本发明公开一种甘蔗撒肥装置,包括存料仓、振动器、除料装置、下料管、行驶装置、行驶电机及支架,所述存料仓安装在支架顶部,存料仓的两侧设有振动器及下料管,所述行驶电机装在支架内侧的上部,所述行驶装置装在支架内侧的下部,所述除料装置装在支架外侧,除料装置包括微型电机及洁料机构,微型电机输出轴设有凸轮,所述洁料机构包括连接杆及毛刷块,所述连接杆一端与支架连接,一端通过铰链与毛刷块连接,所述毛刷块上设有挡板,挡板与凸轮相切。本发明利用太阳能供电,在甘蔗地自动撒肥料,同时利用清料组件将卡在甘蔗叶上的肥料清除,使肥料掉落到地面,减少肥料的浪费。

一种甘蔗撒肥装置
技术领域
本发明属于甘蔗撒肥技术领域,涉及一种甘蔗撒肥装置。
背景技术
甘蔗撒肥,一般是在甘蔗苗有半米至一米高的时候开始进行,特别是甘蔗长到一米高左右时最适合撒肥。因为一米高左右的甘蔗根系较多且根系伸出较远的范围,正是甘蔗大量吸收养分的时候,因此在这个时候撒肥有利于肥料能够充分的吸收。但是这个时候的甘蔗苗长有很多叶子,撒肥时每片叶子与甘蔗根部接合处卡有很多肥料,这些肥料无法掉落到地面,无法被甘蔗吸收,造成部分肥料浪费。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种甘蔗撒肥装置。
本发明通过以下技术方案得以实现。
本发明提供的一种甘蔗撒肥装置,包括存料仓、振动器、除料装置、下料管、行驶装置、行驶电机及支架,所述存料仓安装在支架顶部,存料仓的两侧设有振动器及下料管,所述行驶电机装在支架内侧的上部,所述行驶装置装在支架内侧的下部,所述除料装置装在支架外侧,除料装置包括微型电机及洁料机构,微型电机输出轴设有凸轮,所述洁料机构包括连接杆及毛刷块,所述连接杆一端与支架连接,一端通过铰链与毛刷块连接,所述毛刷块上设有挡板,挡板与凸轮相切。
所述行驶装置包括履带轮及缠绕在履带轮上履带。
所述存料仓顶部周边设置有太阳能电池板。
所述下料管与存料仓连通,在连通处设有钢丝网,下料管倾斜向下设置。
所述下料管由两段钢管及波纹管连接而成,波纹管连接在两段钢管之间。
所述行驶电机包括蓄电池及电机,蓄电池与太阳能电池板连接,电机通过链轮及链条与行驶装置连接。
所述振动器为直流振动电机,型号为XDP-MV50DC-24,额定功率是0.1(kW),额定电压是24(V),额定振次是3000(r/min)。
与现有的技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:本发明利用太阳能供电,在甘蔗地自动撒肥料,同时利用除料装置将卡在甘蔗叶上的肥料清除,使肥料掉落到地面,减少肥料的浪费。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图进一步描述本发明的技术方案,但要求保护的范围并不局限于所述。
如图1及图2所示,一种甘蔗撒肥装置,包括存料仓1、振动器2、除料装置3、下料管4、行驶装置5、行驶电机6及支架7,所述存料仓1安装在支架7顶部,存料仓1的两侧设有振动器2及下料管4,所述行驶电机6装在支架7内侧的上部,所述行驶装置5装在支架7内侧的下部,所述除料装置3装在支架7外侧,除料装置3包括微型电机31及洁料机构32,微型电机31输出轴设有凸轮,所述洁料机构32包括连接杆321及毛刷块322,所述连接杆321一端与支架7连接,一端通过铰链与毛刷块322连接,所述毛刷块322上设有挡板,挡板与凸轮相切。
凸轮与挡板相切,利用微型电机31带动凸轮转动,凸轮在运转过程敲打挡板,使挡板敲打在甘蔗苗上,从而将卡在甘蔗叶上的肥料敲打下来。
所述行驶装置5包括履带轮及缠绕在履带轮上履带,以使装置爬行稳定,更能适应甘蔗田的凹凸不平的地面。
所述存料仓1顶部周边设置有太阳能电池板11,太阳能电池板11通过吸收太阳光,将太阳辐射能通过光电效应或者光化学效应直接转换成电能,以利用太阳能来对蓄电池进行供电。
所述下料管4与存料仓1连通,在连通处设有钢丝网,下料管4倾斜向下设置,钢丝网可以阻隔肥料下落,防止肥料下落过快,当振动器2停止振动后,钢丝网可以阻止肥料下落。下料管4倾斜向下设置,使为了使肥料落在甘蔗苗根部。
所述下料管4由两段钢管及波纹管连接而成,波纹管连接在两段钢管之间。波纹管具有伸缩性,便于下料管4在行走时碰到甘蔗苗后可以调整避让甘蔗苗,避免甘蔗苗被折断。
所述毛刷块322设有刷毛,与刷毛相对的一侧设有挡板,并通过挡板与凸轮相切。刷毛的材质为尼龙丝,利用微型电机31带动凸轮转动,凸轮在运转过程敲打挡板,使刷毛敲打在甘蔗苗上,从而将卡在甘蔗叶上的肥料敲打下来。
所述行驶电机6包括蓄电池及电机,蓄电池与太阳能电池板11连接,电机通过链轮及链条与行驶装置5连接。以利用太阳能来对蓄电池进行供电,并带动行驶装置5行驶。
所述振动器2为直流振动电机,型号为XDP-MV50DC-24,额定功率是0.1(kW),额定电压是24(V),额定振次是3000(r/min)。该型号的振动电机的转子精密度高、噪音小、运行平稳,耐磨损,定子温升更低,寿命长。电机高质稳定,体重轻,仅为4.5KG,节能高效,可调节震动力,外壳全封闭结构防尘防水,适用于野外作业。
所述的支架7还设有扶手,以利用扶手来对行驶进行控制。

1.一种甘蔗撒肥装置,其特征在于:包括存料仓(1)、振动器(2)、除料装置(3)、下料管(4)、行驶装置(5)、行驶电机(6)及支架(7),所述存料仓(1)安装在支架(7)顶部,存料仓(1)的两侧设有振动器(2)及下料管(4),所述行驶电机(6)装在支架(7)内侧的上部,所述行驶装置(5)装在支架(7)内侧的下部,所述除料装置(3)装在支架(7)外侧,除料装置(3)包括微型电机(31)及洁料机构(32),微型电机(31)输出轴设有凸轮,所述洁料机构(32)包括连接杆(321)及毛刷块(322),所述连接杆(321)一端与支架(7)连接,一端通过铰链与毛刷块(322)连接,所述毛刷块(322)上设有挡板,挡板与凸轮相切;所述下料管(4)由两段钢管及波纹管连接而成,波纹管连接在两段钢管之间。
2.如权利要求1所述的甘蔗撒肥装置,其特征在于:所述行驶装置(5)包括履带轮及缠绕在履带轮上履带。
3.如权利要求1所述的甘蔗撒肥装置,其特征在于:所述存料仓(1)顶部周边设置有太阳能电池板(11)。
4.如权利要求1所述的甘蔗撒肥装置,其特征在于:所述下料管(4)与存料仓(1)连通,在连通处设有钢丝网,下料管(4)倾斜向下设置。
5.如权利要求1所述的甘蔗撒肥装置,其特征在于:所述行驶电机(6)包括蓄电池及电机,蓄电池与太阳能电池板(11)连接,电机通过链轮及链条与行驶装置(5)连接。
