Abstract
本发明提供了一种有机钼润滑脂组合物,其特征在于,由包括紫胶桐酸、磷钼酸铵、三聚氰胺、硬脂醇、异丙醇胺、五硫化二磷制备而成,所述组分的重量份数比为:紫胶桐酸100;硬脂醇50‑60;磷钼酸铵15‑20;异丙醇胺8‑10;三聚氰胺3‑5;五硫化二磷3‑5。本发明还提供的一种含上述有机钼润滑脂组合物的有机钼高温润滑脂,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比的组分制造而成:有机钼润滑脂组合物50‑60%;聚马来酸蓖麻油酯30‑40%;二硫化钼5‑15%。采用本发明制备的有机钼润滑脂组合物,是含Mo‑P‑N‑S的极压抗磨添加剂,减摩性能优异,同时可以保证润滑脂的膏状物理形态良好。本发明制备的有机钼高温润滑脂应用于轴承、导轨等部件的润滑,延长轴承、导轨的使用寿命。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于润滑脂技术领域,具体涉及一种有机钼高温润滑脂及其制备方法。
背景技术
传统的润滑脂加工工艺为:动植物油脂或脂肪酸加入无机碱(如氢氧化钠、氢氧化钙、氢氧化锂、氢氧化铝、氢氧化钡等)制备金属皂作为稠化剂或采用有机或无机的稠化剂,加入矿物油或合成油进行加工稠化而成的,主要是将矿物油或合成油保存在稠化剂构成的框架内,在运动压力和温度的作用下,贮存于稠化剂内的油逸出,起润滑作用,在常温常压下显现膏状的物理特性。在一些高温高压等极端条件下,由于框架内的油逸出过快,造成干结,而不能较长时间保持润滑作用,需要频繁更换润滑脂造成设备停工和人力浪费。
研究新型以有机钼润滑脂组合物为基础的高温润滑脂,应用于轴承、导轨等部件的润滑,延长轴承、导轨的使用寿命是一件有意义的课题。
发明内容
鉴于以上缺陷,本发明旨在克服现有技术的不足,提供一种有机钼润滑脂组合物。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的一种有机钼润滑脂组合物,其特征在于,由包括紫胶桐酸、磷钼酸铵、三聚氰胺、硬脂醇、异丙醇胺、五硫化二磷制备而成,所述组分的重量份数比为:
上述紫胶桐酸由于分子结构中存在-COOH基和3个-OH基,并且碳链较长,其中-COOH易于和磷钼酸铵的(PMo12O40)3-根发生反应结合生成有机钼,其中多个-OH基的存在也有利于磷钼酸铵的分散,使反应充分;同时-COOH还可以与异丙醇胺发生酰胺化反应生成酰胺,与硬脂醇反应生成酯;-OH易于与五硫化二磷发生酯化反应生成硫磷酸酯,长碳链易于使组分与其他油溶性物质互溶。
上述硬脂醇可以和紫胶桐酸、五硫化二磷发生酯化反应,生成的复合酯具有良好的润滑性和极压抗磨性。
上述异丙醇胺可以和紫胶桐酸、五硫化二磷反应生成防锈性能和润滑性、极压抗磨性优良的胺类化合物。
上述三聚氰胺可与紫胶桐酸、五硫化二磷发生反应生成富有弹性的硫磷酸胺/酰胺类化合物,降低摩擦系数。
上述五硫化二磷易于与异丙醇胺发生胺化反应,易于与紫胶桐酸发生酯化反应,与磷钼酸铵进行反应,生成的硫磷酸酯/硫磷酸胺/硫磷钼盐,具有良好的极压抗磨性和良好的润滑性。
本发明还提供了上述有机钼润滑脂组合物的制备方法:
称取紫胶桐酸、硬脂醇、三聚氰胺放置于反应釜中,边搅拌边缓慢加入五硫化二磷,加完五硫化二磷后,在120-130℃温度下充分搅拌反应2-3小时,降温到100℃以下时,加入磷钼酸铵,加热到150-160℃,充分反应2-3小时,减压排除水分和氨气(工业生产时应加装氨回收装置);降温到100℃以下,加入异丙醇胺混合搅拌后加入均质设备中进行均质处理1小时左右;即为一种有机钼润滑脂组合物。
上述有机钼润滑脂组合物可以直接作为高温润滑脂使用。
另外,本发明还提供了一种含上述有机钼润滑脂组合物的有机钼高温润滑脂,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比的组分制造而成:
有机钼润滑脂组合物 50-60%;
聚马来酸蓖麻油酯 30-40%;
二硫化钼 5-15%。
