Abstract
本发明公开了一种高拉伸防染色的食品包装罐内涂料,涂料由以下按质量百分比计的组分组成:聚酯多元醇5~15%,颜料0.1~30%,分散剂0.1~1%,蜡粉0.1~1%,乙烯基醚‑四氟乙烯共聚物5~25%,高分子共聚聚酯30~65%,封闭异氰酸酯3~12%,催化剂0.1~1%,附着力促进剂0.5~2%,助剂0.1%~0.8%,余量为有机溶剂,本发明具有极佳的抗拉伸性和防染色能力,同时本发明还提供了该涂料的制备方法和使用方法。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及食品包装罐涂料领域,特别涉及一种高拉伸防染色的食品包装罐内涂料及其制备方法与应用。
背景技术
目前,全世界每年罐头食品总产量已近5000万吨,品种达2500多种。据预测,全球罐头食品行业将以3.8%的年复合增长率增长,到2021年市场将达7189亿元左右。中国罐头在国际市场上占据重要地位,目前中国已成为世界上最大的罐头出口国。产品远销世界多国等发达国家。根据国家统计局最新数据,2018年,我国规模以上罐头企业807家,累计完成产量1027.99万吨,出口额54.25亿美元。随着我国罐头企业生产工艺及设备的大幅改善,罐头食品产业得到快速发展,罐头食品安全、营养、便捷的特性也越来越受到消费者的青睐,国内需求量逐年上涨,目前我国罐头行业在国际市场上发展形势较好,未来在国内外市场双重需求的拉动下,我国罐藏产业呈现良好的发展前景。预计到2023年,我国罐头行业市场规模有望突破3200亿元。
在金属包装罐头领域,此前大口径的三片马口铁罐被广泛应用于奶粉、咖啡粉、茶叶、海鲜、午餐肉、沙丁鱼等包装罐子,用于封存食品。
近年来,随着高拉伸的两片包装罐工艺被发明和兴起,不仅工艺简单合理,减少了现有生产三片罐产品的工序,提高生产效率,并有利于环境保护。同时包装罐罐身与底盖一体,不具有焊缝,能够满足食品与药品对大口径包装罐的密封要求,不会带来被包装罐污染的风险,充分保障食品药品的安全性能,迅速在市场被广泛应用。由于此工艺要对材料进行多次拉伸,最终成型成长径比高达2:1甚至更高的罐头产品。罐头成品提供给食品加工厂后,罐头内部还需要封装不同类型的食品进行高温蒸煮,确保食品的营养、健康和安全。富含花青素以及天然色素的食品因为其出色的自由基清除能力和抗氧化能力而带来的美容保健的功能而被逐渐被大众追捧。随着食品罐头市场应用的扩大,客户个性化定制的需求,因此对涂层的更高抗拉伸性以及高拉伸后的耐化性、防染色能力的追求是两片金属包装罐内涂料的永恒追求。
此前最常用于三片马口铁罐的有机保护涂层,如PVC有机溶胶和环氧酚醛树脂涂料体系,因为树脂分子中固有的硬单体成分太高,无法达到高拉伸的要求,再加上氯乙烯单体残留以及BPA残留对人体健康的隐患,而无法适用。
中国专利CN201310714858提供了一种双涂层的具有高抗硫、耐盐腐蚀性能、不含PVC、BPA、BPF及其衍生物的食品包装材料涂料及其制备方法与应用。该现有技术的双层涂料体系完全不含BAP和PVC,适用于食品包装材料涂覆中。该现有技术能替代传统的PVC有机溶胶和环氧酚醛树脂涂料,并且具备良好的柔韧性,但是该现有技术利用聚酯树脂与酚醛树脂和氨基树脂的反应会导致漆膜太脆,无法达到在高拉伸后的耐化性能。
中国专利CN201210570896提供了单涂层的一种金属饮料食品罐内涂料及其制备方法与应用,该涂料由以下按质量百分比计的组分组成:饱和聚酯35~70%、氨基树脂1~15%、酚醛树脂3~20%、助剂1.8~2.5%。该现有技术制成的单涂涂层耐高温杀菌和酸煮等,具有很好的柔韧性,因此,其可以用作易拉盖内涂、两片深冲食品罐头内涂和三片饮料罐内壁涂料,适用于存放碳酸饮料,啤酒,沙丁鱼,午餐肉,番茄酱等;实现了单涂膜重达到13g/m2,可以代替片涂方式中环氧底漆加有机溶胶面漆的双涂工艺,蒸煮不发白,附着力佳,无羽膜。该现有技术同样是利用聚酯树脂与酚醛树脂和氨基树脂的反应,由于氨基树脂和酚醛树脂自身的拉伸性差导致成膜后的漆膜伸长率不足,无法达到在高拉伸后的耐化性能,同时由于聚酯树脂自身的表面张力高,导致涂层不具备抗染色能力。
