Abstract
The invention discloses a fruit and vegetable waste organic fertilizer, which is prepared by the following steps: loading the collected fruit and vegetable wastes into a bucket type collector, and conveying the fruit and vegetable wastes into a conveying system to a next process; cutting off and pretreating objects with larger volume in the fruit and vegetable wastes by equipment; crushing; conveying the crushed massive fruit and vegetable wastes to a cleaning pool to clean silt and remove pesticide residue harmful substances; the method has the beneficial effects that the wormcast can be treated by adopting the process, so that the environment is protected, and an organic fertilizer is provided.

Along with the development and the progress of science and technology, can fertilize the processing to fruit vegetables discarded object at present, not only can handle fruit vegetables discarded object, reduce pollution, can change waste into valuables moreover, this application provides a fruit vegetables discarded object fertilizer.

The invention aims to provide a fruit and vegetable waste organic fertilizer.

(4) conveying the crushed massive fruit and vegetable wastes to a cleaning pool to clean silt and remove pesticide residue harmful substances;
(5) lifting the treated massive waste in the cleaning pool out by using a hydraulic pump, and entering the next procedure for treatment;
(6) carrying out dehydration solid-liquid separation treatment on the cleaned massive fruit and vegetable waste by using a dehydration solid-liquid separator;
(7) conveying the solid waste after solid-liquid separation into high-temperature fermentation equipment for aerobic fermentation for 2 days, and obtaining a feed/organic fertilizer raw material through high-temperature fermentation treatment, wherein the feed/organic fertilizer raw material can be used for producing feed or organic fertilizer to realize resource recycling;
8) and (3) conveying the liquid waste after solid-liquid separation to an anaerobic fermentation tank for fermentation, and obtaining liquid fertilizer after fermentation is finished, wherein the liquid fertilizer can be used as fertilizer for agricultural production.
Compared with the prior art, the method has the beneficial effects that the wormcast can be treated by adopting the process, so that the environment is protected, and an organic fertilizer is provided.

The production process flow and the proportion condition are as follows: a fruit and vegetable waste organic fertilizer comprises the following preparation processes:
(1) loading the collected fruit and vegetable wastes into a bucket type collector, and conveying the fruit and vegetable wastes into a conveying system to a next process;
(2) cutting off and pretreating objects with larger volume in the fruit and vegetable wastes by equipment;
(3) crushing the pretreated fruit and vegetable waste into blocks of 1cm-3cm by using a crusher;
(4) conveying the crushed massive fruit and vegetable wastes to a cleaning pool to clean silt and remove pesticide residue harmful substances;
(5) lifting the treated massive waste in the cleaning pool out by using a hydraulic pump, and entering the next procedure for treatment;
(6) carrying out dehydration solid-liquid separation treatment on the cleaned massive fruit and vegetable waste by using a dehydration solid-liquid separator;
(7) conveying the solid waste after solid-liquid separation into high-temperature fermentation equipment for aerobic fermentation for 2 days, and obtaining a feed/organic fertilizer raw material through high-temperature fermentation treatment, wherein the feed/organic fertilizer raw material can be used for producing feed or organic fertilizer to realize resource recycling;
