技术领域
本发明涉及药品包装技术领域,具体涉及一种药品包装袋及其制备工艺。
背景技术
目前,固体药物包装主要包括玻璃瓶、塑料瓶和薄膜包装。因玻璃瓶和塑料瓶是刚性的,且只适合药粒或者粉末状等药品,对于固体原料药没法解决。因此,对于一些固体原药通常是采用包装袋进行包装,包装袋是通过包装膜制备而成,当包装袋装入药品后,需要对封口进行塑封处理。
现有的包装袋的耐热性差,不仅会导致塑封时封口出现胶化,进而导致封口密封不严,而且当包装袋处于高温条件时,容易导出热分解,包装袋在热分解过程中会挥发有害物质,进而影响原料药性。包装袋由内到外依次包括聚乙烯层和镀铝聚酯层,由于聚乙烯层本身具有良好的耐热性,包装袋的耐热性差主要体现在镀铝聚酯层,因此,改善包装袋的耐热性的关键在于提高镀铝聚酯层的耐热性
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种药品包装袋,解决现有包装膜的镀铝聚酯层耐热性差的问题。
此外,本发明还提供上述药品包装袋的制备工艺。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现:
一种药品包装袋,由内到外依次包括聚乙烯层和镀铝聚酯层,所述镀铝聚酯层包括以下重量份组分:
聚己内酯30-40重量份,共聚酯20-25重量份,聚酯酰胺20-30重量份,聚乙烯树脂20-25重量份,丁基羟基茴香醚5-12重量份,二丁基羟基甲苯5-8重量份,柠檬酸8-15重量份。
一种药品包装袋,由内到外依次包括聚乙烯层和镀铝聚酯层,所述镀铝聚酯层由以下重量份组分组成:
聚己内酯30-40重量份,共聚酯20-25重量份,聚酯酰胺20-30重量份,聚乙烯树脂20-25重量份,丁基羟基茴香醚5-12重量份,二丁基羟基甲苯5-8重量份,柠檬酸8-15重量份。
本发明所述聚乙烯层采用现有技术,其组分组成为:聚乙烯、天然橡胶、增塑剂和稳定剂。
在本发明所述配方中:所述聚己内酯、共聚酯和聚酯酰胺为镀铝聚酯层的基础材料,仅仅采用基础材料制备的镀铝聚酯层的耐热性差,在包装袋进行塑封封口时同容易出现气泡、翘曲变形和胶化的问题,进而导致封口的密封性差,同时,耐热性差会导致包装袋挥发产生有毒物质,影响原药的药性。本发明所述聚乙烯树脂具有良好的耐热性,能够在一定程度上提高镀铝聚酯层的耐热性,所述丁基羟基茴香醚的热稳定性好,同时具有一定的抗氧化效果,当丁基羟基茴香醚与柠檬酸配合使用时,柠檬酸对丁基羟基茴香醚的耐热性具有加强作用,能够显著提高丁基羟基茴香醚的耐热性,所述二丁基羟基甲苯具有一定的耐热性,能够在一定程度上辅助丁基羟基茴香醚和聚乙烯树脂,共同作用增强耐热性。
申请人通过长期试验发现:通过添加一定比例的丁基羟基茴香醚和柠檬酸,能够显著提高丁基羟基茴香醚的耐热性,添加结合聚乙烯树脂,聚乙烯树脂的耐热性和丁基羟基茴香醚的耐热性向结合,能够提高镀铝聚酯层的耐热性,满足镀铝聚酯层的塑封需求,使得包装袋塑封口封口没有起泡、翘曲变形和胶化的问题,进而使得封口的密封性好。
本发明通过在基础原料中添加聚乙烯树脂、丁基羟基茴香醚、二丁基羟基甲苯和柠檬酸,一方面,聚乙烯树脂的耐热性,另一方面丁基羟基茴香醚配合柠檬酸能够显著提高丁基羟基茴香醚的耐热性,聚乙烯树脂和丁基羟基茴香醚共同作用,再辅以二丁基羟基甲苯,能够提高镀铝聚酯层的耐热性,满足镀铝聚酯层的塑封需求,使得包装袋塑封口封口没有起泡、翘曲变形和胶化的问题,进而使得封口的密封性好。如此,本发明解决了现有包装膜的镀铝聚酯层耐热性差的问题。
