本发明公开了一种先导式安全阀,其特征在于:所述阀体内设有可升降的外阀杆,外阀杆内转动设有内阀杆,外阀杆下端设有阀瓣,阀瓣内设有进液腔,阀瓣侧壁上设有连通进液腔的进液孔,内阀杆下端伸入进液腔,内阀杆下端与进液腔底部之间设有预紧弹簧,内阀杆下端设有径向延伸的导瓣,外阀杆内设有下竖孔,下竖孔下端口与导瓣密封配合;所述阀体下部内设有泄放腔,阀体侧壁上设有连通泄放腔与外界的泄放孔,阀体下端设有连通泄放腔与主阀的进水口,进水口处设有阀座,所述阀瓣密封配合设置在阀座下侧;所述阀体上还设有取压结构及内阀杆驱动结构。本发明结构精简、工作稳定。

技术领域
本发明涉及安全阀的改进发明,尤其涉及一种先导式安全阀的改进发明。
背景技术
传统先导式安全阀,由导阀与主阀组成,导阀为单独的弹簧式安全阀结构,当容器或管道内的介质压力异常升压超过预设定的整定压力值时,导阀开启,然后再带动主阀开启进行泄放介质,其缺点在于:由于是多个阀组成一套泄放装置,因此其成本高、结构复杂、容易导致导阀开启而无法带动主阀开启、维修复杂及繁琐的技术缺陷。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构精简、工作稳定的先导式安全阀。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是采用如下技术方案来实现的:该种先导式安全阀,包括有阀体,阀体上端设有盖帽,阀体下端沿设有连接法兰,其特征在于:所述阀体内设有可升降的外阀杆,外阀杆内转动设有内阀杆,外阀杆下端设有阀瓣,阀瓣内设有进液腔,阀瓣侧壁上设有连通进液腔的进液孔,内阀杆下端伸入进液腔,内阀杆下端与进液腔底部之间设有预紧弹簧,内阀杆下端设有径向延伸的导瓣,外阀杆内设有下竖孔,下竖孔下端口与导瓣密封配合;所述阀体下部内设有泄放腔,阀体侧壁上设有连通泄放腔与外界的泄放孔,阀体下端设有连通泄放腔与主阀的进水口,进水口处设有阀座,所述阀瓣密封配合设置在阀座下侧;所述阀体下端还设有取压孔,取压孔内设有可升降的取压板,取压板上端抵接有调节弹簧,调节弹簧上端抵接于调节套上,调节套螺纹连接于取压孔内,取压板上还设有穿过调节套的推板;所述泄放腔上端设有定位板,定位板上端设有液缸,液缸内设有活塞及位于活塞上方的活塞腔和位于活塞下方的复位弹簧,活塞与外阀杆相连,活塞腔与外阀杆的下竖孔上端口连通,内阀杆上端设有上竖孔,外阀杆上设有连通上竖孔下端口与活塞腔的排液孔,上竖孔上端口连通外界;所述定位板上设有扇形板,扇形板与定位板通过连接套活动相连,对应的扇形板上设有供连接套穿过的弧形导槽,扇形板内端与内阀杆轴向滑动、周向传动相连,对应的外阀杆上设有镂空部,扇形板外端设有驱动槽,所述推板穿入该驱动槽内,且推板上设有驱动弧面。
所述复位弹簧上端抵接于活塞,复位弹簧下端抵接与弹簧座,弹簧座安装于液缸内壁上。
所述液缸上端设有压板,压板固定在阀体内,相应的压板上设有供外阀杆与内阀杆穿过的开孔。
所述盖帽上设有开口,该开口连通上竖孔上端口与外界。
本发明的有益效果是改进后的一种先导式安全阀,结构精简、工作稳定,该安全阀作为主阀的导阀,自带泄放结构,避免无法带动主阀开启泄放,同时安全阀的泄放压力值可调。

