技术领域
本发明属于保健制品、保健方法及保健装置技术领域，具体涉及一种可加热雾化的固态中草药保健品及其使用保健方法以及对固态中草药保健品进行加热雾化的雾化器。
背景技术
咽、喉、气管、支气管及肺等呼吸系统的重要组成部分在产生不适时，治疗方法主要是通过口服药物经过消化系统吸收或采用静脉注射的方式间接给药，以及直接采用超声雾化等直接接触呼吸系统的技术及设备直接给药，给药更迅速，具有较好的效果。
作为治疗的辅助手段，以及作为呼吸系统不适者的日常保健，中草药辅助保健手段能够起到一定的有益效果。目前中草药保健手段主要通过消化系统吸收(如香薰)、皮肤吸收(如皮肤给药按摩)。但熏香类燃烧会产生过量的PM2.5，影响环境空气，而皮肤吸收给药不直接，效果较弱。
我国有大量的中草药含有对呼吸道有较好保健效果的成分，但长期以来都只是采用熬煮成中药汤剂、制成膏方、含片等方式，通过内服或口含方式使用，其作用和保健效果间接而缓慢，一直没有简单有效且使用方便的方法实现中草药有效成分的雾化和迅速给药，更好地发挥中草药在呼吸道保健中的保健效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有技术存在的不足，提供一种可使中草药中有效成分得到充分释放和雾化、从而实现用直接给药的雾化方法进行呼吸道保健、且使用简单方便的固态中草药。本发明还提供可雾化所述固态中草药的雾化器。
本发明采取的技术方案如下：
一种可加热雾化的固态中草药保健品，由质量比40％-90％的中草药粉末与10％-60％的雾化剂制备而成；用于制备中草药粉末的中草药为薄荷醇、冰片、油酸、亚油酸、菊花、黄精、百合、川贝、金银花、桔梗中的一种或几种；所述雾化剂为丙二醇、油酸、亚油酸、棕榈酸中的一种或几种。
本发明所述固态中草药保健品为中草药粉末与雾化剂混合均匀后，经造粒制备得到的颗粒或蜜丸。
采用本发明所述固态中草药保健品进行呼吸道保健的方法，是将所述固态中草药保健品加热至200℃-400℃后产生的烟雾直接经人体口腔吸入呼吸道。
用于将本发明所述固态中草药保健品进行加热雾化的中草药加热雾化器，包括壳体、设置于壳体内且两端通向壳体外的药仓、环绕药仓设置的加热管、与加热管连接的加热电源，所述药仓通向壳体外的底端为进气口，通向壳体外的顶端接有出气管。
所述中草药加热雾化器的加热管加热温度范围为200℃-400℃。
本发明的固态中草药保健品中富含有利于人体呼吸道杀菌、消炎、解毒的中草药成分，并且这些成分只需低温加热即可释放出其药效成分，同时能与安全的雾化剂有效溶合，伴随烟雾进入口腔内。由于不需高温加热，避免了中草药产生焦糊及有害成分。
本发明采用将固态中草药保健品加热雾化的方式，可避免中草药煎煮、熬制等对药效造成的损失，也可避免中草药制剂不能长时间保存、药效稳定性差以及产生沉积等问题，实现了将固态中草药直接雾化给药。通过低温加热将中草药有效成分同雾化剂一同雾化，通过嘴巴吸气方式吸入雾化的中草药，直接作用于整个呼吸系统，对咽喉及肺部的作用更直接，更有效地进行呼吸道保健，并可避免口服苦涩中药的不适感。
本发明的中草药加热雾化器结构简单，使用方便，使人们能够方便地使用固态中草药加热雾化用于呼吸道的保健。

将所述薄荷醇、冰片、油酸、亚油酸、菊花、黄精、百合、川贝、金银花、桔梗中的一种或几种加工成粉末状，再将粉末与雾化剂混合均匀后，经摇摆造粒工艺制备为颗粒或经蜜丸机制备为蜜丸。
采用所述固态中草药保健品进行呼吸道保健的方法，是将所述固态中草药保健品加热至200℃-400℃后产生的烟雾直接经人体口腔吸入呼吸道。