进一步地,镀铝聚酯层由以下重量份组分组成:
聚己内酯35重量份,共聚酯22重量份,聚酯酰胺25重量份,聚乙烯树脂22重量份,丁基羟基茴香醚12重量份,二丁基羟基甲苯8重量份,柠檬酸12重量份。

石墨烯具有一定的润滑性和高韧性,不仅利于在原料混合时起到润滑作用,提高物料的混匀效果,且能够增强镀铝聚酯层的韧性,提高其抗拉伸性能,在满足镀铝聚酯层耐热性的同时,提高其抗拉伸性能,提高镀铝聚酯层的使用寿命。
进一步地,还包括以下重量份组分:
阳离子聚丙烯酰胺8-10重量份。
所述阳离子聚丙烯酰胺具有良好的抗静电效果,能够提高镀铝聚酯层在塑封时的抗静电能力,确保包装袋在塑封过程中不会起静电,提高稳定性。

水杨酸铅2-5重量份。
所述水杨酸铅为光稳定剂,由于镀铝聚酯层在塑封时会有光照,通过添加一定含量的水杨酸铅能够提高镀铝聚酯层的光稳定性,进行提高镀铝聚酯层在塑封时的稳定性。
一种药品包装袋的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)、称料:分别按重量份称取各个组分;
2)、混料:将聚己内酯、共聚酯和聚酯酰胺混合均匀后,在搅拌状态下加入聚乙烯树脂混合均匀后,加入二丁基羟基甲苯,搅拌均匀组成A组分,将丁基羟基茴香醚和柠檬酸按比例混合均匀后组成B组分,将B组分倒入A组分中混匀;
3)、挤出成型:将混匀后的物料在380℃-420℃条件经过双杆螺旋挤出机挤出制成聚酯材料;
4)、制备薄膜:将聚酯材料在薄膜制备机上制成聚酯薄膜;
5)、镀铝:在聚酯薄膜上采用喷涂技术镀铝制成镀铝聚酯层;
6)、复合:将镀铝聚酯层与聚乙烯层复合制成药品包装膜;
7)、制袋:将药品包装膜制备成包装袋。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下的优点和有益效果:
本发明通过在基础原料中添加聚乙烯树脂、丁基羟基茴香醚、二丁基羟基甲苯和柠檬酸,一方面,聚乙烯树脂的耐热性,另一方面丁基羟基茴香醚配合柠檬酸能够显著提高丁基羟基茴香醚的耐热性,聚乙烯树脂和丁基羟基茴香醚共同作用,再辅以二丁基羟基甲苯,能够提高镀铝聚酯层的耐热性,满足镀铝聚酯层的塑封需求,使得包装袋塑封口封口没有起泡、翘曲变形和胶化的问题,进而使得封口的密封性好。如此,本发明解决了现有包装膜的镀铝聚酯层耐热性差的问题。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白,下面结合实施例,对本发明作进一步的详细说明,本发明的示意性实施方式及其说明仅用于解释本发明,并不作为对本发明的限定。
实施例1:
一种药品包装袋,由内到外依次包括聚乙烯层和镀铝聚酯层,所述镀铝聚酯层由以下重量份组分组成:
聚己内酯40重量份,共聚酯25重量份,聚酯酰胺30重量份,聚乙烯树脂20重量份,丁基羟基茴香醚5重量份,二丁基羟基甲苯5重量份,柠檬酸8重量份。
实施例2:
一种药品包装袋,由内到外依次包括聚乙烯层和镀铝聚酯层,所述镀铝聚酯层由以下重量份组分组成:
聚己内酯30重量份,共聚酯20重量份,聚酯酰胺20重量份,聚乙烯树脂25重量份,丁基羟基茴香醚10重量份,二丁基羟基甲苯8重量份,柠檬酸15重量份。
