Abstract
本发明公开了一种充电柱,包括底座,底座的顶端固定连接有充电柱本体,充电柱本体的边侧开设有两条凹槽,充电柱本体的边侧设有充电盒,充电盒的边侧通过固定连接的滑块与凹槽滑动连接,充电盒的底端固定连接于伸缩电机的顶端,伸缩电机的底端与底座的顶端固定连接,充电盒的两侧均固定连接有支撑架,充电盒的两侧分别安装有第一充电枪和第二充电枪,第一充电枪通过第一充电线缆与充电盒电性连接,第二充电枪通过第二充电线缆与充电盒电性连接。本发明可以调节充电盒的高度,方便使用者进行充电操作,同时在充电盒不使用时,可以将充电盒放置在充电柱本体的顶端,可以避免小孩的玩耍,减小安全隐患。

本发明涉及充电柱技术领域,具体为一种充电柱。
背景技术
随着科技的发展,电动汽车渐渐进入人们的生活,电动汽车的使用节约了资源,减少了环境的污染,同时也减小了用车的费用,给人们的生活带来了很大的便利,电动汽车虽然不需要用燃料,可是需要进行充电,传统的充电柱充电盒位置较低,容易发生碰撞,且充电盒的位置较低容易被小孩玩耍,造成安全隐患,因此我们对此做出改进,提出一种充电柱。
发明内容
为解决现有技术存在的充电柱有安全隐患的缺陷,本发明提供一种充电柱。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
本发明一种充电柱,包括底座,所述底座的边侧设有外接电缆,所述底座的顶端固定连接有充电柱本体,所述充电柱本体的边侧开设有两条凹槽,所述凹槽与充电盒边侧设有的滑块滑动连接,所述充电盒的底端固定连接于伸缩电机顶端的伸缩杆,所述伸缩电机的底端与底座的顶端固定连接,所述充电盒的两侧均固定连接有支撑架,所述充电盒的边侧安装有控制面板,所述充电盒的两侧分别安装有第一充电枪和第二充电枪,所述第一充电枪通过第一充电线缆与充电盒电性连接,所述第二充电枪通过第二充电线缆与充电盒电性连接,所述充电柱本体的内部底端设有蓄电池,所述充电柱本体的顶端固定连接于支柱的底端,所述支柱的顶端固定连接有太阳能板,所述太阳能板与蓄电池电性连接,所述控制面板的表面安装有伸缩电机开关、第一充电枪开关和第二充电枪开关,所述伸缩电机、电一充电枪和第二充电枪分别通过伸缩电机开关、第一充电枪开关和第二充电枪开关与蓄电池电性连接,且所述蓄电池与外界电源电性连接。
进一步的,所述底座的顶端两侧安装有照明灯,所述控制面板的表面安装有照明灯开关,所述照明灯通过照明灯开关与蓄电池电性连接。
进一步的,所述充电柱本体的一侧安装有音响播放器,所述控制面板的表面安装有音响播放器开关,所述音响播放器通过音响播放器开关与蓄电池电性连接。
进一步的,所述充电柱本体的另一边侧底部与蓄电池相对应的位置处安装有活动门。
进一步的,所述活动门的表面安装有门锁。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:该种充电柱,该装置设有太阳能板,可以将太阳光能量转化为蓄电池的化学能,蓄电池可以作为备用电源在外部电源断电时为该装置提供电量,可以保证该装置可以随时进行汽车充电,该装置设有伸缩电机,可以调节充电盒的高度,便于汽车充电时进行高度的调节,同时在该装置不使用时,可以将充电盒放置在充电柱本体的顶端,可以避免小孩的玩耍造成安全隐患,减小不必要的伤害,该装置还设有语音提醒功能,可以方便使用者可以更好的使用该装置,该装置设有的照明灯可以在光线不足时进行使用,方便使用者进行充电操作。