为了防止润滑脂的高温氧化,可以加入上述组分总重量0.1-1%的抗氧剂。
所述的抗氧剂可以选用茶多酚。
所述抗氧剂可选用:酚类和/或苯胺类抗氧剂,优选商品型号有:Irganox L57、Irganox L101、Irganox L135、Irganox L01中的一种或几种混合物。
所述的聚马来酸蓖麻油酯由蓖麻油与马来酸进行酯化反应,然后进行加成聚合反应制备而成,其中蓖麻油与马来酸的摩尔比为1:1-2;优选摩尔比为1:1.5。
上述聚马来酸蓖麻油酯的具体工艺步骤如下所示:
步骤一:将蓖麻油与马来酸、脂肪酸、催化剂加入反应釜内,于180-220℃的反应温度下反应4~5小时;反应后减压排出水分,即为马来酸蓖麻油酯;
步骤二、待反应釜内温度下降到不高于120℃时,往反应釜内加入引发剂搅拌,反应温度为100-120℃,聚合反应5~8小时后,将反应釜内的聚合物排出,在80℃以上的温度过滤去除杂质,即为聚马来酸蓖麻油酯。
上述催化剂可以选择Lewis酸、分子筛、阳离子交换树脂、稀土氧化物中的一种或几种混合物。
上述催化剂优选氧化镧或氧化铈,用量为反应物总重量的0.1-0.5%。选择氧化镧或氧化铈作为催化剂的优点是氧化镧或氧化铈在参与催化过程中产生的有机镧或有机铈对金属表面磨损有比较好的修饰修复作用,反应完成催化剂无需进行分离,可减少因分离催化剂所造成的环境污染和水、电、化学试剂等消耗,节能减排、环境保护效果显著。
上述引发剂选自过氧化二苯甲酰、过氧化月桂酰、异丙苯过氧化氢、叔丁基过氧化氢、过氧化二叔丁基、过氧化二异丙苯、过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯、过氧化叔戊酸叔丁基酯、过氧化甲乙酮、过氧化环己酮、过氧化二碳酸二异丙酯、过氧化二碳酸二环己酯、过氧化二碳酸二乙基己酯、偶氮二异丁腈、偶氮二异庚腈中的一种;上述引发剂的使用量优选为丁烯二酸或丁烯二酸酐重量的0.5~1%。
此外,本发明提供了上述有机钼润滑脂组合物的有机钼高温润滑脂的制备方法:将有机钼润滑脂组合物、聚马来酸蓖麻油酯、二硫化钼、抗氧剂在加热搅拌至100℃左右,搅拌时间1-2小时后,放置于均质设备中均质处理1小时左右,即为一种有机钼高温润滑脂。
发明的作用与效果
采用本发明制备的有机钼润滑脂组合物,是含Mo-P-N-S的极压抗磨添加剂,减摩性能优异,同时可以保证润滑脂的膏状物理形态良好。
在本发明中的聚马来酸蓖麻油酯良好的润滑性和优异的生物降解性,同时具有良好的抗摩擦性,可以全部或部分取代对环境有不良影响的S、Cl极压抗磨剂的使用。
在本发明中的二硫化钼可以保证润滑脂在高温时其他有机物充分燃烧后,仍保留固体润滑的效果。
本发明制备的有机钼高温润滑脂应用于轴承、导轨等部件的润滑,延长轴承、导轨的使用寿命。
在本发明的配方中,上述各组分混合后,基于其各自的结构特点,可发生分子间弱键作用力,经相溶相促后,提高和激发彼此的润滑性、溶解性和极压抗磨性等性质。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
称取紫胶桐酸1000g、硬脂醇600g、三聚氰胺50g放置于反应釜中,边搅拌边缓慢加入五硫化二磷50g,加完五硫化二磷后,在120℃温度下充分搅拌反应3小时,降温到100℃以下时,加入磷钼酸铵200g,加热到150℃,充分反应3小时,减压排除水分和氨气;降温到100℃以下,加入异丙醇胺100g混合搅拌后加入均质设备中进行均质处理1小时;即为一种有机钼润滑脂组合物。
上述有机钼润滑脂组合物可以直接作为润滑脂使用。
将上述制备的有机钼润滑脂组合物按SH/T0122进行滚筒安定性实验:

实施例2:
称取紫胶桐酸1000g、硬脂醇600g、三聚氰胺30g放置于反应釜中,边搅拌边缓慢加入五硫化二磷30g,加完五硫化二磷后,在130℃温度下充分搅拌反应2小时,降温到100℃以下时,加入磷钼酸铵150g,加热到150℃,充分反应3小时,减压排除水分和氨气;降温到100℃以下,加入异丙醇胺80g混合搅拌后加入均质设备中进行均质处理1小时;即为一种有机钼润滑脂组合物。
