本发明属于清洁用品技术领域,具体是指一种中性无毒清洁剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前市面上所有的清洁产品基本分类为酸性清洁剂、碱性清洁剂、油性清洁剂和中性清洁剂,酸性清洁剂以强酸为主,通常pH值<6,例如氢氟酸、盐酸、双氧水等,主要是去色、清洁用途,碱性清洁剂以强碱为主,通常pH值>8,例如洗衣粉、洗洁精等,主要用于漂白、除油渍;油性清洁剂以溶剂类为主,通常pH值在6-7,例如柴油、尘推油等,用于清洗机械和静电灰尘;中性清洁剂以水剂为主,pH值在6~8,例如工程用中性清洁剂,主要用于做表面清洁。
现有的酸性清洁剂和碱性清洁剂,如果浓度过高,对人体和环境的伤害很大,如果浓度偏低,长期使用对人体和环境的影响也是很严重的,并且很大一部分使用的为工业使用过的回收废酸和工业碱,危害极大;油性清洁剂属于溶剂类,易燃易爆并且绝大多数有挥发性有机溶剂,被人吸食会造成眩晕和身体伤害;中性清洁剂主要是工业性使用,内部含有大量的游离重金属离子,长期使用易对对人体造成影响;且绝大多数清洁剂的溶液都是工业用水(自来水)或者地下水,工业用水呈酸性并且游离金属离子居多,地下水多呈碱性,游离矿物质含量高。
发明内容
为解决上述现有难题,本发明提供一种清洁效果好且有效减少使用过程中清洁剂对人体的影响的中性无毒清洁剂。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种中性无毒清洁剂,包括如下重量的组份:非离子表面活性剂5-10份、去离子水30-80份、烷基醇酰胺1-3份、直链烷基苯磺酸9-12份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠7-10份、稳定剂2-5份、食盐1-4份、香料0.1-0.2份、酸性调节剂2-5份、碱性调节剂1-4份、增溶剂5-20份、消泡剂2-5份。
进一步地,所述酸性调节剂为柠檬酸、山梨酸、酒石酸、苹果酸、延胡索酸、抗坏血酸、乳酸、葡萄酸的一种或多种;碱性调节剂为碳酸钠、小苏打、乙酸钠、磷酸氢二钠的一种或多种,酸性调节剂和碱性调节剂中和调节pH,保证了清洁剂对环境的友好、对清洁表面的保护和人体安全。
进一步地,所述增溶剂为乙醇,稳定剂为亚磷酸二苯一癸酯、亚磷酸一苯二癸酯、环氧硬脂酸丁酯、辛酯乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸钠的一种或多种。

2)向步骤1)所述的清洁剂初溶液内加入稳定剂2-5份、食盐1-4份、香料0.1-0.2份、消泡剂2-5份后保持40-50℃慢速搅拌搅拌均匀待体系再一次完全溶解时,加入酸性调节剂2-5份、碱性调节剂1-4份调节pH值到6-7并搅拌均匀至完全溶解后降至室温得清洁剂。

实施例3:
一种中性无毒清洁剂,包括如下重量的组份:非离子表面活性剂10份、去离子水80份、烷基醇酰胺3份、直链烷基苯磺酸12份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠10份、稳定剂5份、食盐4份、香料0.2份、酸性调节剂5份、碱性调节剂4份、增溶剂20份、消泡剂5份。

1)在反应釜中加入去离子水80份、非离子表面活性剂10份、增溶剂20份、,烷基醇酰胺3份、直链烷基苯磺酸12份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠10份搅拌均匀加热并保持在50℃(用温度计测温),慢速搅拌,待体系完全溶解时,得到清洁剂初溶液,
2)向步骤1)所述的清洁剂初溶液内加入稳定剂5份、食盐4份、香料0.2份、消泡剂5份后保持50℃慢速搅拌搅拌均匀待体系再一次完全溶解时,加入酸性调节剂5份、碱性调节剂4份调节pH值到6-7并搅拌均匀至完全溶解后降至室温得清洁剂。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种中性无毒清洁剂,其特征在于,所述增溶剂为乙醇,稳定剂为亚磷酸二苯一癸酯、亚磷酸一苯二癸酯、环氧硬脂酸丁酯、辛酯乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸钠的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种中性无毒清洁剂,其特征在于,所述非离子表面活性剂为聚氧乙烯烷基胺、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、高碳脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、失水山梨醇酯、聚氧乙烯烷基酰胺的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种中性无毒清洁剂,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为乳化硅油、聚二甲基硅氧烷中的一种或两种。
6.一种中性无毒清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1) 在反应釜中加入去离子水30-80份、非离子表面活性剂5-10份、增溶剂5-20份、烷基醇酰胺1-3份、直链烷基苯磺酸9-12份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠7-10份搅拌均匀加热并保持在40-50℃(用温度计测温),慢速搅拌,待体系完全溶解时,得到清洁剂初溶液,
2)向步骤1)所述的清洁剂初溶液内加入稳定剂2-5份、食盐1-4份、香料0.1-0.2份、消泡剂2-5份后保持40-50℃慢速搅拌搅拌均匀待体系再一次完全溶解时,加入酸性调节剂2-5份、碱性调节剂1-4份调节PH值到6-7并搅拌均匀至完全溶解后降至室温得清洁剂。
