the blowing mechanism comprises a fixed box (9), an air extracting pump (10), a connecting pipe (11), a filter screen (12), a rotating assembly, a transmission assembly, two fixing rods, two shaking assemblies and two air injection assemblies, wherein two sides of the upper part of the fixed box (9) are respectively fixed below a top plate (2) through the two fixing rods, the air extracting pump (10) is fixed above the fixed box (9), the air extracting pump (10) is communicated with the inside of the fixed box (9) through the connecting pipe (11), the filter screen (12) is fixed inside the fixed box (9), the rotating assembly is arranged above the filter screen (12), the two shaking assemblies are respectively arranged at two sides of the rotating assembly, the rotating assembly is connected with the shaking assemblies, the two air injection assemblies are respectively arranged at two sides of the lower part of the fixed box (9), the transmission assembly is arranged between the two air injection assemblies, the shaking assembly is connected with the air injection assembly through the transmission assembly;
the air injection assembly comprises a support shaft, a swing rod (26), a nozzle (27), a hose (28), a fixing plate (25) and a connecting rod (24), one end of the support shaft is vertically fixed below the fixing box (9), the other end of the support shaft is hinged with one end of the swing rod (26), the other end of the swing rod (26) is fixedly connected with the nozzle (27), the nozzle (27) is communicated with the lower portion of the fixing box (9) through the hose (28), one end of the connecting rod (24) is connected with the transmission assembly, a strip-shaped opening is formed in the swing rod (26), the other end of the connecting rod (24) penetrates through the strip-shaped opening to be fixedly connected with the fixing plate (25), and the connecting rod (24) is matched with the strip-shaped opening;
adjustment mechanism includes motor (4), first lead screw (5), sleeve pipe (6) and direction subassembly, the top at workstation (1) is fixed in motor (4), motor (4) is connected with the one end transmission of first lead screw (5), sleeve pipe (6) cover is established on the other end of first lead screw (5), the one end and roof (2) fixed connection of keeping away from motor (4) of sleeve pipe (6), sleeve pipe (6) are connected with the direction subassembly, motor (4) are connected with the PLC electricity.