中国专利CN200610041362金属卷材用热固性氟碳树脂及其涂料,提供了一种热固性的氟碳树脂及其涂料的制备,该现有技术使用的是用三氟氯乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物与交联剂固化,得到适用于金属卷材涂装,耐甲乙酮擦拭佳、耐老化性好、柔韧性优异的氟涂层。由于此共聚物中三氟氯乙烯单体含量高达45-55%,硬度较高,无法在新的两片罐食品制罐工艺中使用。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种高拉伸防染色的食品包装罐内涂料。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:
高拉伸防染色的食品包装罐内涂料,涂料由以下按质量百分比计的组分组成:聚酯多元醇5~15%,颜料0.1~30%,分散剂0.1~1%,蜡粉0.1~1%,乙烯基醚-四氟乙烯共聚物5~25%,高分子共聚聚酯30~65%,封闭异氰酸酯3~12%,催化剂0.1~1%,附着力促进剂0.5~2%,助剂0.1%~0.8%,余量为有机溶剂。
进一步地,所述聚酯多元醇为由多元醇和多元酸聚合而成的微支链或支链的聚酯多元醇溶液,聚酯多元醇的分子量为10000~3000,羟值含量为1~4%;酸值小于10mg KOH/g。
进一步地,所述高分子共聚树脂是由多元醇和多元酸聚合而成的直链或微支链型饱和聚酯溶液,高分子共聚树脂的玻璃化转变温度为20~70℃,分子量为10000~30000,羟值为3~20mgKOH/g,酸值小于10mg KOH/g。
进一步地,所述颜料无机或有机颜料,包括但不限于金红石钛白粉。
进一步地,所述乙烯基醚-四氟乙烯共聚物为四氟乙烯、乙烯基醚或乙烯基酯聚合而成的聚乙烯基醚-四氟乙烯溶液;乙烯基醚-四氟乙烯共聚物的氟含量≥30%,玻璃化转变温度为≥30℃,分子量为5000-30000,羟值为20~100mgKOH/g,酸值小于10mg KOH/g。
进一步地,所述蜡粉为PTFE蜡或者PTFE改性蜡。
本发明还提供了该涂料的制备方法:
高拉伸防染色的食品包装罐内涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:按指定的比例称取聚酯多元醇、颜料、分散剂、蜡粉、乙烯基醚-四氟乙烯共聚物、高分子共聚聚酯、封闭异氰酸酯、催化剂、附着力促进剂、助剂及有机溶剂;
S2:在容器内依次边搅拌边加入聚酯多元醇、有机溶剂、颜料、分散剂、蜡粉,然后以800-1200r/min的速率高速分散15分钟,用砂磨机将涂料研磨至细度≤15um,制得半成品A料备用;
S3:继续在A料中边搅拌边加入乙烯基醚-四氟乙烯共聚物、高分子共聚聚酯、封闭异氰酸酯、催化剂、附着力促进剂、助剂、有机溶剂,然后以800~1200r/min的速率高速分散10~15分直至分散均匀,制得B料;
S4:将B料静置过滤,粘度控制在60~140s,得到成品涂料。
本发明还提供了该涂料的使用方法为:
S1:将涂料涂覆到厚度为0.19-0.35mm的金属板材上;
S2:在金属板温度达到241℃下烘烤10-20s干燥,控制金属板涂层的膜重在8-20g/m2;
S3:将金属板高拉伸成成品食品罐头。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、具有极佳的抗拉伸性,在经过成型成长径比高达2:1的成品食品罐的制罐工艺后,涂层仍然具备良好的理化性能。
2、在经过制罐成型后,罐头内部在121℃*60min的杀菌条件下,蒸煮含花青素类的天然色素食品,不被染色。
3、具备极佳的耐腐蚀能力,在经过制罐成型后,罐头内壁在121℃*60min的3%醋酸、1%柠檬酸混合3%NaCl测试条件下蒸煮,不发白不失光,涂层附着力优异。
4、适用于金属卷材辊涂,一次涂布就能制得膜重为8-20gsm的涂层。
