Abstract
本发明提供了一种EVA膜的UV数码喷印工艺,包括如下步骤:采用流延工艺形成EVA膜基材,所述EVA膜基材包括依次层叠设置的流延层、外压纹层、内压孔层及内电晕层;对所述内电晕层进行电晕处理,放大所述内电晕层表面的毛孔;在所述内电晕层远离所述内压孔层的一侧表面UV数码喷印环保硅胶,并于第一条件下烘干,形成上胶层;在所述上胶层远离所述内电晕层的一侧表面复合单面光哑膜,定型熟化,形成贴合层;进行无尘分卷,并在所述流延层表面UV数码喷印油墨,形成喷印图案,完成所述EVA膜的UV数码喷印。本发明还提供一种EVA膜。本发明提供的EVA膜的UV数码喷印工艺步骤简单,制得的产品性能稳定。
Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及喷印技术领域,尤其涉及一种EVA膜的UV数码喷印工艺及EVA膜制品。
【背景技术】
EVA(Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate copolymer,乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物)膜是一种新型环保可降解材料,具有可生物降解,废弃或燃烧时不会对环境造成伤害,无味,不含重金属,不含邻苯二甲酸盐,高透明,柔软及坚韧,超强耐低温(-70度),抗水,盐份及其他物质,高热帖等特性。
相关技术中,并没有在EVA膜的表面喷印硅胶并贴合其他材质的工艺。
因此,有必要提供一种新的EVA膜的UV数码喷印工艺及EVA膜制品以解决上述缺陷。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的是克服装上述技术问题,提供一种在EVA膜表面喷印硅胶并贴合其他材质的EVA膜的UV数码喷印工艺及EVA膜制品。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种EVA膜的UV数码喷印工艺,包括如下步骤:
采用流延工艺形成EVA膜基材,所述EVA膜基材包括依次层叠设置的流延层、外压纹层、内压孔层及内电晕层;
对所述内电晕层进行电晕处理,放大所述内电晕层表面的毛孔;
在所述内电晕层远离所述内压孔层的一侧表面UV数码喷印环保硅胶,并于第一条件下烘干,形成上胶层;
在所述上胶层远离所述内电晕层的一侧表面复合单面光哑膜,定型熟化,形成贴合层;
进行无尘分卷,并在所述流延层表面UV数码喷印油墨,形成喷印图案,完成所述EVA膜的UV数码喷印。
优选的,所述电晕处理的能量为38-58达因。
优选的,所述上胶层的厚度为30-50μm。
优选的,所述第一条件为:烘箱温度60-120℃,所述EVA膜基材在烘箱中的传送速度为100-200米/分钟。
优选的,所述定型熟化的时间为48小时。
优选的,所述贴合层为OPP材质或者PET材质。
本发明还提供一种EVA膜制品,采用上述的EVA膜的UV数码喷印工艺制作而成。
与相关技术相比,本发明提供的一种EVA膜的UV数码喷印工艺通过将EVA膜基材表面进行电晕处理后,喷印硅胶,并在硅胶表面复合贴合层,增加了所述EVA膜基材表面的光滑性,同时可以有效保护所述EVA膜基材不被划伤。