可将所述固态中草药保健品进行加热雾化的中草药加热雾化器，如图1所示，包括壳体1、设置于壳体内且两端通向壳体外的药仓2、环绕药仓设置的加热管3、与加热管通过导线连接的加热电源4。所述药仓2通向壳体外的底端为进气口5，通向壳体外的顶端接有出气管6。将固态中草药保健品投入药仓2中，开启加热电源4，加热管3升温，将加热温度控制在200℃-400℃，即可使固态中草药保健品产生烟雾，用口含住出气管外端，吸取中草药雾化烟雾即可。药仓底端的进气口5通向大气自然进气，使得口吸出气管时气流通畅且不费力，烟雾能够顺利进入口腔。出气管外端可接便于口腔含住的吸嘴。
实施例1
按质量比称取90％的中草药粉末、10％的雾化剂。中草药粉末由质量份数2份的薄荷醇粉、3份的黄精粉、3份的川贝粉、2份的桔梗粉组成，雾化剂为油酸与棕榈酸的混合物。将中草药粉末和雾化剂混合均匀，经蜜丸机制备成蜜丸，得到固态中草药保健品。将该固态中草药保健品加入几粒到如图1所示的中草药加热雾化器的药仓2中，打开加热电源4，将加热温度设定在350℃，加热5-10秒钟后，即产生中草药烟雾，用口含住出气管，吸取中草药雾化烟雾即可。
实施例2
按质量比称取60％的中草药粉末、40％的雾化剂。中草药粉末由质量份数1份的冰片粉、2份的亚油酸、5份的菊花粉、2份的百合粉组成，雾化剂为十四酸与丙二醇的混合物。将中草药粉末和雾化剂混合均匀，经摇摆造粒机制备成颗粒，得到固态中草药保健品。将该固态中草药保健品加入几粒到中草药加热雾化器的药仓2中，将加热温度设定在300℃，加热5-10秒钟后，即产生中草药烟雾，用口含住出气管，吸取中草药雾化烟雾即可。
实施例3
按质量比称取50％的中草药粉末、50％的雾化剂。中草药粉末由质量份数1份的薄荷醇粉、1份的冰片、3份的菊花粉、2份的百合粉、1份的川贝粉、2份的桔梗粉组成，雾化剂为丙二醇、油酸、十四酸按任意比例配制的混合物。将中草药粉末和雾化剂混合均匀，经蜜丸机制备成蜜丸，得到固态中草药保健品。将该固态中草药保健品加入几粒到中草药加热雾化器的药仓2中，将加热温度设定在400℃，加热5-10秒钟后，即产生中草药烟雾，用口含住出气管，吸取中草药雾化烟雾即可。
实施例4
按质量比称取40％的中草药粉末、60％的雾化剂。中草药粉末由质量份数1份的薄荷醇粉、1份的冰片、2份的亚油酸、6份的桔梗粉组成，雾化剂为十四酸物。将中草药粉末和雾化剂混合均匀，经摇摆造粒机制备成颗粒，得到固态中草药保健品。将该固态中草药保健品加入几粒到中草药加热雾化器的药仓2中，将加热温度设定在200℃，加热5-10秒钟后，即产生中草药烟雾，用口含住出气管，吸取中草药雾化烟雾即可。
Claims (5)
1.可加热雾化的固态中草药保健品，其特征在于，由质量比40％-90％的中草药粉末与10％-60％的雾化剂制备而成；用于制备中草药粉末的中草药为薄荷醇、冰片、油酸、亚油酸、菊花、黄精、百合、川贝、金银花、桔梗中的一种或几种；所述雾化剂为丙二醇、油酸、亚油酸、棕榈酸中的一种或几种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可加热雾化的固态中草药保健品，其特征在于，所述固态中草药保健品为中草药粉末与雾化剂混合均匀后，经造粒制备得到的颗粒或蜜丸。
3.采用权利要求1或2所述固态中草药保健品进行呼吸道保健的方法，其特征在于，将所述固态中草药保健品加热至200℃-400℃后产生的烟雾直接经人体口腔吸入呼吸道。
4.用于将权利要求1或2所述固态中草药保健品进行加热雾化的中草药加热雾化器，其特征在于，包括壳体(1)、设置于壳体内且两端通向壳体外的药仓(2)、环绕药仓设置的加热管(3)、与加热管连接的加热电源(4)，所述药仓(2)通向壳体外的底端为进气口(5)，通向壳体外的顶端接有出气管(6)。
5.如权利要求4所述的中草药加热雾化器，其特征在于，所述中草药加热雾化器的加热管(3)加热温度范围为200℃-400℃。
