Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有驱蚊功能的复合纤维材料制备方法,所述驱蚊功能的复合纤维材料由抗菌层与驱蚊层组成,包括以下步骤:通过纺丝法制备得到PET超细纤维,所述PET超细纤维为内部中空;将所述的PET超细纤维通过高速剪切分散得到悬浊液,然后加入与悬浊液体积比为1:2的氯菊酯后进行摇床水浴加热后形成混合液,水浴温度为40℃、时间为24 h;可以形成一种具有长久驱蚊功能的复合纤维材料。

技术领域
本发明涉及功能性面料技术领域,尤其是一种具有驱蚊功能的复合纤维材料制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,人们纺织面料的要求越来越高,消费者已经不仅仅追求舒适、美观,而更关注纺织品是不是有益健康,功能纺织品就此应运而生。
夏季是蚊虫肆虐的季节,它让人的身心以及健康都饱受威胁。蚊子所产生的声音会打扰人的睡眠,直接影响第二天的工作、学习和生活。被蚊虫直接叮咬后会感觉又疼又痒,常常使人坐立难安。并且蚊虫叮咬还是疾病传播的最要途径,蚊子可传播的疾病达80多种,是地球上对人类危害最大的动物,由蚊子传播的疾病主要有登革热、疟疾、黄热病、丝虫病、流行性乙型脑炎等。如何轻松排除蚊虫的干扰,是目前函待解决的一个问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的缺陷,提供一种具有驱蚊功能的复合纤维材料制备方法,可以形成一种具有长久驱蚊功能的复合纤维材料。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供的一种具有驱蚊功能的复合纤维材料制备方法,所述驱蚊功能的复合纤维材料由抗菌层与驱蚊层组成,包括以下步骤:
1、通过纺丝法制备得到PET超细纤维,所述PET超细纤维为内部中空;
2、将步骤(1)所述的PET超细纤维通过高速剪切分散得到悬浊液,然后加入与悬浊液体积比为1:2的氯菊酯后进行摇床水浴加热后形成混合液,水浴温度为40℃、时间为24 h;
3将步骤(2)所述的混合液中加入乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、羧甲基纤维素钠与自由基聚合引发剂形成驱蚊整理液;
4、通过复合喷丝板从喷丝孔中同时挤出PET纤维与纳米银纤维后相互粘结形成抗菌复合单丝;
5、将步骤(4)所述的抗菌复合单丝制备形成抗菌层;
6、将步骤(3)所述的驱蚊整理液刮涂在步骤(4)所述抗菌层的表面,然后经烘焙即可得到。
优选的,步骤(6)所述烘焙的温度90-100℃,烘焙的时间1~3 min。
优选的,步骤(3)所述乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、羧甲基纤维素钠与自由基聚合引发剂的添加量分别为驱蚊整理液总质量的4%、4%、4%、0.3~0.5%、0.5%。
优选的,步骤(2)所述高速剪切分散的转速高于1000rmp/min,时间为大于30min。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明设计一种具有驱蚊功能的复合纤维材料制备方法,该面料由具有抗菌功能的PET复合面料后整理而得到。通过抗菌面料可以有效杀灭细菌,减少材料上的汗液受细菌作用产生异味引来蚊子,本发明通过加入乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸甲酯与自由基聚合引发剂,使具有驱蚊功能的超微粒子稳定的粘附在面料表面,形成驱蚊层,使材料上的驱蚊功能具备有耐洗涤性和长期使用的稳定性。
2、驱蚊层的PET超细纤维为内部中空,可以使氯菊酯在PET超细纤维中有更多的粘附点,超细纤维的直径为800nm可以使超细纤维形成的超微粒子稳定的粘附在面料表面。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的实施方式作详细说明。应该强调的是,下述说明仅仅是示例性的,而不是为了限制本发明的范围及其应用。
实施例1:
一种具有驱蚊功能的复合纤维材料制备方法,
所述驱蚊功能的复合纤维材料由抗菌层与驱蚊层组成,包括以下步骤:1、通过纺丝法制备得到PET超细纤维,所述PET超细纤维为内部中空;所述超细纤维的直径为800nm。2、将步骤(1)所述的PET超细纤维通过高速剪切分散得到悬浊液,然后加入与悬浊液体积比为1:2的氯菊酯后进行摇床水浴加热后形成混合液,水浴温度为40℃、时间为24 h;所述高速剪切分散的转速高于1000rmp/min,时间为大于30min。3、将步骤(2)所述的混合液中加入乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、羧甲基纤维素钠与自由基聚合引发剂形成驱蚊整理液;所述乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、羧甲基纤维素钠与自由基聚合引发剂的添加量分别为驱蚊整理液总质量的4%、4%、4%、0.3~0.5%、0.5%。4、通过复合喷丝板从喷丝孔中同时挤出PET纤维与纳米银纤维后相互粘结形成抗菌复合单丝;5、将步骤(4)所述的抗菌复合单丝制备形成抗菌层;6、将步骤(3)所述的驱蚊整理液刮涂在步骤(4)所述抗菌层的表面,然后经烘焙即可得到。烘焙的温度90-100℃,烘焙的时间1~3 min。

Claims (5)
1.一种具有驱蚊功能的复合纤维材料制备方法,其特征在于,所述驱蚊功能的复合纤维材料由抗菌层与驱蚊层组成,包括以下步骤:
(1)、通过纺丝法制备得到PET超细纤维,所述PET超细纤维为内部中空;
(2)、将步骤(1)所述的PET超细纤维通过高速剪切分散得到悬浊液,然后加入与悬浊液体积比为1:2的氯菊酯后进行摇床水浴加热后形成混合液,水浴温度为40℃、时间为24 h;
(3)将步骤(2)所述的混合液中加入乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、羧甲基纤维素钠与自由基聚合引发剂形成驱蚊整理液;
(4)、通过复合喷丝板从喷丝孔中同时挤出PET纤维与纳米银纤维后相互粘结形成抗菌复合单丝;
(5)将步骤(4)所述的抗菌复合单丝制备形成抗菌层;
(6)将步骤(3)所述的驱蚊整理液刮涂在步骤(4)所述抗菌层的表面,然后经烘焙即可得到。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有驱蚊功能的复合纤维材料制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(6)所述烘焙的温度90-100℃,烘焙的时间1~3 min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有驱蚊功能的复合纤维材料制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)所述乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、羧甲基纤维素钠与自由基聚合引发剂的添加量分别为驱蚊整理液总质量的4%、4%、4%、0.3~0.5%、0.5%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有驱蚊功能的复合纤维材料制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)所述超细纤维的直径为800nm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有驱蚊功能的复合纤维材料制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)所述高速剪切分散的转速高于1000rmp/min,时间为大于30min。