称取上述制备的有机钼润滑脂组合物600g、聚马来酸蓖麻油酯300g、二硫化钼100g在加热搅拌至100℃左右,搅拌时间1小时后,放置于均质设备中均质处理1小时左右,即为一种有机钼高温润滑脂。
上述聚马来酸蓖麻油酯的制备方法:
步骤一:将蓖麻油933.43g(1mol)与马来酸232.14g(2mol)、催化剂氧化铈5g加入反应釜内,于220℃的反应温度下反应4小时;反应后减压排出水分,即为马来酸蓖麻油酯;
步骤二、待反应釜内温度下降到不高于120℃时,往反应釜内加入引发剂过氧化叔戊酸叔丁基酯2g搅拌,反应温度为100℃,聚合反应8小时后,将反应釜内的聚合物排出,在80℃以上的温度过滤去除杂质,即为聚马来酸蓖麻油酯。
实施例3:
称取紫胶桐酸1000g、硬脂醇550g、三聚氰胺40g放置于反应釜中,边搅拌边缓慢加入五硫化二磷40g,加完五硫化二磷后,在120℃温度下充分搅拌反应3小时,降温到100℃以下时,加入磷钼酸铵160g,加热到150℃,充分反应3小时,减压排除水分和氨气;降温到100℃以下,加入异丙醇胺90g混合搅拌后加入均质设备中进行均质处理1小时;即为一种有机钼润滑脂组合物。
称取上述制备的有机钼润滑脂组合物500g、聚马来酸蓖麻油酯400g、二硫化钼100g、抗氧剂(Irganox L01)10g在加热搅拌至100℃左右,搅拌时间2小时后,放置于均质设备中均质处理1小时左右,即为一种有机钼高温润滑脂。
上述聚马来酸蓖麻油酯的制备方法:
步骤一:将蓖麻油933.43g(1mol)与马来酸116.07g(1mol)、催化剂氧化镧2g加入反应釜内,于180℃的反应温度下反应5小时;反应后减压排出水分,即为马来酸蓖麻油酯;
步骤二、待反应釜内温度下降到不高于120℃时,往反应釜内加入引发剂过氧化月桂酰1g搅拌,反应温度为120℃,聚合反应5小时后,将反应釜内的聚合物排出,在80℃以上的温度过滤去除杂质,即为聚马来酸蓖麻油酯。
将上述制备的有机钼高温润滑脂按SH/T0122进行滚筒安定性实验:

称取紫胶桐酸1000g、硬脂醇560g、三聚氰胺45g放置于反应釜中,边搅拌边缓慢加入五硫化二磷35g,加完五硫化二磷后,在125℃温度下充分搅拌反应2.5小时,降温到100℃以下时,加入磷钼酸铵170g,加热到155℃,充分反应2.5小时,减压排除水分和氨气;降温到100℃以下,加入异丙醇胺80g混合搅拌后加入均质设备中进行均质处理1小时;即为一种有机钼润滑脂组合物。
称取上述制备的有机钼润滑脂组合物550g、聚马来酸蓖麻油酯400g、二硫化钼50g、抗氧剂(Irganox L101)5g在加热搅拌至100℃左右,搅拌时间1.5小时后,放置于均质设备中均质处理1小时左右,即为一种有机钼高温润滑脂。
上述聚马来酸蓖麻油酯的制备方法:
步骤一:将蓖麻油933.43g(1mol)与马来酸174.11g(1.5mol)、催化剂阳离子交换树脂10g加入反应釜内,于200℃的反应温度下反应4.5小时;反应后减压排出水分,分离催化剂阳离子交换树脂,即为马来酸蓖麻油酯;
步骤二、待反应釜内温度下降到不高于120℃时,往反应釜内加入过氧化环己酮1g搅拌,反应温度为110℃,聚合反应6小时后,将反应釜内的聚合物排出,在80℃以上的温度过滤去除杂质,即为聚马来酸蓖麻油酯。
实施例5:
称取紫胶桐酸1000g、硬脂醇500g、三聚氰胺40g放置于反应釜中,边搅拌边缓慢加入五硫化二磷40g,加完五硫化二磷后,在125℃温度下充分搅拌反应2.5小时,降温到100℃以下时,加入磷钼酸铵180g,加热到155℃,充分反应2.5小时,减压排除水分和氨气;降温到100℃以下,加入异丙醇胺100g混合搅拌后加入均质设备中进行均质处理1小时;即为一种有机钼润滑脂组合物。
称取上述制备的有机钼润滑脂组合物500g、聚马来酸蓖麻油酯350g、二硫化钼150g、抗氧剂(Irganox L135)6g、在加热搅拌至100℃,搅拌时间1.5小时后,放置于均质设备中均质处理1小时,即为一种有机钼高温润滑脂。
上述聚马来酸蓖麻油酯的制备方法:
