Abstract
本发明涉及一种含三氯吡氧乙酸和氟唑磺隆的复合除草剂,三氯吡氧乙酸和氟唑磺隆按照重量比(0.5‑8):1的配比组成。本发明还公开了上述复合除草剂在防控小麦田杂草中的应用。两种药剂分别能高效杀灭不同类群杂草,并且复配使用后具有明显的增效作用,加速药效发挥,降低除草剂用量,从而提高对小麦田的安全性。两种药剂杀草谱互补,混用后杀草谱可有效覆盖小麦田常见杂草,市场潜力巨大。

技术领域
本发明属于农业技术领域,具体涉及一种除草组合物及其应用。
背景技术
小麦是三大谷物之一,几乎全作食用,仅约有六分之一作为饲料使用。两河流域是世界上最早栽培小麦的地区,中国是世界最早种植小麦的国家之一。2010年小麦是世界上总产量位居第二的粮食作物(6.51亿吨),仅次于玉米(8.44亿吨)。中国人口众多,保障国家粮食安全始终是治国理政的头等大事。而小麦作为中国最重要的口粮之一,小麦的质量与产量就是我国种植业的基本任务之一。杂草危害是小麦种植中面临的重要威胁之一。其中防治农田杂草最主要的办法就是利用化学药剂。
我国农田化学除草从1954年开始,在过去50多年时间里,我国除草剂工业走过了从引用到引进,从仿制到创制的漫漫历程。据统计,自1982年我国实行农药登记以来,先后获得农业部登记的除草剂品种(有效成分)近200个,混剂组合逾300个,原药和制剂产品超过1500个。我国自主创制除草剂品种7个,他们是单嘧磺隆、单嘧磺酯、甲硫嘧磺隆、双甲胺草磷、丙酯草醚、异丙酯草醚、氯酰草膦。目前已知的各种选择性除草剂杀草谱较窄且易产生抗药性,如连续性施药易产生抗药性。因此选择能够防治不同类群杂草的除草剂进行复配就成为解决问题的办法之一。
氟唑磺隆是磺酰脲类内吸型高效小麦田除草剂,对野燕麦、雀麦、看麦娘等禾本科杂草和多种双子叶杂草有明显防效。其商品名为彪虎,是一种全新化合物,其有效成分可被杂草的根和茎叶吸收,通过抑制杂草体内乙酰乳酸合成酶的活性,破坏杂草正常的生理生化代谢而发挥除草活性。彪虎可有效防除小麦田大部分禾本科杂草,同时也可有效控制部分阔叶杂草。彪虎在小麦体内可很快代谢,对小麦具有极好的安全性。
三氯吡氧乙酸是一种吡啶氧羧酸类除草剂,内吸传导型,低毒,属激素类除草剂,由植物的叶面和根系吸收,并在植物体内传导到全株,造成其根、茎、叶畸形,维管束被栓塞或破裂,植株逐渐死亡。禾本科作物对其具有一定耐药性。适用于森林造林前除草灭灌,维护防火线,扶育松树及林业改造,及非耕地防除阔叶杂草和木本植物,还可用于禾本科作物如小麦、玉米、高粱等田地防除阔叶杂草。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种低毒、安全、高效、环保、作用谱较广的复合除草剂。
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种可以高效安全的防除麦田杂草的复合除草剂。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种含有三氯吡氧乙酸和氟唑磺隆的复合除草剂,有效成分为三氯吡氧乙酸、氟唑磺隆;三氯吡氧乙酸与氟唑磺隆的重量比为0.5~8:1,三氯吡氧乙酸和氟唑磺隆重量总和在复合除草剂中重量百分比为1%~40%,余量为农药助剂。
根据两种原药的物理和化学性质,选择合适的农药助剂,本品可制作成可分散油悬浮剂。
本发明复合除草剂还含有配制农药制剂所需的助剂,助剂是溶剂、乳化剂、共乳化剂、稳定剂、分散剂、增稠剂、pH调节剂、消泡剂、防冻剂等中的一种或几种的混合,均为已知物质,是农药制剂中常用的各种助剂,根据不通情况有所变化,并无特别限制。
可以通过喷雾法使用。将本发明除草组合物加水稀释配制成所需的浓度,用喷雾器均匀地喷洒到作物上或其它防治对象上。
本发明提供的复合除草剂,在一定的配比范围内表现出明显的相加作用,扩大了杀草谱,组合的防治效果比单一使用明显提高,降低了使用剂量。减少了用药量,降低了用药成本,减少了农药的对生态环境的影响。