实施例3:
一种药品包装袋,由内到外依次包括聚乙烯层和镀铝聚酯层,所述镀铝聚酯层由以下重量份组分组成:
聚己内酯35重量份,共聚酯22重量份,聚酯酰胺25重量份,聚乙烯树脂22重量份,丁基羟基茴香醚12重量份,二丁基羟基甲苯8重量份,柠檬酸12重量份。
实施例4:
一种药品包装袋,由内到外依次包括聚乙烯层和镀铝聚酯层,所述镀铝聚酯层由以下重量份组分组成:
聚己内酯35重量份,共聚酯22重量份,聚酯酰胺25重量份,聚乙烯树脂22重量份,丁基羟基茴香醚12重量份,二丁基羟基甲苯8重量份,柠檬酸12重量份;石墨烯3重量份。
实施例5:
一种药品包装袋,由内到外依次包括聚乙烯层和镀铝聚酯层,所述镀铝聚酯层由以下重量份组分组成:
聚己内酯35重量份,共聚酯22重量份,聚酯酰胺25重量份,聚乙烯树脂22重量份,丁基羟基茴香醚12重量份,二丁基羟基甲苯8重量份,柠檬酸12重量份;石墨烯6重量份,阳离子聚丙烯酰胺8重量份。
实施例6:
一种药品包装袋,由内到外依次包括聚乙烯层和镀铝聚酯层,所述镀铝聚酯层由以下重量份组分组成:
聚己内酯35重量份,共聚酯22重量份,聚酯酰胺25重量份,聚乙烯树脂22重量份,丁基羟基茴香醚12重量份,二丁基羟基甲苯8重量份,柠檬酸12重量份;石墨烯4重量份,阳离子聚丙烯酰胺10重量份,水杨酸铅5重量份。
对比例1:
本实施例基于实施例3,与实施例3的区别在于:不含聚乙烯树脂。
对比例2:
本实施例基于实施例3,与实施例3的区别在于:不含丁基羟基茴香醚和柠檬酸。
对比例3:
本实施例基于实施例3,与实施例3的区别在于:丁基羟基茴香醚的含量为:3重量份,柠檬酸的含量为:20重量份。
对比例4:
本实施例基于实施例3,与实施例3的区别在于:丁基羟基茴香醚的含量为:15重量份,柠檬酸的含量为:5重量份。
将实施例1至实施例6,对比例1至对比例4制备的包装袋按进行塑封,观察包装袋封口的外观变化、每个实施例选用10个包装袋进行试验,结果如下:
实施例1:
10个包装袋封口均没有出现气泡和胶化,均略微翘曲变形,均封口密封完全。
实施例2:
10包装袋封口没有出现气泡和胶化,2个的封口出现略微翘曲变形,均封口密封完全。
实施例3:
10包装袋的封口均没有出现气泡、翘曲变形、和胶化,封口密封完全。
实施例4:
10包装袋的封口均没有出现气泡、翘曲变形、和胶化,封口密封完全。
实施例5:
10包装袋的封口均没有出现气泡、翘曲变形、和胶化,封口密封完全。
实施例6:
10包装袋的封口均没有出现气泡、翘曲变形、和胶化,封口密封完全。
对比例1:
10包装袋封口没有出现气泡,10包装袋都有不同程度的翘曲变形,6个出现胶化,4个密封不完全。
对比例2:
10包装袋封口没有出现气泡,10包装袋都有不同程度的翘曲变形,5个出现轻微胶化,6个密封不完全。
对比例3:
10包装袋封口没有出现气泡,2个翘曲变形,3个出现轻微胶化,2个密封不完全。
对比例4:
10包装袋封口没有出现气泡,3翘曲变形,2个出现轻微胶化,2个部分密封不完全。
将实施例1-实施例6的药品包装袋进行拉伸试验,采用拉力机(CTM8000)对药品包装袋进行拉伸,试验结果如表1所示:

由表1的数据可知:
通过添加石墨烯后,抗拉升是能力明显提高,且断裂延伸力也提高,断裂延伸力是指断裂拉力与开始发生形变的拉力的差值
