发明要解决的课题
然而,超声波产生时的变幅杆前端部容易打滑,有可能在刀切断横向密封部时薄膜被牵拉而导致切断位置偏离。
本发明的技术问题在于,提供能够防止横向密封部的切断位置偏离的制袋包装机。
用于解决课题的方案
本发明的第一观点所涉及的制袋包装机使被输送的薄膜形成为筒状,并向筒状薄膜的内部投入商品而进行制袋,所述制袋包装机具有:超声波式的一对密封部件、切断部件以及夹具。一对密封部件沿着与输送方向交叉的方向夹着筒状薄膜而进行横向密封。切断部件在一对密封部件之间移动,并切断制袋后的袋的横向密封部分。夹具设置在一对密封部件及切断部件的下方,并在切断横向密封部分时按压袋。
在该制袋包装机中,在切断部件切断横向密封部时会产生抬起袋的方向上的张力,但是由于横向密封部的下方被夹具按压,所以袋不会被抬起,从而防止了切断位置的偏离。
本发明的第二观点所涉及的制袋包装机为第一观点所涉及的制袋包装机,并且还具备薄膜输送部。薄膜输送部设置在一对密封部件及切断部件的上方,并输送筒状薄膜。而且,在切断横向密封部分时,薄膜输送部按压筒状薄膜。
在该制袋包装机中,由于薄膜输送部按压横向密封的密封部件上方的筒状薄膜,所以不需要在上侧设置夹具。
本发明的第三观点所涉及的制袋包装机为第一观点或第二观点所涉及的制袋包装机,并且在切断横向密封部分时,切断位置下方的袋处于从所述横向密封部分悬吊的状态。
在该制袋包装机中,以往存在通过夹具将筒状薄膜拉下来的制袋包装机,但并不是防止处于从横向密封部分悬吊的状态下的袋在切断时抬起的制袋包装机。
本发明的第四观点所涉及的制袋包装机为第一观点至第三观点中任一观点所涉及的制袋包装机,并且能够进行制袋的袋的尺寸为100mm~500mm。另外,夹具与切断部件的高度方向上的中心间距离为10mm~80mm。
在该制袋包装机中,由于不优选夹具与切断部件过度地分离,所以进行数值限制。由此,即使在袋的上部具有内容物,也可以避免其被夹具压迫。
本发明的第五观点所涉及的制袋包装机为第一观点至第四观点中任一观点所涉及的制袋包装机,并且进行连续制袋,即一边连续地输送筒状薄膜一边进行制袋。
发明效果
在本发明所涉及的制袋包装机中,在切断部件切断横向密封部时会产生抬起袋的方向上的张力,但是由于横向密封部的下方被夹具按压,所以袋不会被抬起,从而防止了切断位置的偏离。

具体实施方式
以下参照附图对本发明的实施方式进行说明。此外,以下的实施方式为本发明的具体例,并不限定本发明的技术范围。
(1)制袋包装机1的结构
图1是本发明的一实施方式所涉及的制袋包装机1的外观立体图。在图1中,制袋包装机1是对物品(商品)进行装袋并且制造装袋产品(袋B)的机器。制袋包装机1主要由制袋包装单元5和薄膜供给单元6构成,其中,所述制袋包装单元5是进行物品的装袋的主要部分,所述薄膜供给单元6向制袋包装单元5供给成为袋B的薄膜F。
通过制袋包装单元5装袋的物品由配置在上方的组合计量单元2计量。制袋包装单元5配合于从组合计量单元2供给物品的时刻,进行物品的装袋。
制袋包装机1还具备示出操作状态的操作面板80。操作面板80被触摸面板覆盖,并且也作为用户用于进行与制袋包装机1有关的各种设定的输入部而发挥功能。
图2是制袋包装机1的主要部分的示意侧视图。制袋包装机1通过纵向密封机构53对从薄膜供给单元6(参照图1)供给的薄片状的薄膜F进行纵向密封而形成筒状薄膜Fc,之后,通过横向密封机构56进行横向密封,从而制造袋B。
另外,制袋包装机1能够根据基于操作面板80(参照图1)的用户的设定,将横向密封机构56的密封动作切换为连续的以及间歇的中的任意一方。
(2)各单元的结构
接下来,对制袋包装机1所包括的单元的结构进行说明。
(2-1)薄膜供给单元6
如图1所示,薄膜供给单元6是向制袋包装单元5的成形设备构51供给薄片状的薄膜F的单元。薄膜供给单元6与制袋包装单元5邻接设置。薄膜F卷绕而成的薄膜卷配设于薄膜供给单元6。薄膜F从该薄膜卷被送出并且被供给到成形设备构51。
(2-2)制袋包装单元5
制袋包装单元5使薄片状的薄膜F成形为筒状,并填充物品而制造袋B。
