Abstract

本发明提供了一种可用以采集不同光谱范围的 气体检测器,每个检测器单元各具有两块处在一个平 面上的、沿射线方向前后相继布置的电极板(5、6),为 了采集所接收的射线的不同的光谱范围,上述两个电 极板(5、6)的信号各自单独引出。电极板(5、6)最好 插入弹簧接头(7、8),弹簧接头(7、8)成组地与一线路 薄片(10)相连,线路薄片(10)通过接触舌(11)与支承 用以处理检测器信号的电气部件(13)的印刷电路板 (12)相连。

Description

本发明涉及一种用于X射线的气体检测器,特别是涉及一种用于计算机控制的层析X射线摄影的气体检测器。
为了采集X射线和形成相应的电信号,在DE  31  13  305  C2中公开了在计算机控制的层析X射线摄影中应用的、具有一个气密腔室的气体检测器,在该气密的腔室中设有为数很多的电极板。在DE  40  35  696  A1中也描述了如此结构的气体检测器。在该气体检测器中设有一块用以使电子评价装置与测量电路电气连接的印刷电路板。DE  27  33  586  A1公开了一种用于计算机控制的层析X射线摄影用的气体检测器,在其气密的腔室内具有用做电极的导线,其中,为了采集X射线的不同的光谱范围,在气密的腔室内沿射线方向前后相继地设有两根相互绝缘的导线。
本发明的目的在于,提供一种用于计算机控制层析X射线摄影的气体检测器,在该探测器的气密的腔室内具有为数很多的电极板,该气体检测器具有便于装配和维护的结构。
按照本发明,为实现上述目的的技术方案在于,每个检测器单元分别设置两块处在一个平面上的、沿射线方向前后相继布置的电极板,为了采集所接收的射线的不同的光谱范围,上述两个电极板的信号各自单独引出,为了引出信号,把电极板插入弹簧接头,弹簧接头成组地与一线路薄片相连,为每两块前后相继设置的电极板配置一个共有的线路薄片,该线路薄片通过接触舌与支承用以处理检测器信号的电气部件的印刷电路板相连。
在本发明的气体检测器中,分别为前后相继设置的电极板的电信号可分开或共同(与传统的气体检测器的一样)加以处理。在把电极板设在腔室内的两个固定体的隙缝内的情况下,借助弹簧接头能够轻易地拆卸和装上电极板。在采用特别薄的电极板(用以提高量子效应)时,基于公知的颤噪效应,可譬如通过粘接使该特薄电极板固定定位。
每两块沿射线方向前后相继设置的电极板共用一线路薄片进一步简化了结构。在这种情况下,配属于线路薄片的电极板以譬如16个电极为一组进行有利的组合。
下面借助附图中所示的一个实施例详细说明本发明,图中所示为:
图1为本发明的气体检测器的截面图,
图2为图1所示的气体检测器的线路薄片展开图。
图1示出了一个其内充有譬如氙气的气密的腔气室1,在该腔室内设有两个固定体2、3,在这两个固定体上有相互间隔的、电极板插在其内的纵向隙缝4。图1示出了两块沿射线方向前后相继设置的电极板5、6,这两个电极板处在一个平面上并与弹簧接头7、8导电地直连。X射线通过窗口9。
弹簧接头7、8与一个柔性的线路薄片10电气相连,接触舌11座落在该线路薄片上,并压入印刷电路板12的线路轨迹上,用以实现电气连接。印刷电路板12插入在气密的腔室1内并从腔室1内向外伸出,电路板12在其伸出侧支承用于处理检测器信号的电子部件13。
借助电极板5、6形成信号,这些信号相当于所接的X射线的不同的光谱范围。
图2示出了线路薄片10的展开结构。线路薄片10的左端有焊接点14,用这些焊接点与弹簧接头8相接,线路薄片10的右端有焊接点15,用这些焊接点与弹簧接头7相接。在图2中还可看到接触舌11。

Claims (1)

1、一种用于X射线、特别是用于计算机控制的层析X射线摄影的气体检测器,具有一个气密的腔室(1),在该气密的腔室中设有多个电极板(5、6),其中,每个检测器单元各具有两块处在一个平面上的、沿射线方向前后相继布置的电极板(5、6),为了采集所接收的射线的不同的光谱范围,上述两个电极板的信号各自单独引出,为了引出信号,把电极板(5、6)插入弹簧接头(7、8),弹簧接头(7、8)成组地与一线路薄片(10)相连,为每两块前后相继设置的电极板(5、6)配置一共有的线路薄片(10),该线路薄通过接触舌(11)与支承用以处理检测器信号的电气部件(13)的印刷电路板(12)相连。
