Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of waterproof coiled materials, and particularly relates to a bentonite modified waterproof blanket which comprises a woven fabric layer, a bentonite layer and a non-woven fabric layer, wherein the bentonite layer is a modified bentonite layer formed by modified bentonite; the modified bentonite is obtained by adopting silver nitrate solution and roasting modification. The bentonite is modified, so that the bentonite layer in the waterproof blanket has larger surface area and stronger adsorbability, and the waterproof blanket has better water permeation resistance.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of waterproof coiled materials, and particularly relates to a bentonite modified waterproof blanket.
Background
The bentonite waterproof blanket (GC L for short) is a novel waterproof coiled material with sodium bentonite as a main component, is a special anti-seepage geosynthetic material used for preventing seepage of artificial lake waterscape, garbage landfill, underground garage, roof garden, water pool, oil depot, chemical storage yard and the like, and is characterized in that the high-expansibility sodium bentonite is filled between special composite geotextile and non-woven fabric, and the bentonite anti-seepage pad manufactured by a needle punching method can form a plurality of small fiber spaces, so that bentonite particles can not flow like one direction, and a uniform high-density colloidal waterproof layer is formed in the pad when meeting water, thereby solving the problems of sealing, isolation and seepage prevention, and having good effect and strong damage resistance.
The main waterproof principle of the waterproof blanket is that the main mineral montmorillonite in the bentonite has good physical and chemical properties such as expansibility, water absorbability, caking property, ion exchange property and the like, can absorb water with dozens of times of the self weight when meeting water, can increase the volume by dozens of times after absorbing water, and is limited in a limited space by the pressure of an upper covering in the construction process to form compact gel so as to play a role in blocking water penetration, so that the performance of the bentonite has a vital role for the waterproof blanket.

The invention provides a bentonite modified waterproof blanket which has larger surface area and stronger adsorbability.
The bentonite modified waterproof blanket comprises a woven fabric layer, a bentonite layer and a non-woven fabric layer, wherein the bentonite layer is a modified bentonite layer formed by modified bentonite; the modified bentonite is obtained by adopting silver nitrate solution and roasting modification.
The specific modification process of the modified bentonite comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing bentonite and silver nitrate solution, stirring for 2-3h at room temperature, filtering, and drying to obtain a solid material; and then, carrying out gradient roasting on the solid material to obtain the modified bentonite.
The mass volume ratio of the bentonite to the silver nitrate solution is 1-1.5g/20 ml.
Before gradient roasting, the solid material is firstly added into a planetary ball mill for grinding and crushing, is sieved by a 200-mesh sieve, is then put into a muffle furnace to be heated to 300 ℃ at the speed of 30 ℃/min for 2h, is finally heated to 400 ℃ at the speed of 10 ℃/min for 1h, is taken out of the furnace for cooling after being kept warm for 1h, and the material is obtained.
In the invention, silver nitrate solution is used for modification, so that ion exchange is carried out between silver ions with low electricity price and large radius and cations in a bentonite layer, on one hand, layered bentonite can be peeled and dispersed into thinner single pieces with larger specific surface area under the assistance of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, on the other hand, the antibacterial performance of a system can be effectively improved due to the existence of the silver ions, and the interference of microorganisms on organic matters in a buffer layer can be effectively avoided in the using process, so that the anti-permeability performance of the product can be effectively maintained for a long time. The method adopts gradient roasting, mainly caters for the characteristic that the bentonite has different surface areas when roasted at different temperatures, so that the surface area of the bentonite is gradually increased, the bentonite can lose surface water firstly when being heated, water and impurities in air attack are adsorbed between layers, the adsorption resistance generated by water films and impurities is reduced, and the adsorbability of the bentonite is improved.
In conclusion, the bentonite is modified, so that the bentonite layer in the waterproof blanket has larger surface area and stronger adsorbability, and the waterproof blanket has better water permeation resistance.

The raw materials used in the embodiment of the invention are all purchased from the market.
Example 1
A bentonite modified waterproof blanket comprises a woven fabric layer, a bentonite layer and a non-woven fabric layer, wherein the bentonite layer is a modified bentonite layer formed by modified bentonite; the modified bentonite is obtained by adopting silver nitrate solution and roasting modification.
The specific modification process of the modified bentonite comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing bentonite, silver nitrate solution and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, stirring for 2 hours at room temperature, filtering and drying to obtain a solid material; and then, carrying out gradient roasting on the solid material to obtain the modified bentonite.

the mass volume ratio of the bentonite to the silver nitrate solution is 1.2g/20 ml.
The mass ratio of the bentonite to the sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate is 1: 0.05.
and (3) before gradient roasting, adding the solid material into a planetary ball mill for grinding and crushing, and sieving by a 200-mesh sieve to obtain the material.
Comparative example 2

Comparative example 3 is a bentonite waterproof blanket manufactured by tiaan engineering materials ltd.
The impervious bentonite waterproof blankets obtained in the examples 1 to 3 and the products of the comparative examples 1 to 3 are subjected to performance detection, and the specific detection method is as follows:
anti-permeability performance: the test was performed according to JG/T193 and ASTM D5084, and the permeability coefficient was calculated.

The modified bentonite waterproof blanket as claimed in claim 1, wherein the specific modification process of the modified bentonite is as follows: uniformly mixing bentonite, silver nitrate solution and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, stirring for 2-3h at room temperature, filtering, and drying to obtain a solid material; and then, carrying out gradient roasting on the solid material to obtain the modified bentonite.
3. The bentonite modified waterproof blanket as claimed in claim 2, wherein the mass volume ratio of the bentonite to the silver nitrate solution is 1-1.5g/20 ml.
4. The bentonite modified waterproof blanket as claimed in claim 2, wherein the mass ratio of the bentonite to the sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate is 1: 0.01-0.05.

The bentonite modified waterproof blanket as claimed in claim 1, wherein the solid material is added into a planetary ball mill to be ground and crushed before the gradient roasting, and is sieved by a 200-mesh sieve, and then is put into a muffle furnace to be calcined for 2h at a speed of 30 ℃/min to 300 ℃, and finally is heated to 400 ℃ at a speed of 10 ℃/min to be calcined for 1h, and is taken out of the furnace to be cooled after the heat preservation for 1h, so as to obtain the bentonite modified waterproof blanket.
