Abstract
一种包装盒,是以经改性的聚丙烯片材为材料,
采用焊接的方法制作而成的新型的包装盒,具有经久
耐用、密封性好,美观而价廉等优点。用于包装物可
防止包装物被污染、损坏、霉变、锈蚀,特别适用于电
脑软盘、录像带及其它精密元器件的包装。
Description
本发明属于包装器具,具体涉及一种使用改性聚丙烯树脂制作而成的美观、耐用、密封性好的包装盒。
现有的包装盒大多是纸质盒,纸质盒价廉,制作容易,是广泛使用的包装器具,但纸盒不仅强度低、寿命短、密封性差,稍微受潮,强度急剧下降。特别对于软磁盘、录像带及精密仪表、元器件,贵重物品,采用现有的纸盒包装,由于纸盒强度低、密封性差,常常会使包装物污染,损坏、霉变、生锈,对包装物十分不利。
本发明的目的在于提供一种特别适用于电脑软盘,录像带及其它精密元器件等的防潮、防尘、经久耐用、美观而价廉的包装盒。
本发明的包装盒,其特征是以经过改性的聚丙烯片材作为原料采用焊接的方法制作而成的包装盒,所述的改性聚丙烯片材是每100份(以下均为重量)熔融指数为1.5~2.5克/10分的聚丙烯树脂加入0.1~0.3的紫外线吸收剂UV327,0.1~0.3份的抗氧剂1010,6~10份乙丙橡胶改性剂,5~8份聚乙烯,5~8份活性碳酸钙经混匀、熔融、挤塑而成包装盒材料。
按上述方法所得的改性聚丙烯树脂,根据待制作包装盒(箱)的大小,制成厚度为0.5~2.5毫米的片材,这种经改性过的材料,既有很好的刚、硬性,使所制的包装盒具有硬挺的规整性,有效保护包装物不受损坏;又具有很好的可塑性、韧性、耐寒性,因此既能满足制作工艺的需要,又保证盒子的具有足够的强度,足够的耐侯性,经久耐用,特别适用于频繁使用的场合;由于改性聚丙烯片材的可焊性,所以采用焊接的方法所制作的盒子密封性好,因此防尘、防潮,有效地保护内包装物不被污染、浸蚀……,而且本发明的改性聚丙烯片材还具有很好装饰性。
本发明的包装盒(箱)的制作方法十分方便,通常是根据拟制作的包装盒子的大小,选取一定厚度的本发明的改性聚丙烯片材,经丝印商标说明,按所需尺寸冲压、切割落料,压出折痕后,采用超声波焊接的方法焊接成密封性好、经久耐用而又美观的包装盒。
改性聚丙烯片材,资源丰富,生产技术成熟、成本低,取代纸板制作的包装盒(箱)不仅外观美,能有效保护内包装物,而且还能增强产品的竞争能力,具有很好的经济效益。
以下通过附图介绍本发明的制作方法。

上述两种包装盒均选用按本发明的方法制取的0.5毫米的改性聚丙烯片材。
Claims (1)
1、一种包装盒,其特征在于本发明的包装盒是以经改性的聚丙烯片材采用焊接的方法制作而成的包装盒,其制作原料改性聚丙烯片材是在每百份(以下也均为重量)熔融指数为1.5~2.5克/10分的聚丙烯树脂中添加6~10份乙丙橡胶改性剂,0.1~0.3份抗氧剂1010,0.1~0.3份紫外线吸收剂UV327,5~8份聚乙烯以及5~8份填充料活性碳酸钙后,经混熔、挤塑而成的包装盒材料。