一种药品包装袋的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)、称料:分别按重量份称取各个组分;
2)、混料:将聚己内酯、共聚酯和聚酯酰胺在常温下混合均匀后,在搅拌状态下加入聚乙烯树脂混合均匀后,温度升高至40℃加入二丁基羟基甲苯,搅拌均匀组成A组分,将丁基羟基茴香醚和柠檬酸按比例混合均匀后组成B组分,将B组分倒入A组分中混匀;
3)、挤出成型:将混匀后的物料在380℃-420℃条件经过双杆螺旋挤出机挤出制成聚酯材料;
4)、制备薄膜:将聚酯材料在薄膜制备机上制成聚酯薄膜;
5)、镀铝:在聚酯薄膜上采用喷涂技术镀铝制成镀铝聚酯层;
6)、复合:将镀铝聚酯层与聚乙烯层复合制成药品包装膜;
7)、制袋:将药品包装膜制备成包装袋。

Claims (7)
1.一种药品包装袋,由内到外依次包括聚乙烯层和镀铝聚酯层,其特征在于,所述镀铝聚酯层包括以下重量份组分:
聚己内酯30-40重量份,共聚酯20-25重量份,聚酯酰胺20-30重量份,聚乙烯树脂20-25重量份,丁基羟基茴香醚5-12重量份,二丁基羟基甲苯5-8重量份,柠檬酸8-15重量份。
2.一种药品包装袋,由内到外依次包括聚乙烯层和镀铝聚酯层,其特征在于,所述镀铝聚酯层由以下重量份组分组成:
聚己内酯30-40重量份,共聚酯20-25重量份,聚酯酰胺20-30重量份,聚乙烯树脂20-25重量份,丁基羟基茴香醚5-12重量份,二丁基羟基甲苯5-8重量份,柠檬酸8-15重量份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种药品包装袋,其特征在于,所述镀铝聚酯层由以下重量份组分组成:
聚己内酯35重量份,共聚酯22重量份,聚酯酰胺25重量份,聚乙烯树脂22重量份,丁基羟基茴香醚12重量份,二丁基羟基甲苯8重量份,柠檬酸12重量份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种药品包装袋,其特征在于,还包括以下重量份组分:
石墨烯3-6重量份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种药品包装袋,其特征在于,还包括以下重量份组分:
阳离子聚丙烯酰胺8-10重量份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种药品包装袋,其特征在于,还包括以下重量份组分:
水杨酸铅2-5重量份。
7.一种如权利要求1或2所述药品包装袋的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)、称料:分别按重量份称取各个组分;
2)、混料:将聚己内酯、共聚酯和聚酯酰胺混合均匀后,在搅拌状态下加入聚乙烯树脂混合均匀后,加入二丁基羟基甲苯,搅拌均匀组成A组分,将丁基羟基茴香醚和柠檬酸按比例混合均匀后组成B组分,将B组分倒入A组分中混匀;
3)、挤出成型:将混匀后的物料在380℃-420℃条件经过双杆螺旋挤出机挤出制成聚酯材料;
4)、制备薄膜:将聚酯材料在薄膜制备机上制成聚酯薄膜;
5)、镀铝:在聚酯薄膜上采用喷涂技术镀铝制成镀铝聚酯层;
6)、复合:将镀铝聚酯层与聚乙烯层复合制成药品包装膜;
7)、制袋:将药品包装膜制备成包装袋。
