本发明属于电子产品粘结技术领域,涉及一种电磁屏蔽导电胶带。
背景技术
当今世界已经进入了通讯电子蓬勃发展与深度发展的时代,高频、超高频电磁信号的应用已在迅速的扩张发展,应用的领域与范围得到了无限的伸展。在高频信号繁荣发展的同时,也带来了一些负面的效应,电磁辐射导致的电磁污染和信息泄露成为日益严峻的问题,尤其在军事领域,电磁屏蔽技术显得尤为重要。
电磁兼容性(ElectromagneticCompatibility)缩写EMC,就是指某电子设备既不干扰其它设备,同时也不受其它设备的影响。电磁兼容性和我们所熟悉的安全性一样,是产品质量最重要的指标之一。安全性涉及人身和财产,而电磁兼容性则涉及人身和环境保护。因为屏蔽体对来自导线、电缆、元部件、电路或系统等外部的干扰电磁波和内部电磁波均起着吸收能量(涡流损耗)、反射能量(电磁波在屏蔽体上的界面反射)和抵消能量(电磁感应在屏蔽层上产生反向电磁场,可抵消部分干扰电磁波)的作用,所以屏蔽体具有减弱干扰的功能。
发明内容
本发明目的是针对现有技术中电子设备中常用的胶带电磁屏蔽效果不好的问题,提供一种电磁屏蔽导电胶带。
为达以上目的,具体方案如下:
一种电磁屏蔽导电胶带,包括基材及涂覆在基材上的胶黏剂,其中胶黏剂包括如下配方的组分:40-70重量份的丙烯酸异辛酯、10-20重量份的丙烯醇络合物,10-20重量份的精丙烯酸,1-10重量份的气相二氧化硅,10-20重量份的1-羟基环己基苯基酮,5-15重量份的十二硫醇;5-10重量份的氮化硼,3-8重量份的铁粉和8-18重量份的化合物I。
优选地,丙烯醇络合物的制备方法为:先将聚氧化丙烯醇在120℃下抽真空除水30min。然后在氮气保护的氛围下,边搅拌边将聚氧化丙烯醇滴加到过量的二异氰酸酯中(-NCO与-OH基团摩尔比为2:1),并加入少量催化剂二月桂酸二丁基锡,反应温度控制在90-100℃,反应1h后停止加热并降温出料,即得丙烯醇络合物。

优选地,AA精丙烯酸的制备方法为:丙烯氧化产物经水吸收和精馏而得到含有10~1000ppm丙烯醛、糠醛和/或苯甲醛等杂质的粗丙烯酸为原料,往粗丙烯酸中加入阻聚剂对苯二酚,选择含3~10碳原子的醇类物质为脱醛试剂先与粗丙烯酸中的醛进行反应,然后进行间歇或连续减压精馏,减压精馏真空度为0.1~50kPa,得到醛含量为零并且丙烯酸纯度达99.80%以上的聚合级精丙烯酸,然后在聚合级精丙烯酸中加入丙烯酸重量份数0.1-0.5%的白藜芦醇,在68-90℃温度下,聚合20min,得到AA精丙烯酸。

导电布的处理方法为:a、用渗透剂TF104K 5g/L和除油剂4g/L对无纺布进行油质去除,100℃温度保温20分钟,使坯布充分去油除质,b、将步骤a处理后的无纺布放入浓度为100-650ppm的银离子溶液中电镀60min,然后取出,在50-80℃下烘干,得到双面电镀层为2-50nm的电镀银层的导电布。
通过如下表格中的配方制备实施例1-12的电磁屏蔽导电胶黏剂。具体配方如下:
将电磁屏蔽导电胶黏剂置入涂覆设备中,然后在导电布上实行完全涂布,涂布后制得实施例1-12的电磁屏蔽导电胶带。
对比例1-12的胶黏剂配方如下:
将对比例1-12制备的胶黏剂置入涂覆设备中,然后在导电布上实行完全涂布,涂布后制得对比例1-12的胶带。
将实施例1-12和对比例1-12的胶带进行测试,其中屏蔽效能的测试根据GB/T12190-2006进行测试,结果如下:
对比例1-12的测试结果为:
通过以上实施例可以看出,实施例1-12与对比例1-12相比,导电率、拉伸强度和屏蔽效能方面实施例1-12优势明显,尤其是实施例3、11优势突出,所以综合来看本发明与现有技术相比,国家标准要求屏蔽效能>6.0dB既符合标准要求,所以本发明与现有技术相比,有着突出的优势。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种电磁屏蔽导电胶带,包括基材及涂覆在基材上的胶黏剂,其中胶黏剂包括如下配方的组分:40-70重量份的丙烯酸异辛酯、10-20重量份的丙烯醇络合物,10-20重量份的精丙烯酸,1-10重量份的气相二氧化硅,10-20重量份的1-羟基环己基苯基酮,5-15重量份的十二硫醇;5-10重量份的氮化硼,3-8重量份的铁粉和8-18重量份的化合物I。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电磁屏蔽导电胶带,其特征在于:丙烯醇络合物的制备方法为:先将聚氧化丙烯醇在120℃下抽真空除水30min。然后在氮气保护的氛围下,边搅拌边将聚氧化丙烯醇滴加到过量的二异氰酸酯中(-NCO与-OH基团摩尔比为2:1),并加入少量催化剂二月桂酸二丁基锡,反应温度控制在90-100℃,反应1h后停止加热并降温出料,即得丙烯醇络合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电磁屏蔽导电胶带,其特征在于:AA精丙烯酸的制备方法为:丙烯氧化产物经水吸收和精馏而得到含有10~1000ppm丙烯醛、糠醛和/或苯甲醛等杂质的粗丙烯酸为原料,往粗丙烯酸中加入阻聚剂对苯二酚,选择含3~10碳原子的醇类物质为脱醛试剂先与粗丙烯酸中的醛进行反应,然后进行间歇或连续减压精馏,减压精馏真空度为0.1~50kPa,得到醛含量为零并且丙烯酸纯度达99.80%以上的聚合级精丙烯酸,然后在聚合级精丙烯酸中加入丙烯酸重量份数0.1-0.5%的白藜芦醇,在68-90℃温度下,聚合20min,得到AA精丙烯酸。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电磁屏蔽导电胶带,其特征在于:丙烯酸异辛酯、与丙烯醇络合物、精丙烯酸的重量份数比为3:1:1。
6.根据权利要求1所述的电磁屏蔽导电胶带,其特征在于:丙烯酸异辛酯化合物I的重量份数比为5:1。
7.根据权利要求1所述的电磁屏蔽导电胶带,其特征在于:所述基材为经过处理的导电布。
8.根据权利要求7所述的电磁屏蔽导电胶带,其特征在于:导电布的处理方法为:将无纺布双面先喷涂去油剂进行处理,然后放入银离子溶液中电镀,得到双面电镀层为2-50nm的电镀银层。
9.一种权利要求1-7任一项所述的电磁屏蔽导电胶带的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:a、丙烯酸异辛酯、丙烯醇络合物、精丙烯酸、气相二氧化硅、1-羟基环己基苯基酮、十二硫醇、氮化硼、铁粉和、化合物I在容器搅拌均匀,然后加热至120-150℃下搅拌20min;光照搅拌20-50min,制得胶黏剂,b、将步骤a制得的胶黏剂涂覆在基材的一面,制得电磁屏蔽导电胶带。