供试药剂一:36%氟唑磺隆油悬浮剂
氟唑磺隆36%
OD-2助剂13%
有机膨润土0.3%
白炭黑0.8%
尿素1%
柠檬酸0.5%
油酸甲酯补齐至100%
将上述材料按照比例添加混合后,置于容器内搅拌均匀,再经1000rpm砂磨2h后即可制得36%氟唑磺隆油悬浮剂。
供试药剂二:36%三氯吡氧乙酸油悬浮剂
三氯吡氧乙酸36%
OD-2助剂13%
有机膨润土0.3%
白炭黑0.8%
尿素1%
柠檬酸0.5%
油酸甲酯补齐至100%

将上述材料按照比例添加混合后,置于容器内搅拌均匀,再经1000rpm砂磨2h后即可制得36%氟唑磺隆·三氯吡氧乙酸油悬浮剂。
供试靶标:藜、播娘蒿,采自北京市小麦田
藜、播娘蒿将各十株作为1组分别在1m×2m的空地上进行培养,共计18组;注意组与组之间每种杂草长势要一致,相同的培养条件。
处理方式:使用供试试剂一处理第1、7、13组,并留第2、8、14组作为对照;使用供试试剂二处理第3、9、15组,并留第4、10、16组作为对照;使用供试试剂三处理第5、11、17组,并留第6、12、18组作为对照。
用药量为60g有效成分/hm2,稀释后使用行走时喷雾器茎叶喷雾,要求喷雾均匀无重喷,在更换供试试剂前须将喷雾器冲洗干净。
试验处理30d后目测靶标作物受害症状及生长抑制情况,并称地上部分鲜重,计算鲜重抑制率(%)。
试验结果如下表所示:
药用评价:氟唑磺隆和三氯吡氧乙酸具有相互促进的作用。单一的氟唑磺隆和三氯吡氧乙酸分别对藜、播娘蒿具有较好效果,两者混合后,明显提升了对杂草的防除效果。
经过大量的试验和探索,本发明发现,氟唑磺隆和三氯吡氧乙酸复配,可明显起到协同作用,用于小麦田藜、阔叶杂草具有非常好的防除效果,既可降低用药量和对环境的污染,对小麦安全,且降低生产成本,具有良好的应用前景。

1.一种复合除草剂,其特征在于,它由三氯吡氧乙酸和氟唑磺隆按照重量比0.5~8:1的配比组成,余量为农药助剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合除草剂,其特征在于,三氯吡氧乙酸和氟唑磺隆的重量比为1~4:1。
3.根据权利要求2所述的复合除草剂,其特征在于,三氯吡氧乙酸和氟唑磺隆的重量比为1~2:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复合除草剂,其特征在于:所述复合除草剂的剂型可选为油悬浮剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的复合除草剂,其特征在于:36%三氯吡氧乙酸·氟唑磺隆油悬浮剂各组分重量百分比为:氟唑磺隆16%、三氯吡氧乙酸20%、OD-2助剂13%、有机膨润土0.3%、白炭黑0.8%、尿素1%、柠檬酸0.5%、油酸甲酯补齐至100%。
6.权利要求1所述的复合除草剂在防控小麦田杂草中的应用。
7.根据权利要求6所述的应用,其特征在于,所述的杂草为禾本科杂草、阔叶类杂草和双子叶杂草。
8.根据权利要求6所述的应用,其特征在于,所述的复合除草剂组合物可在小麦2-5叶期施药,不仅可以有效防除已出土杂草,还可以封杀即将出土的杂草。