5、色彩丰富,种类多样,特别适合客户的定制需求。
6、不含任何有毒的单体,涂料完全不含BPA、PVC等有毒物质。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。
高拉伸防染色的食品包装罐内涂料,涂料由以下按质量百分比计的组分组成:聚酯多元醇5~15%,颜料0.1~30%,分散剂0.1~1%,蜡粉0.1~1%,乙烯基醚-四氟乙烯共聚物5~25%,高分子共聚聚酯30~65%,封闭异氰酸酯3~12%,催化剂0.1~1%,附着力促进剂0.5~2%,助剂0.1%~0.8%,余量为有机溶剂。
聚酯多元醇为由多元醇和多元酸聚合而成的微支链或支链的聚酯多元醇溶液,其分子量为分子量为10000~3000,羟值含量为1~4%;酸值小于10mg KOH/g,可优选为德国拜耳的Desmophen系列,可进一步优选为德国拜耳的DesmophenT1652 T1665、T1775.T1200、T1150,美国金氏的K-FLEX188。
高分子共聚树脂是由多元醇和多元酸聚合而成的直链或微支链型饱和聚酯溶液,其玻璃化转变温度为20~70℃,分子量为10000~30000,羟值为3~20mgKOH/g,酸值小于10mg KOH/g,可优选为日本三菱化学TP系列,赢创德固赛聚酯L系列,可进一步优选为TP217、TP235、TP236、TP249、TP294、TP220、TP290,赢创的L411、L651、L658中的一种或几种。
颜料为符合FDA食品要求的无机或有机颜料,包括但不限于金红石钛白粉、巴斯夫的有机颜料固美透系列,艳佳鲜系列,艳佳丽系列,可优选为美国科慕钛白粉TS-6200,巴斯夫的有机颜料固美透DPP@红BP、黄2RLP,艳佳鲜@红BTR,艳佳丽@绿GFNP。
乙烯基醚-四氟乙烯共聚物为四氟乙烯、乙烯基醚或乙烯基酯聚合而成的聚乙烯基醚-四氟乙烯溶液,其氟含量≥30%,玻璃化转变温度为≥30℃,分子量为5000-30000,羟值为20~100mg KOH/g;酸值小于10mg KOH/g,可优选日本大金GK系列,日本DIC FLUONATE系列,无锡万博氟碳化工WF-JT318,可优选为日本大金GK570,GK520,无锡万博氟碳WF-JT318,日本DIC K703 K705中的一种。
蜡粉为具有高熔点的PTFE蜡或者PTFE改性蜡,可优选为德国Ceronas的3000、2300,德国BYK-CERAFLOUR 996,美国杜邦MP1000。
分散剂为适用于卷材的高分子分散剂,可优选BYK的分散剂系列BYK 170、BYK180、BYK2000、BYK2008中的一种。
封闭异氰酸酯是指符合FDA食品级要求的封闭的HDI和封闭的IPDI异氰酸酯,可优选的为科思创BL 3165、BL 3175、BL3272、3370、3470、BL4265、BL340旭化成MF-K60X、SBN-70D、MF-B60X、TPA-B80X、TKA-B75S、E402-B80T中的一种。
催化剂为符合FDA的催化剂,包括但不限于有机锡、有机铋、有机铝、有机锂中的一种,优选的为德国拜尔的Borchi Kat 0243、Borchi Kat024、Borchi Kat0244、BorchiKat315的环保催化剂中的一种。
附着力促进剂为食品包装材料常用的环氧磷酸酯、聚酯磷酸酯系列。
有机溶剂为常见的高沸点有机溶剂组合,如芳香烃类溶剂、醇类溶剂、醚类溶剂、酯类溶剂或酮类溶剂等,优选的为Solvesso100、正丁醇、DBE、乙二醇单丁醚、环己酮一种或几种的混合。
助剂为食品包装涂料常用的丙烯酸类流平消泡剂。
以上的原料,以及合成原料的单体都不含有PVC和BPA,且符合FDA食品认证的要求,均可通过市场正常采购得到。
该涂料的使用方法为:
S1:将涂料涂覆到厚度为0.19-0.35mm的金属板材上;
S2:在金属板温度达到241℃下烘烤10-20s干燥,控制金属板涂层的膜重在8-20g/m2;
S3:将金属板高拉伸成成品食品罐头。