(2-2-1)成形设备构51
如图2所示,成形设备构51具有管51a和成形设备51b。
管51a是向纵向延伸的筒状的部件,且在上下端具有开口。如图1所示,管51a配置在支承框架62的顶板79的中央开口部分,并且经由托架(未图示)与成形设备51b形成为一体。
管51a的上端的开口成为漏斗形状,如图2所示,由组合计量单元2(参照图1)计量的物品从漏斗形状的开口投入,并穿过管51a的内部而落下。
成形设备51b以包围管51a的方式配置。成形设备51b的形状被设为使得从薄膜供给单元6送来的薄片状的薄膜F穿过成形设备51b与管51a的间隙时成形为筒状那样的形状。该成形设备51b也经由未图示的支承部件固定于支承框架62。
(2-2-2)下拉带机构52
下拉带机构52被从支承框架62的顶板79悬吊的支撑部件(未图示)支承。下拉带机构52夹着管51a左右对称地配置。
下拉带机构52沿着管51a的长边方向延伸,一边吸附卷绕于管51a的筒状薄膜Fc一边向下方输送。即,下拉带机构52为薄膜输送部。
(2-2-3)纵向密封机构53
纵向密封机构53被从支承框架62的顶板79悬吊的支撑部件(未图示)支承,并被配置成沿着管51a向纵向延伸。
纵向密封机构53为如下的机构:以一定的加压力一边将卷绕于管51a的筒状薄膜Fc的重叠部分按压于管51a一边进行加热而在纵向上密封。纵向密封机构53具有加热器、被加热器加热并与筒状薄膜Fc的重叠部分接触的加热带等。
(2-2-4)横向密封机构56
如图2所示,在侧面观察下,横向密封机构56箱型地移动。即,连续重复如下的梭箱运动(box motion):以彼此接近的方式水平移动并从前后夹着筒状薄膜Fc而对接,在该状态下与筒状薄膜Fc匀速向下方移动,然后以彼此分离的方式水平移动后向上方移动并返回至最初的位置。
使横向密封机构56进行梭箱运动的方式是熟知的,例如,可以采用水平移动用的驱动电机和上下移动用的驱动电机,使横向密封机构56进行梭箱运动。以下,对该横向密封机构56进行说明。
(3)横向密封机构56的详细内容
图3是制袋包装单元5的右视图。图4是图3的A-A线的剖视图。在图3以及图4中,密封钳(seal jaw)56a、56b向左右水平延伸并且分别安装于钳座12a、12b。钳座12a、12b被支承单元13支承为向前后水平移动自如。
支承单元13具有通过连接框架14连接的左右一对的支承块15。向前后延伸的支承杆16以滑动自如的方式插入到各支承块15。前侧的钳座12b架设于支承杆16的前端部,连接用基座17架设于后端部。
各支承杆16被从支承块15向前方延伸设置的臂部18支承而保持水平姿态。在该臂部18与支承块15之间,后侧的钳座12a滑动自如地嵌合于支承杆16。
(3-1)密封钳56a、56b的结构
图5是一对密封钳56a、56b的立体图。在图5中,密封钳56a为超声波密封用的变幅杆,密封钳56b为超声波用的砧座。
三个振动元件56aa以沿着密封方向排列的方式连结于密封钳56a,通过该三个振动元件56aa,密封钳56a的密封面振动,从而通过密封钳56a和密封钳56b而被夹入的筒状薄膜Fc的一部分被密封。
(3-2)密封钳56a、56b的横向移动
密封钳56a、56b通过曲柄机构向前后往复移动。如图4所示,花键轴20的上端部从连接框架14的上表面起向上方突出,并且曲柄21嵌合于该花键轴20的突出端部。在曲柄21的一个旋转端部与连接用基座17之间具备用于前侧的密封钳56b的联杆22b,在曲柄21的另一个旋转端部与后侧的钳座12a之间具备用于后侧的密封钳56a的联杆22a。
如图4所示,从密封钳56a、56b彼此分离的状态起,若花键轴20向箭头a方向旋转,则曲柄21也一体地向相同的箭头a方向旋转,并且该旋转通过联杆22a、22b转换为前后方向的直线运动。其中,前侧密封钳用的联杆22b将连接用基座17向后方按压,由此,使由该连接用基座17、左右一对的支承杆16以及前侧的钳座12b构成的框结构整体向后方移动,并且使前侧的密封钳56b向后方水平移动。另一方面,后侧密封钳用的联杆22a将后侧的钳座12a向前方按压,由此,使后侧的密封钳56a向前方水平移动。