请结合参阅图1,本发明提供一种EVA膜的UV数码喷印工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1:采用流延工艺形成EVA膜基材,所述EVA膜基材包括依次层叠设置的流延层、外压纹层、内压孔层及内电晕层。
所述EVA膜基材采用流延工艺制作而成,具有较好的柔软性和流动性,并且平整度较高,内应力小,受热不易变形,横纵向均匀性好。
所述外压纹层可以增加所述EVA膜基材的纹路,使外观看起来更加的美观,所述流延层、所述外压纹层、内压孔层及内电晕层之间直接复合成型,加工速度快、适合大批量生产;加工成本低,省去了一道热封膜生产工序,粘合剂使用量极少;并且可以任意设定各层之间的厚度。
S2:对所述内电晕层进行电晕处理,放大所述内电晕层表面的毛孔。
电晕处理的原理为:利用高频率高电压在被处理的基材表面电晕放电(电压5000-150000V/m 2),产生低温等离子体,使基材表面产生游离基反应而使聚合物发生交联,使得表面的毛孔放大,等离子体由电机和渗透进入基材,破坏其分子结构,进而将被处理的基材表面分子氧化和极化,增加粗糙度,从而增加表面的附着能力。优选的,所述电晕处理的能量为38-58达因。
S3:在所述内电晕层远离所述内压孔层的一侧表面UV数码喷印环保硅胶,并于第一条件下烘干,形成上胶层。
经电晕处理后,所述内电晕层表面的附着能力增加,在所述内电晕层远离所述内压孔层的一侧表面UV数码喷印环保硅胶,可以增加所述环保硅胶的附着能力,同时所述环保硅胶是一种高活性吸附材料,进一步可以保证较好的吸附效果。在本实施方式中,所述第一条件为:烘箱温度60-120℃,所述EVA膜基材在烘箱中的传送速度为100-200米/分钟,可以保证所述EVA膜基材表面的环保硅胶喷印均匀,并且能够快速烘干,在其他实施方式中,所述第一条件还可以根据实际情况进行调整。进一步的,所述烘箱的长度为50米,优选的,所述上胶层的厚度为30-50μm。
所述环保硅胶化学性质稳定,不燃烧,并且具有较好的耐温性、耐候性、电气绝缘性、生理惰性及低表面张力和低表面能,使得加工完成后的所述EVA基材同样具备相应的性能,扩大了使用范围。
S4:在所述上胶层远离所述内电晕层的一侧表面复合单面光哑膜,定型熟化,形成贴合层。
所述定型熟化的时间为48小时,所述贴合层为OPP材质或者PET(Polyethyleneterephthalate,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)材质。所述贴合层作为外部保护层,可以增加所述EVA膜基材表面的光滑性,同时可以有效保护所述EVA膜基材不被划伤。
S5:进行无尘分卷,并在所述流延层表面UV数码喷印油墨,形成喷印图案,完成所述EVA膜的UV数码喷印。
喷印是将电子计算机存储图文信息的原理,先输入到UV数码喷墨印刷机,再通过电子计算机的控制装置的情况下,由喷嘴向印物表面喷射墨滴,根据电荷效应在印物表面呈现图像的,适合于包装彩图、纺织品和大幅面广告牌的印刷,是全色彩、高精度印刷的理想选择,不论是简单的块色图案,全彩色图案或是具有过度色的图案,都能一次印刷完成,无需制版、无需晒版和重复套色,色彩靓丽,效果逼真,图像防水,防晒,耐磨损附着力强,不褪色,机器操作简易、性能稳定。
请参阅图2,本发明还提供一种EVA膜制品100,采用上述的EVA膜的UV数码喷印工艺制作而成。所述EVA膜制品100包括EVA膜基材10、上胶层20和贴合层30,所述上胶层20连接所述EVA膜基材10和所述贴合层30。
具体的,所述EVA膜基材10采用流延工艺制作而成,具有较好的柔软性和流动性,并且平整度较高,内应力小,受热不易变形,横纵向均匀性好。
进一步的,所述EVA膜基材10包括依次层叠设置的流延层1、外压纹层2、内压孔层3及内电晕层4。所述外压纹层2可以增加所述EVA膜基材10的纹路,使外观看起来更加的美观,所述流延层1、所述外压纹层2、内压孔层3及内电晕层4之间直接复合成型,加工速度快、适合大批量生产;加工成本低,省去了一道热封膜生产工序,粘合剂使用量极少;并且可以任意设定各层之间的厚度。
所述流延层1表面有喷印图案,所述喷印图案采用UV数码喷印油墨形成。
所述上胶层20喷印于所述EVA膜基材10的表面,具体的,所述上胶层20采用UV数码喷印于所述内电晕层4远离所述内压孔层3的一侧表面,优选的,所述上胶层20为环保硅胶。
所述上胶层20的喷印工艺具体为:对所述内电晕层4进行电晕处理,放大所述内电晕层4表面的毛孔。经电晕处理后,所述内电晕层4表面的附着能力增加,在所述内电晕层4远离所述内压孔层3的一侧表面UV数码喷印环保硅胶,可以增加所述环保硅胶的附着能力,同时所述环保硅胶是一种高活性吸附材料,进一步可以保证较好的吸附效果。喷印完成后,在第一条件下烘干,在本实施方式中,所述第一条件为:烘箱温度60-120℃,所述EVA膜基材在烘箱中的传送速度为100-200米/分钟,可以保证所述EVA膜基材表面10的环保硅胶喷印均匀,并且能够快速烘干,在其他实施方式中,所述第一条件还可以根据实际情况进行调整。进一步的,所述烘箱的长度为50米,优选的,所述上胶层20的厚度为30-50μm。
所述环保硅胶化学性质稳定,不燃烧,并且具有较好的耐温性、耐候性、电气绝缘性、生理惰性及低表面张力和低表面能。使得加工完成后的所述EVA基材10同样具备相应的性能,扩大了使用范围。

与相关技术相比,本发明提供的一种EVA膜的UV数码喷印工艺通过将EVA膜基材表面进行电晕处理后,UV数码喷印硅胶,并在硅胶表面复合贴合层,增加了所述EVA膜基材表面的光滑性,同时可以有效保护所述EVA膜基材不被划伤。

Claims (6)
1.一种EVA膜的UV数码喷印工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
采用流延工艺形成EVA膜基材,所述EVA膜基材包括依次层叠设置的流延层、外压纹层、内压孔层及内电晕层;
对所述内电晕层进行电晕处理,放大所述内电晕层表面的毛孔;
在所述内电晕层远离所述内压孔层的一侧表面UV数码喷印环保硅胶,并于第一条件下烘干,形成上胶层;
在所述上胶层远离所述内电晕层的一侧表面复合单面光哑膜,定型熟化,形成贴合层,所述贴合层为OPP材质或者PET材质;
进行无尘分卷,并在所述流延层表面UV数码喷印油墨,形成喷印图案,完成所述EVA膜的UV数码喷印。

6.一种EVA膜制品,其特征在于,采用权利要求1-5任一项所述的EVA膜的UV数码喷印工艺制作而成。