步骤一:将蓖麻油933.43g(1mol)与马来酸174.11g(1.5mol)、催化剂氧化镧3g加入反应釜内,于200℃的反应温度下反应4.5小时;反应后减压排出水分,即为马来酸蓖麻油酯;
步骤二、待反应釜内温度下降到不高于120℃时,往反应釜内加入过氧化二碳酸二乙基己酯1.5g搅拌,反应温度为110℃,聚合反应7小时后,将反应釜内的聚合物排出,在80℃以上的温度过滤去除杂质,即为聚马来酸蓖麻油酯。
实施例6:
称取紫胶桐酸1000g、硬脂醇580g、三聚氰胺45g放置于反应釜中,边搅拌边缓慢加入五硫化二磷45g,加完五硫化二磷后,在125℃温度下充分搅拌反应2.5小时,降温到100℃以下时,加入磷钼酸铵190g,加热到150℃,充分反应3小时,减压排除水分和氨气;降温到100℃以下,加入异丙醇胺90g混合搅拌后加入均质设备中进行均质处理1小时;即为一种有机钼润滑脂组合物。
称取上述制备的有机钼润滑脂组合物520g、聚马来酸蓖麻油酯360g、二硫化钼120g、抗氧剂(茶多酚)10g在加热搅拌至100℃左右,搅拌时间1.5小时后,放置于均质设备中均质处理1小时,即为一种有机钼高温润滑脂。
上述聚马来酸蓖麻油酯的制备方法:
步骤一:将蓖麻油933.43g(1mol)与马来酸174.11g(1.5mol)、催化剂氧化铈4g加入反应釜内,于200℃的反应温度下反应4.5小时;反应后减压排出水分,即为马来酸蓖麻油酯;
步骤二、待反应釜内温度下降到不高于120℃时,往反应釜内加入偶氮二异庚腈1g搅拌,反应温度为110℃,聚合反应6.5小时后,将反应釜内的聚合物排出,在80℃以上的温度过滤去除杂质,即为聚马来酸蓖麻油酯。

1.一种有机钼润滑脂组合物,其特征在于,由包括紫胶桐酸、磷钼酸铵、三聚氰胺、硬脂醇、异丙醇胺、五硫化二磷制备而成。

称取紫胶桐酸、硬脂醇、三聚氰胺放置于反应釜中,边搅拌边缓慢加入五硫化二磷,加完五硫化二磷后,在120-130℃温度下充分搅拌反应2-3小时,降温到100℃以下时,加入磷钼酸铵,加热到150-160℃,充分反应2-3小时,减压排除水分和氨气;降温到100℃以下,加入异丙醇胺混合搅拌后加入均质设备中进行均质处理1小时左右;即为一种有机钼润滑脂组合物。

所制备的有机钼润滑脂组合物可以直接作为高温润滑脂使用。
5.一种有机钼高温润滑脂,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比的组分制造而成:
有机钼润滑脂组合物 50-60%;
聚马来酸蓖麻油酯 30-40%;
二硫化钼 5-15%。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种有机钼高温润滑脂,其特征在于:
还含有组分总重量0.1-1%的抗氧剂;
所述的抗氧剂优选茶多酚;
所述抗氧剂优选:酚类和/或苯胺类抗氧剂;所述抗氧剂优选商品型号:Irganox L57、Irganox L101、Irganox L135、Irganox L01中的一种或几种混合物。
7.如权利要求5所述的一种有机钼高温润滑脂,其特征在于:

所述催化剂可以选择Lewis酸、分子筛、阳离子交换树脂、稀土氧化物中的一种或几种混合物;
所述催化剂优选氧化镧或氧化铈,用量为反应物总重量的0.1-0.5%;
所述引发剂选自过氧化二苯甲酰、过氧化月桂酰、异丙苯过氧化氢、叔丁基过氧化氢、过氧化二叔丁基、过氧化二异丙苯、过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯、过氧化叔戊酸叔丁基酯、过氧化甲乙酮、过氧化环己酮、过氧化二碳酸二异丙酯、过氧化二碳酸二环己酯、过氧化二碳酸二乙基己酯、偶氮二异丁腈、偶氮二异庚腈中的一种;所述引发剂的使用量优选为所述马来酸重量的0.5~1%。
10.如权利要求5-9任一项所述的有机钼高温润滑脂的制备方法,其特征在于:
将有机钼润滑脂组合物、聚马来酸蓖麻油酯、二硫化钼、抗氧剂在加热搅拌至100℃左右,搅拌时间1-2小时后,放置于均质设备中均质处理1小时左右,即为一种有机钼高温润滑脂。