具体实施方式
附图表示了本发明的结构,下面再结合附图进一步说明其有关细节。本实施例中,该种先导式安全阀,包括有阀体2,阀体2上端设有盖帽15,阀体2下端沿设有连接法兰1,连接法兰1用于与主阀进行连接,所述阀体2内设有可升降的外阀杆3,外阀杆3内转动设有同轴线布置的内阀杆5,外阀杆3下端设有阀瓣30,阀瓣30内设有进液腔26,阀瓣30侧壁上设有连通进液腔26的进液孔29,内阀杆5下端伸入进液腔26,内阀杆5下端与进液腔26底部之间设有预紧弹簧11,内阀杆5下端设有径向延伸的导瓣28,外阀杆3内设有下竖孔7,下竖孔7下端口与导瓣28密封配合;所述阀体2下部内设有泄放腔6,阀体2侧壁上设有连通泄放腔6与外界的泄放孔4,阀体2下端设有连通泄放腔6与主阀的进水口33,进水口33处设有阀座31,所述阀瓣30密封配合设置在阀座31下侧;所述阀体2下端还设有取压孔25,取压孔25内设有可升降的取压板24,取压板24上端抵接有调节弹簧23,调节弹簧23上端抵接于调节套22上,调节套22螺纹连接于取压孔25内,取压板24上还设有穿过调节套22的推板21;所述泄放腔6上端设有定位板8,定位板8上端设有液缸9,液缸9内设有活塞12及位于活塞12上方的活塞腔13和位于活塞12下方的复位弹簧27,活塞12与外阀杆3相连,活塞腔13与外阀杆3的下竖孔7上端口连通,内阀杆5上端设有上竖孔16,外阀杆3上设有连通上竖孔16下端口与活塞腔13的排液孔17,上竖孔16上端口连通外界;所述定位板8上设有扇形板20,扇形板20与定位板8通过连接套19活动相连,对应的扇形板20上设有供连接套19穿过的弧形导槽34,扇形板20内端与内阀杆5轴向滑动、周向传动相连,对应的外阀杆3上设有镂空部18,扇形板20外端设有驱动槽32,所述推板21穿入该驱动槽32内,且推板21上设有驱动弧面。
作为进一步优选的具体实施方式,所述复位弹簧27上端抵接于活塞12,复位弹簧27下端抵接与弹簧座10,弹簧座10安装于液缸9内壁上。
作为进一步优选的具体实施方式,所述液缸9上端设有压板14,压板14固定在阀体2内,相应的压板14上设有供外阀杆3与内阀杆5穿过的开孔。
作为进一步优选的具体实施方式,所述盖帽15上设有开口,该开口连通上竖孔16上端口与外界。
本发明的泄放过程:当主阀(容器或管道)内的介质压力异常升高,达到预设定的整定压力值时,介质通过取压孔25推动取压板24上移,并带动推板21上移,进而推动扇形板20转动,扇形板20带动内阀杆5和导瓣28转动,下竖孔7连通进气腔,从而容器内的介质依次通过进液孔29、进液腔26、下竖孔7进入到活塞腔13内,活塞腔13内的介质推动活塞12、外阀杆3、内阀杆5和阀瓣30向下移动,阀瓣30密封面离开阀座31密封面,安全阀阀门开启,主阀内的介质依次通过进水口33、泄放腔6、泄放孔4排出,此时由于内阀杆5发生转动后,使得上竖孔16脱离排液孔17的连接。当主阀内的介质压力恢复至正常值时,取压板24在调节弹簧23的作用下向下移动,并带动推板21下移,推板21驱动扇形板20反方向旋转,进而带动内阀杆5和导瓣28反方向旋转,导瓣28重新封住下竖孔7的下端口,下竖孔7与进液腔26相隔离,同时,上竖孔16连通排液孔17,活塞腔13内的介质依次通过排液孔17和上竖孔16排出,活塞12和阀瓣30在上预紧弹簧11和主阀内介质的推动下向上移动,阀瓣30密封面重新接触阀座31密封面,阀门关闭,一次的泄放过程完成。
整定压力值的设定过程:通过旋转调节套22来控制调节弹簧23的预压缩量,从而控制取压板24受到一个向下作用力值的大小,来设定整定压力值,从而调节泄放压力值。

1.一种先导式安全阀,包括有阀体,阀体上端设有盖帽,阀体下端沿设有连接法兰,其特征在于:所述阀体内设有可升降的外阀杆,外阀杆内转动设有内阀杆,外阀杆下端设有阀瓣,阀瓣内设有进液腔,阀瓣侧壁上设有连通进液腔的进液孔,内阀杆下端伸入进液腔,内阀杆下端与进液腔底部之间设有预紧弹簧,内阀杆下端设有径向延伸的导瓣,外阀杆内设有下竖孔,下竖孔下端口与导瓣密封配合;所述阀体下部内设有泄放腔,阀体侧壁上设有连通泄放腔与外界的泄放孔,阀体下端设有连通泄放腔与主阀的进水口,进水口处设有阀座,所述阀瓣密封配合设置在阀座下侧;所述阀体下端还设有取压孔,取压孔内设有可升降的取压板,取压板上端抵接有调节弹簧,调节弹簧上端抵接于调节套上,调节套螺纹连接于取压孔内,取压板上还设有穿过调节套的推板;所述泄放腔上端设有定位板,定位板上端设有液缸,液缸内设有活塞及位于活塞上方的活塞腔和位于活塞下方的复位弹簧,活塞与外阀杆相连,活塞腔与外阀杆的下竖孔上端口连通,内阀杆上端设有上竖孔,外阀杆上设有连通上竖孔下端口与活塞腔的排液孔,上竖孔上端口连通外界;所述定位板上设有扇形板,扇形板与定位板通过连接套活动相连,对应的扇形板上设有供连接套穿过的弧形导槽,扇形板内端与内阀杆轴向滑动、周向传动相连,对应的外阀杆上设有镂空部,扇形板外端设有驱动槽,所述推板穿入该驱动槽内,且推板上设有驱动弧面。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种先导式安全阀,其特征在于:所述复位弹簧上端抵接于活塞,复位弹簧下端抵接与弹簧座,弹簧座安装于液缸内壁上。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种先导式安全阀,其特征在于:所述液缸上端设有压板,压板固定在阀体内,相应的压板上设有供外阀杆与内阀杆穿过的开孔。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种先导式安全阀,其特征在于:所述盖帽上设有开口,该开口连通上竖孔上端口与外界。