本发明的机理为:利用了氟碳树脂乙烯基醚-四氟乙烯共聚物的化学稳定性、疏水性、疏油性、低表面能、高耐腐蚀的特点,在柔韧性更佳、反应活性更高的聚酯多元醇辅助下,对高性能的聚酯-异氰酸酯涂层体系进行了化学改性,反应后得到了既具备了聚酯高拉伸性、耐高温蒸煮性,又有氟碳的抗污染性、耐腐蚀性好的复合涂层,同时,因为颜料和蜡的引入,既起到了物理屏蔽的作用,隔绝了小分子水、小分子酸、离子的渗透,又与氟涂层共同构成的微纳结构形成了荷叶效应,阻挡了花青素等天然食品色素的渗透和残留。
本发明和现有技术相比,具有如下优点和效果:
1、具有极佳的抗拉伸性,在经过成型成长径比高达2:1的成品食品罐的制罐工艺后,涂层仍然具备良好的理化性能。
2、在经过制罐成型后,罐头内部在121℃*60min的杀菌条件下,蒸煮含花青素类的天然色素食品,不被染色。
3、具备极佳的耐腐蚀能力,在经过制罐成型后,罐头内壁在121℃*60min的3%醋酸、1%柠檬酸混合3%NaCl测试条件下蒸煮,不发白不失光,涂层附着力优异。
4、适用于金属卷材辊涂,一次涂布就能制得膜重为8-20g/m2的涂层。
5、色彩丰富,种类多样,特别适合客户的定制需求。
6、不含任何有毒的单体,涂料完全不含BPA、PVC等有毒物质。
实施例1~5为不同色彩种类的涂料制备:

按照表1中的材料和配方制备了实施例1~5为透明底涂,其具体步骤是:照表1的配方质量比,按照次序,依次边搅拌边加入聚酯多元醇、有机溶剂、颜料、分散剂、蜡粉以800-1200r/min的速率高速分散15分钟后,用砂磨机将涂料研磨至细度≤15um,制得半成品A料备用,继续在A料中依次按照质量比边搅拌边加入乙烯基醚-四氟乙烯共聚物、高分子共聚聚酯、封闭异氰酸酯、催化剂、附着力促进剂、消泡流平剂、有机溶剂,然后以800~1200r/min的速率高速分散10~15分直至分散均匀,静置,过滤后备用,粘度控制在60~140s(涂4杯25℃)。
对比例1~2的制备:
照表1的配方,按照次序,依次边搅拌边加入聚酯多元醇、高分子共聚聚酯、有机溶剂、颜料、蜡粉、分散剂以800-1200r/min的速率高速分散15分钟后,用砂磨机将涂料研磨至细度≤15um,制得半成品A料备用,继续在A料中依次按照质量比边搅拌边加入乙烯基醚-四氟乙烯共聚物、高分子共聚聚酯、封闭异氰酸酯、催化剂、附着力促进剂、消泡流平剂、有机溶剂,然后以800~1200r/min的速率高速分散10~15分直至分散均匀,静置,过滤后备用,粘度控制在60~140s(涂4杯25℃)。
对比例3的制备:
购买市售的CN201210570896专利技术生产的涂料,以800~1200r/min的速率高速分散10~15分直至分散均匀,静置过滤后备用。
食品包装材料涂料的性能测试:
用线棒将涂料涂覆到厚度为0.19-0.35mm的金属板材,金属板材可以为合金铝材或马口铁板材,在金属板温达到241℃下烘烤10-20s,目标干膜重8~20g/m 2,制得涂层板后进行测试,测试的性能见表三
其中涂层主要性能检测方法如下:
耐丁酮(MEK)测试:用全棉的布料包裹1kg的铁锤,浸液态的丁酮(MEK)溶剂,然后来回运动以擦涂被测试表面,一个来回记为一次,直到涂层损坏露出金属基材,记录擦拭次数即为MEK值。
附着力测试:蒸煮前后,用百格刀划叉,成“#”形,用3M公司胶带撕拉3次后观察,对比性能差异,测试结果分成1~10个等级,10表示最好,1表示最差。
接触角测试:用晟鼎精密仪器接触角测试仪来测试水滴与涂层的接触角,接触角<90°为亲水,接触角>90°为疏水。
水煮发白:观察漆膜发白程度,测试结果分成1~10个等级,10表示最好,1表示最差。
导电值:用电流值测试仪测试涂层的完整性:导电值>1mA为漆膜有破损。
抗拉伸性:将涂覆好的涂层板按照2:1的长径比冲制成350ml食品罐头,观察漆膜是否发白、开裂。测试结果分成1~10个等级,10表示最好,1表示最差。
染色性:肉眼观察经过121℃*60min含1%花青素的水蒸煮后的涂层染色情况。