如图1-2所示,一种充电柱,包括底座1,底座1的边侧设有外接电缆16,底座1的顶端固定连接有充电柱本体3,充电柱本体3的边侧开设有两条凹槽9,凹槽9与充电盒6边侧设有的滑块滑动连接,充电盒6的底端固定连接于伸缩电机2顶端的伸缩杆,伸缩电机2的底端与底座1的顶端固定连接,充电盒2的两侧均固定连接有支撑架10,充电盒2的边侧安装有控制面板13,充电盒2的两侧分别安装有第一充电枪7和第二充电枪14,第一充电枪7通过第一充电线缆8与充电盒6电性连接,第二充电枪14通过第二充电线缆12与充电盒6电性连接,充电柱本体3的内部底端设有蓄电池15,充电柱本体3的顶端固定连接于支柱5的底端,支柱5的顶端固定连接有太阳能板4,太阳能板4与蓄电池15电性连接,控制面板13的表面安装有伸缩电机开关、第一充电枪开关和第二充电枪开关,伸缩电机2、电一充电枪7和第二充电枪14分别通过伸缩电机开关、第一充电枪开关和第二充电枪开关与蓄电池电性连接,且所述蓄电池与外界电源电性连接。
其中,底座1的顶端两侧安装有照明灯11,控制面板13的表面安装有照明灯开关,照明灯11通过照明灯开关与蓄电池15电性连接,可以在光线不足时进行照明,方便使用者进行充电。
其中,充电柱本体3的一侧安装有音响播放器,控制面板13的表面安装有音响播放器开关,音响播放器通过音响播放器开关与蓄电池15电性连接,可以播放提醒语音,方便使用者进行该装置的使用。
其中,充电柱本体3的另一边侧底部与蓄电池15相对应的位置处安装有活动门,可以便于充电柱本体3内部的蓄电池维护。
其中,活动门的表面安装有门锁,可以将活动门锁住。
需要说明的是,本发明为一种充电柱,具体操作时,首先将该装置放置在合适的位置进行使用,待位置放置好后,将外接线缆16与外部电源电性连接,该装置可以在有太阳光时利用太阳能板4将太阳光的能量转化为蓄电池15的化学能,蓄电池15可以在外部电源断电时为该装置提供电能,该装置在使用时,可以利用控制面板13上的伸缩电机开关调节充电盒6的合适的位置为需要进行充电的车辆进行充电,充电盒6的位置调节好后,可以根据车主的需要进行选择快速充电或者低速充电,当车主需要进行快速充电时,可以选择第一充电枪7,将第一充电枪7从支撑架10上取下后,通过控制面板13上的第一充电枪开关启动第一充电枪7,将第一充电枪7插入汽车的充电口进行充电,同样的,在车主需要进行低速充电时,可以将第二充电枪14从支撑架10上取下来,同时在控制面板13上打开第二充电枪开关,将第二充电枪14插入汽车的充电口进行充电,待充电结束后,拔出第二充电枪14,将其放置在支撑架10上,在光线不足时使用该装置,可以通过控制面板13上的照明灯开关打开照明灯11进行照明,同时在使用该装置时,可以通过控制面板13上的音响播放器开关打开音响播放器进行使用说明的播放,当汽车充电结束后,通过控制面板13上的伸缩电机开关启动伸缩电机2将充电盒6移动到充电柱本体3的顶部,此时充电完成。

1.一种充电柱,包括底座(1),其特征在于,所述底座(1)的边侧设有外接电缆(16),所述底座(1)的顶端固定连接有充电柱本体(3),所述充电柱本体(3)的边侧开设有两条凹槽(9),所述凹槽(9)与充电盒(6)边侧设有的滑块滑动连接,所述充电盒(6)的底端固定连接于伸缩电机(2)顶端的伸缩杆,所述伸缩电机(2)的底端与底座(1)的顶端固定连接,所述充电盒(6)的两侧均固定连接有支撑架(10),所述充电盒(6)的边侧安装有控制面板(13),所述充电盒(6)的两侧分别安装有第一充电枪(7)和第二充电枪(14),所述第一充电枪(7)通过第一充电线缆(8)与充电盒(6)电性连接,所述第二充电枪(14)通过第二充电线缆(12)与充电盒(6)电性连接,所述充电柱本体(3)的内部底端设有蓄电池(15),所述充电柱本体(3)的顶端固定连接于支柱(5)的底端,所述支柱(5)的顶端固定连接有太阳能板(4),所述太阳能板(4)与蓄电池(15)电性连接,所述控制面板(13)的表面安装有伸缩电机开关、第一充电枪开关和第二充电枪开关,所述伸缩电机(2)、电一充电枪(7)和第二充电枪(14)分别通过伸缩电机开关、第一充电枪开关和第二充电枪开关与蓄电池(15)电性连接,且所述蓄电池(15)与外界电源电性连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种充电柱,其特征在于,所述底座(1)的顶端两侧安装有照明灯(11),所述控制面板(13)的表面安装有照明灯开关,所述照明灯(11)通过照明灯开关与蓄电池(15)电性连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种充电柱,其特征在于,所述充电柱本体(3)的一侧安装有音响播放器,所述控制面板(13)的表面安装有音响播放器开关,所述音响播放器通过音响播放器开关与蓄电池(15)电性连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种充电柱,其特征在于,所述充电柱本体(3)的另一边侧底部与蓄电池(15)相对应的位置处安装有活动门。
