging facility from a relatively superior user, the steps shown in fig. 5 are performed, which specifically include:
And step 404, charging according to the charging rule.
And step 405, uploading the ID of the user and the ID of the charging equipment to the user of the lower level.
The following further describes steps 401 and 409 by taking the example that the consumer requests to rent the charging equipment from the lessee: in step 401, it is verified whether the consumer meets the deposit free condition, if yes, the consumer does not need to pay the deposit, the step is skipped to in step 403, if no, the consumer needs to pay the deposit, the step is skipped to in step 402, and the consumer pays the deposit to the lessee by cash payment or online payment. In step 403, the lessee issues the charge storage device to the consumer and uploads the ID of the charge storage device. In step 404, charging is performed according to the charging rule. In step 405, the consumer uploads its ID and the ID of the charging device. In step 406, the ID of the charging device is bound to the ID of the consumer. In step 407, it is determined whether the consumer has paid the deposit, if the consumer meets the deposit-free condition, the consumer has not paid the deposit to the lessee, the process jumps to step 409, if the consumer does not meet the deposit-free condition, the consumer has paid the deposit to the lessee, step 408 is executed to deduct the deposit from the account of the lessee, and then step 409 is executed to remove one of the rechargeable electric devices from the ID of the lessee to the ID of the consumer. By this time, the consumer has completed the process of renting the use of the charging equipment from the lessee.
The consumer may also request a lease from the vending machine for the rechargeable device, and request that the vending machine have cash or online collection capabilities, and that the vending machine have a scanner by which to scan the ID of the rechargeable device issued to the consumer. The specific process of leasing is basically similar to the process of the consumer requesting to lease the charging equipment from the lessee, and therefore, the detailed description is omitted.
In another embodiment of the present invention, when a relatively lower level user requests to rent a charging facility for use from a relatively upper level user, the steps shown in fig. 6 are performed, which specifically include:
And step 504, charging according to the charging rule.
And 505, uploading the ID of the user and the ID of the charging equipment relative to the user of the lower level.
And 507, judging whether the user on the relative lower level passes through the charging and storage equipment for paying the deposit to be leased, if so, executing step 508, and if not, executing step 509.
And step 508, searching the user issuing the charging device through the ID of the charging device, and deducting the deposit from the account of the user issuing the charging device.
The following further describes steps 501 and 509 by taking the example that the consumer requests to rent the charging equipment from the lessee: in step 501, whether the consumer meets the deposit free condition is verified, if yes, the consumer does not need to pay the deposit, the step 503 is skipped, if no, the consumer needs to pay the deposit, the step 502 is skipped, and the consumer pays the deposit to the lessee in a cash payment or online payment mode. In step 503, the lessee issues the charging device to the consumer. In step 504, charging is performed according to the charging rule. In step 505, the consumer uploads its ID and the ID of the charging device. In step 506, the ID of the charging device is bound to the ID of the consumer. In step 507, whether the consumer has paid the deposit is judged, if the consumer meets the deposit-free condition, the consumer does not pay the deposit to the lessee, the step 509 is skipped, if the consumer does not meet the deposit-free condition, the consumer pays the deposit to the lessee, the step 508 is executed to search the lessee which issues the electric charging equipment through the ID of the electric charging equipment, the deposit is deducted from the account of the lessee, and then the step 509 is executed to remove one electric charging equipment from the ID of the lessee to the ID of the consumer. By this time, the consumer has completed the process of renting the use of the charging equipment from the lessee.
The consumer may also request that the charging device be rented from the vending machine and require that the vending machine only have cash or online collection capabilities. The specific process of leasing is basically similar to the process of the consumer requesting to lease the charging equipment from the lessee, and therefore, the detailed description is omitted.
The method for leasing the charging equipment in the embodiment further comprises the following steps: the user at the relative upper level is also set as: the system has a right to recover the charged electric device used by the user of the lower level. In particular to the sub-lessee, it is also set up to have the authority to recycle the charged equipment used by the consumer.
When a user requests to return used charging and storage equipment, charging lease fees obtained through charging rules; inquiring whether the user pays the deposit, if the user pays the deposit, refunding the deposit and removing the refunded amount of charging and storing equipment from the ID of the user, and if the user does not pay the deposit, removing the refunded amount of charging and storing equipment from the ID of the user; the user on the relatively upper level recovers the used electricity storage device.
Specifically, when the user requests to return the used charging and storage device, if the user pays a deposit, the step of returning the deposit includes:
judging whether the user returning the used electricity charging and storing device selects an online refund deposit or a cash refund deposit: if the online refund deposit is selected, refunding the deposit to a recharge account of a user returning the used rechargeable and storage electric equipment; if the cash refund deposit is selected, the user who has recovered the used electric charging apparatus pays cash to the user who has returned the used electric charging apparatus.
The above steps are further explained below by taking the consumer requesting to return the used charging device as an example: and charging the lease fee of the consumer through the charging rule. The consumer can select online payment of the lease fee or cash payment of the lease fee, if the consumer selects online payment of the lease fee, the lease fee is deducted from an account of the consumer, if the consumer selects cash payment of the lease fee, cash is paid to a leaseholder who recycles used charging and storing equipment, and the lease fee is deducted from the account of the leaseholder. Inquiring whether the user pays the deposit, if the user does not pay the deposit, removing the returned quantity of the charging and storing electric equipment from the ID of the user, if the user pays the deposit, the consumer can also select online refund the deposit or cash refund the deposit, if the consumer selects online refund the deposit, refund the deposit to the account of the consumer, if the consumer selects cash refund the deposit, recycling the used leaser of the charging and storing electric equipment to pay the cash to the consumer, and removing the returned quantity of the charging and storing electric equipment from the ID of the user after refund. Of course, the user may also choose not to refund the deposit when returning the charging device, and the deposit may be pre-stored in the user's account.
When the charging and storage device is implemented, each charging and storage device only needs one user holding the charging and storage device to pay the deposit, and when the holder of the charging and storage device changes, the payment party of the deposit changes accordingly. The users at the relatively lower level can combine different application scenarios to select a set of processes from step 201-. For example:
