Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of riding and slitting, in particular to a riding and slitting machine and a slitting method thereof.
Background
The binding modes of books are various, and the common binding modes include glue binding, riding binding, sewing, stitch binding and the like. The spine of the book bound by the rider is arc-shaped, so that the phenomenon of 'corner explosion' is generated when the finished product is cut, the appearance is influenced, the problems are puzzled for the long time, and a satisfactory solution is not obtained so far.
Because the lower semicircle of the arc-shaped spine of the bound book is empty, no effective tamping method is available, when the bound book is subjected to the cutting force from top to bottom, the cover paper of the lower semicircle is easily torn off, and the 'explosion angle' is caused. In order to solve the above problems, one of the existing processing schemes is: when the upper and lower edges of books are cut and bound, the book is turned around (namely the circular arc-shaped spine of the adjacent book is adjacent to the opposite side of the spine of the adjacent book), and two continuous adjacent circular arc-shaped spines are prevented from being stacked (the circular arc-shaped spines are adjacent to each other, so that the circular arc-shaped spines are larger in vacancy and easier to tear during cutting). Another scheme is as follows: and a pre-cutting finishing mode is adopted during cutting. The two schemes improve the 'angle explosion' phenomenon, but the size of the angle explosion is still uncontrollable, and the labor cost consumed by 'turning around and putting' is larger.
The thickness of the side of the saddle-stitched book that is bound is greater than the thickness of the side that is not bound, and the bound side is thicker than the thickness of the unbound side by about 0.25 mm (about the thickness of the staple) due to the presence of the staple. In view of the above situation, for books with small thickness, a piece of paper similar to the thickness of a staple is inserted in the middle of the book, and the paper is cut together with the book and then taken out one by one. The scheme improves the 'corner explosion' phenomenon, but also consumes more labor cost.
