Abstract
The invention discloses a coal charging smoke dust collecting system of a tamping coke oven. The system is installed on a coal charging car and comprises: the cross wind baffle, the top baffle, the smoke absorbing hood and the dust removing pipeline; crosswind baffles are arranged on two sides of a first-layer platform of the coal charging car; the top baffles are arranged at the two ends of the front part of the three-layer platform of the coal charging car and positioned at the tops of the cross wind baffles to form a smoke hood together with the cross wind baffles; the smoke absorption hood is arranged at the front part of the three-layer platform of the coal charging car, and an inlet of the smoke absorption hood is communicated with an outlet of the smoke hood formed by the top baffle and the cross wind baffle; the dust removal pipeline is arranged on the coal charging car, the inlet of the dust removal pipeline is communicated with the outlet of the smoke absorption hood, and the outlet of the dust removal pipeline is connected with a dust remover which is externally arranged. The coal charging smoke dust collecting system of the stamp-charging coke oven can collect and process smoke dust generated in the coal charging process of the stamp-charging coke oven, can eliminate the blowing effect of cross wind in front of the stamp-charging coke oven on smoke dust dissipated from the carbonization chamber, avoids environmental pollution caused by the dissipation of smoke dust generated in the coal charging process, and has a simple structure.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of tamping coke oven dust removing equipment, in particular to a coal charging smoke dust collecting system of a tamping coke oven.
Background
The tamping coke oven is a side-mounted coke oven for charging coal and coking by a tamping method, is one of the main oven types for producing coke at present, and has larger coke capacity. Because the tamping coke oven can generate smoke dust in the production process, at present, in order to collect and process the smoke dust generated in the coal charging operation of the tamping coke oven, a ground station dust removing device is arranged on the side of the tamping coke oven, a smoke dust collecting device is arranged on a coal charging car, the smoke dust generated in the coal charging operation is collected by the smoke dust collecting device, and the collected smoke dust is processed by the ground station dust removing device.

the coal charging smoke dust collecting system configured on the existing coal charging car is complex in structure, and the existing coal charging smoke dust collecting system cannot block the blowing effect of cross wind on two sides of the coal charging car on smoke dust, so that the smoke dust is easy to escape into the external atmosphere.

the dust removal pipeline is installed on the coal charging car, the inlet of the dust removal pipeline is communicated with the outlet of the smoke absorption cover, and the outlet of the dust removal pipeline is connected with a dust remover which is externally configured.
Further, in the coal charging smoke dust collecting system of the tamping coke oven, the system further comprises a dust removal pipeline support, the dust removal pipeline support is installed on the coal charging car, the dust removal pipeline is installed on the dust removal pipeline support, and the dust removal pipeline support is used for supporting the dust removal pipeline.
Further, in the coal charging smoke dust collecting system of the stamp-charging coke oven, the system further comprises a sealing device which is detachably arranged between the smoke blocking plate and the smoke absorbing cover of the coke oven body of the stamp-charging coke oven.
Further, in the coal charging smoke dust collecting system of the stamp-charging coke oven, the dust remover is installed on the coal charging car.
Further, in the coal charging smoke dust collecting system of the tamping coke oven, the dust remover is a cyclone filter bag dust remover.
Further, in the tamping coke oven coal charging smoke dust collecting system, the cyclone filter bag dust collector adopts a fold type filter bag.
The technical scheme of the invention has the following main advantages:

Specifically, when the tamping coke oven coal-charging smoke dust collecting system provided by an embodiment of the invention is in use, when a coal charging car runs to an empty carbonization chamber after coke discharging, a smoke hood formed by the top baffle 2 and the cross wind baffle 1 covers the carbonization chamber, the dust remover is adjusted to be in a working state, and coal charging operation is started, at this time, smoke dust dissipated from the carbonization chamber enters the smoke hood formed by the top baffle 2 and the cross wind baffle 1 through the flow guide effect of the smoke baffle of the coke oven body and further enters the smoke absorption hood 3, the smoke dust entering the smoke absorption hood 3 enters the dust remover through the dust removal pipeline 4, and the dust remover filters the smoke dust to obtain smoke gas meeting the environmental protection standard until the coal charging operation is completed.
Therefore, the coal charging smoke dust collecting system of the tamping coke oven provided by the embodiment of the invention can collect and process smoke dust generated in the coal charging process of the tamping coke oven, can eliminate the blowing effect of cross wind in front of the tamping coke oven on smoke dust dissipated from a carbonization chamber, and avoids the problem of environmental pollution caused by dissipation of smoke dust generated in the coal charging process, and has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in operation and low use cost.
As shown in fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present invention, in order to facilitate the disassembly and assembly of the dust removal pipe 4 and the installation and connection between the dust removal pipe 4 and the smoke suction hood 3; the coal charging smoke dust collecting system of the tamping coke oven can also comprise a dust removal pipeline bracket 5, wherein the dust removal pipeline bracket 5 is arranged on the coal charging car, the dust removal pipeline 4 is arranged on the dust removal pipeline bracket 5, and the dust removal pipeline bracket 5 is used for supporting the dust removal pipeline 4.

In one embodiment of the invention, the dust remover can be arranged on a coal charging car in order to conveniently process the smoke collected in the coal charging process.