分别对实施例1~5、对比例1~3进行相应的性能测试,对比结果如表2所示。
由表2结果可知:
对比例1、2、3分别制得的聚氨酯涂料、氟碳涂料、现有专利技术聚酯氨基涂料,都存在不同的缺陷:其中,聚氨酯涂料虽然抗拉伸性好,但是接触角较小,耐腐蚀性和防染色能力差;氟碳涂料虽然防染色能力好,但是抗拉伸性不足导致耐腐蚀和耐化性差;而现有专利技术,有一定的柔韧性,但是在高拉伸情况下,柔韧性、耐腐蚀性和防染色能力都较差,而用不同实施例的本发明,各项性能都较理想。由此可知:本发明得到的高拉伸的深冲午餐肉内壁涂料,既解决了现有食品包装材料涂料在拉伸长径比高达2:1的深冲两片罐头后,存在的耐高温杀菌、耐腐蚀性不足的缺点;又解决了现有技术存在的蒸煮含花青素类的天然色素食品易被染色的问题。同时由于该涂料使用了符合FDA食品认证的颜料,色彩丰富,特别适合客户日益扩大的定制化需求。

1.高拉伸防染色的食品包装罐内涂料,其特征在于:涂料由以下按质量百分比计的组分组成:聚酯多元醇5~15%,颜料0.1~30%,分散剂0.1~1%,蜡粉0.1~1%,乙烯基醚-四氟乙烯共聚物5~25%,高分子共聚聚酯30~65%,封闭异氰酸酯3~12%,催化剂0.1~1%,附着力促进剂0.5~2%,助剂0.1%~0.8%,余量为有机溶剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高拉伸防染色的食品包装罐内涂料,其特征在于:所述聚酯多元醇为由多元醇和多元酸聚合而成的微支链或支链的聚酯多元醇溶液,聚酯多元醇的分子量为10000~3000,羟值含量为1~4%;酸值小于10mg KOH/g。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高拉伸防染色的食品包装罐内涂料,其特征在于:所述高分子共聚树脂是由多元醇和多元酸聚合而成的直链或微支链型饱和聚酯溶液,高分子共聚树脂的玻璃化转变温度为20~70℃,分子量为10000~30000,羟值为3~20mgKOH/g,酸值小于10mg KOH/g。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高拉伸防染色的食品包装罐内涂料,其特征在于:所述颜料为无机或有机颜料,包括但不限于金红石钛白粉。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高拉伸防染色的食品包装罐内涂料,其特征在于:所述乙烯基醚-四氟乙烯共聚物为四氟乙烯、乙烯基醚或乙烯基酯聚合而成的聚乙烯基醚-四氟乙烯溶液;聚乙烯基醚-四氟乙烯共聚物的氟含量≥30%,玻璃化转变温度为≥30℃,分子量为5000-30000,羟值为20~100mg KOH/g,酸值小于10mg KOH/g。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高拉伸防染色的食品包装罐内涂料,其特征在于:所述蜡粉为PTFE蜡或者PTFE改性蜡。
7.高拉伸防染色的食品包装罐内涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1:按指定的比例称取聚酯多元醇、颜料、分散剂、蜡粉、乙烯基醚-四氟乙烯共聚物、高分子共聚聚酯、封闭异氰酸酯、催化剂、附着力促进剂、助剂及有机溶剂;
S2:在容器内依次边搅拌边加入聚酯多元醇、有机溶剂、颜料、分散剂、蜡粉,然后以800-1200r/min的速率高速分散15分钟,用砂磨机将涂料研磨至细度≤15um,制得半成品A料备用;

S4:将B料静置过滤,粘度控制在60~140s,得到成品涂料。
8.高拉伸防染色的食品包装罐内涂料的使用方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1:将涂料涂覆到厚度为0.19-0.35mm的金属板材上;
S2:在金属板温度达到241℃下烘烤10-20s干燥,控制金属板涂层的膜重在8-20g/m2;
S3:将金属板高拉伸成成品食品罐头。
