Abstract

The invention discloses a method for forming a porous structure on the surface of ceramic, which comprises the steps of preparing a ceramic substrate, and cleaning the ceramic substrate to ensure the surface to be clean; processing nano silicon dioxide, and coating the nano silicon dioxide on the surface of the ceramic substrate to be used as a first layer; preparing metal oxide, and spraying/spin-coating the metal oxide on the upper end surface of the nano silicon dioxide to serve as a second layer; a cleaning solution is prepared and applied over the second layer of metal oxide for dissolving the metal oxide and creating a porous structure. The invention can rapidly manufacture the coating with the porous structure by using a coating method and adopting a traditional processing technology, and the communication between the holes can be controlled.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a method for forming a porous structure on the surface of a ceramic.
Background
At present, surface treatment needs high-energy laser drilling or complex processes and formulas such as multilayer photoetching and 3D printing if a porous structure is needed, and a method for effectively manufacturing the porous structure on a ceramic substrate does not exist at present.

The invention aims to solve the technical problem that a coating with a porous structure can be rapidly manufactured by using a coating method and adopting a traditional processing technology.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a method for forming a porous structure on the surface of ceramic specifically comprises the following steps:
s1, preparing a ceramic substrate, and cleaning the ceramic substrate to ensure the surface to be clean;
s2, processing nano silicon dioxide, and coating the nano silicon dioxide on the surface of the ceramic substrate to be used as a first layer;
s3, preparing a metal oxide, and spraying/spin-coating the metal oxide on the upper end surface of the nano silicon dioxide to serve as a second layer;
and S4, preparing a cleaning solution, coating the cleaning solution on the metal oxide of the second layer, and dissolving the metal oxide to generate a porous structure.
As a preferable technical solution, the metal oxide is a metal oxide which does not easily react with the nano-silica.
As a preferable technical scheme, the metal oxide is CdTe/CdS/ZnS macromolecular metal oxide.
As a preferable technical scheme, the cleaning solution adopts a mixture of nitric acid and hydrochloric acid.
Preferably, the cleaning solution adopts 98% nitric acid and 37% hydrochloric acid, and the nitric acid and the hydrochloric acid are mixed according to the ratio of 1: 3 in a weight ratio.
In the preferred technical scheme, the communication between the holes in the porous structure is adjusted and combined by controlling the concentration of the solvent of the metal oxide and the nano-silica, the time, the speed and the temperature of the processing process.

As shown in fig. 1, a ceramic substrate is prepared and cleaned to ensure clean surface; then processing nano silicon dioxide, and coating the nano silicon dioxide on the surface of the ceramic substrate to be used as a first layer; preparing metal oxide, and spraying/spin-coating the metal oxide on the upper end surface of the nano silicon dioxide to serve as a second layer; a cleaning solution is prepared and applied over the second layer of metal oxide for dissolving the metal oxide and creating a porous structure as shown in fig. 2.
The metal oxide is a metal oxide that does not easily react with the nano-silica, and in this embodiment, the metal oxide is a CdTe/CdS/ZnS macromolecular metal oxide.
In this example, a mixture of nitric acid and hydrochloric acid was used as the cleaning solution, specifically, 98% nitric acid and 37% hydrochloric acid were used as the cleaning solution, and the nitric acid and hydrochloric acid were mixed in a ratio of 1: 3 in a weight ratio.
In the porous structure, the communication between the pores is adjusted and combined by controlling the concentration of the solvent of the metal oxide and the nano silicon dioxide, the time, the speed and the temperature of the processing technology.

and S4, preparing a cleaning solution, coating the cleaning solution on the metal oxide of the second layer, and dissolving the metal oxide to generate a porous structure.
2. The method of forming a cellular structure on a ceramic surface as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the metal oxide is a metal oxide which does not easily react with the nano-silica.
3. The method of forming a cellular structure on a ceramic surface as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the metal oxide is CdTe/CdS/ZnS macromolecular metal oxide.
4. The method of forming a cellular structure on a ceramic surface as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the cleaning solution is a mixture of nitric acid and hydrochloric acid.
5. The method of forming a cellular structure in a ceramic surface of claim 4, wherein: the cleaning solution adopts 98% nitric acid and 37% hydrochloric acid, and the nitric acid and the hydrochloric acid are mixed according to the ratio of 1: 3 in a weight ratio.
