Abstract

心理社会压力也在动脉高血压,心绞痛和心肌梗塞沉淀的发生中起重要作用。抑郁症是冠心病发展的独立危险因素。因此,压力管理有助于预防不良心脏事件。减少肥胖指数也有助于降低冠心病的发病率。
许多合成的常规药物疗法被用于诸如抗高血压药,抗心律失常药,降血脂药,抗糖尿病药,抗肥胖药,但它们的应用受到限制,长期使用会对生物系统产生不利影响。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种新的天然植物草药制剂,它可以预防和控制各种冠心病风险因子,包括引起心血管事件的血管炎症过程,包括70%乙醇提取植物的下列部分; 即,丹参鼠尾草、胡桃草、欧洲七叶树和姜的根,中国肉桂的树皮,芝麻、番木瓜、黑种草、石榴的种子,欧矢车菊的叶子,乳香黄连木树脂,椰子树的核果,可可豆,海枣的干果肉和核,油橄榄、无花果、核桃、蓝莓的干果肉,蒜瓣和蔷薇花瓣。
本发明还提供了一种制备植物制剂的新方法,该方法包括以下步骤:用70%乙醇在70-80℃下处理上述植物部分(表1)并保持溶液的pH值在7-10之间,使用波层色谱法,高效液相色谱法分离活性化合物,使用红外光谱和核磁共振检测植物提取物的分子表征。预防和控制各种冠心病风险因子。

本发明的有益效果:本发明涉及新型植物制剂及其治疗和控制诱发冠心病或中风的各种诱因的方法。本发明的制剂用于治疗和控制血脂异常,肥胖,高血压,葡萄糖耐受不良,高半胱氨酸血症,血管炎症以及焦虑和压力。
【具体实施方式】
1提取
用去离子水彻底洗涤样品以除去任何污染物,在液氮的帮助下研磨制备粗粉末,然后用单独的乙醇,甲醇,丙酮和水提取。溶剂的选择基于它们的极性,从高到低(即水>甲醇>乙醇>丙酮),因为不同类别的生物活性化合物对不同极性的溶剂具有不同的亲和力。
为了提取,将等份的粗粉末(5g)精确称量到四个250mL烧瓶中,并与50ml乙醇,甲醇,丙酮和水一起以1:10的比例摇动过夜(16-20h)。室内温度。过夜摇动后,将所有样品以4000rpm离心10分钟,然后通过定性滤纸真空过滤上清液。然后将残余物分别再重浮于另外50ml乙醇甲醇,丙酮和水中。该过程重复两次。将合并的滤液转移到预先称重的玻璃板中,通过在40℃的热空气烘箱中放置4小时来蒸发有机溶剂,之后使用冷冻干燥装置进行滤液的冷冻干燥。冷冻干燥后,记录样品的干重并储存在-80℃下以备进一步使用。
2受试者
共有112名具有心血管病症的符合条件的受试者,随机分为两组:PHF治疗组(n = 78)和安慰剂组(n = 34) - 每日一次,含500 mg(一粒胶囊)持续12周。
3入选标准
纳入标准为35-72岁,肥胖(BMI×30 kg m-2),诊断为2型糖尿病,缺血性心脏病或高血压或高胆固醇血症或血管炎症的心血管诱因之一。
4排除标准
排除标准是对危及生命的合并症的诊断; 甲状腺疾病; 冠状动脉旁路移植术6周内;1个月内心肌梗死; 6个月内血管成形术; 左冠状动脉主干狭窄> 50%; 反应迟钝的充血性心力衰竭; 恶性不受控制的心律失常; 纯合高胆固醇血症; 严重的精神疾病; 目前酒精或药物滥用; 目前吸烟; 目前孕妇或哺乳期妇女,既往减肥手术,其他直接影响体重的病症(如铅毒性,恶性肿瘤)。

1.一种新的可以预防和控制各种冠心病风险因子的植物制剂。
2.本发明包括乙醇提取植物的下列部分:丹参鼠尾草、胡桃草、欧洲七叶树和姜的根,中国肉桂的树皮,芝麻、番木瓜、黑种草、石榴的种子,欧矢车菊的叶子,乳香黄连木树脂,椰子树的核果,可可豆,海枣的干果肉和核,油橄榄、无花果、核桃、蓝莓的干果肉,蒜瓣和蔷薇花瓣,且不局限于上述植物的各种组合搭配和提取办法。
3.根据权利要求1所述的应用,其特征在于所述的预防和控制冠心病和中风风险因子的新型天然植物草药制剂包括上述提取物。