从曲柄21的旋转中心到各联杆22a、22b的连结点为止的距离是相同的,且联杆22a、22b的形状也是相同的。因此,通过单个花键轴20的旋转,前后一对的密封钳56a、56b同时向彼此相反的方向移动相同的距离。其结果,密封钳56a、56b将筒状薄膜Fc夹入其之间而对接(关闭)。并且,在该对接时通过热和压力将筒状薄膜Fc横向密封。
从该状态起,若花键轴20向箭头b方向旋转,则这次相反地,前侧的密封钳56b向前方水平移动,后侧的密封钳56a与此同时向后方水平移动相同的距离。其结果,密封钳56a、56b彼此分离(打开)。
如图3所示,花键轴20直立并上下贯通支承单元13的连接框架14。上下一对的水平横梁42a、42b架设于制袋包装机1的主体1a的正面,其中,轴承27设置于下侧的水平横梁42b的内表面,并且通过该轴承27使得花键轴20的下部被支承为旋转自如。
在花键轴20的下端部安装有同步滑轮26,在同步滑轮26与安装于钳开闭用伺服电机23的输出轴的同步滑轮24之间卷挂有同步带25。
即,通过钳开闭用伺服电机23的驱动,花键轴20向a、b方向旋转,从而密封钳56a、56b开闭。
(3-3)密封钳56a、56b的纵向移动
在上下的水平横梁42a、42b经由安装块43、44具备左右一对的引导杆45。各引导杆45以与所述花键轴20平行的方式直立,并分别上下贯通支承单元13的支承块15。由此,支承单元13被两根引导杆45和一根花键轴20三点支承。而且,如图3所示,由于在俯视观察下这些引导杆45以及花键轴20位于三角形的顶点,所以支承单元13以面的方式被稳定地支承。
支承单元13通过曲柄-联杆机构而沿着引导杆45以及花键轴20上下往复移动。即,如图3所示,从主体1a起竖立设置有左右一对的纵壁36。如图4所示,曲柄轴35以旋转自如的方式架设在该纵壁36之间。在曲柄轴35的两端安装有曲柄臂37。如图3所示,中间联杆40的一端与各曲柄臂37的旋转端部连结。中间联杆40的另一端连结于摆动联杆39的长度方向的大致中间处。
如图4所示,摆动支点用的轴38也以旋转自如的方式架设在纵壁36之间。在该摆动支点用的轴38的两端安装有摆动联杆39的一端。如图3所示,支承单元13的支承块15经由第二中间联杆41连结于各摆动联杆39的摆动端部。
在主体1a上安装有钳升降用伺服电机31,在安装于钳升降用伺服电机31的输出轴的同步滑轮32与安装于曲柄轴35的同步滑轮34之间,卷挂有同步带33。
即,通过钳升降用伺服电机31的驱动,曲柄轴35向c方向旋转,从而支承单元13上下移动。此时,通过曲柄臂37的旋转,中间联杆40向上下移动并且使摆动联杆39上下摆动。摆动联杆39通过第二中间联杆41吸收圆弧运动和直线运动的扭转,并使支承单元13整体乃至横向密封钳56a、56b上下往复移动。
由此,如图3中以附图标记S示出轨迹那样,在侧面观察下,密封钳56a、56b执行四边形乃至椭圆形的梭箱运动。
(3-4)筒状薄膜Fc的切断
接下来,参照图6A~图6B对切断动作进行说明。这里,图6A是横向密封前的密封钳56a、56b周边的侧剖视图。另外,图6B是横向密封时的密封钳56a、56b周边的侧剖视图。而且,图6C是刚横向密封后的密封钳56a、56b周边的侧剖视图。
在图6A以及图6B中,切断机构70由设置于密封钳56b的前端部的刀具71和设置于密封钳56a的滑动槽72构成。
另外,在密封钳56a、56b的下方设置有金属零件74,并且夹具73固定于该金属零件74。
具体而言,剖面形状为L字状的金属零件74a将短边侧的面朝向筒状薄膜Fc而配置在密封钳56a的下方,并且夹具73a贴附于该短边侧的面。另外,优选设置于密封钳56a的滑动槽72与夹具73a的高度方向上的中心间距离Sa为10mm~80mm,在本实施方式中设定为12mm。
同样地,剖面形状为L字状的金属零件74b将短边侧的面朝向筒状薄膜Fc而配置在密封钳56b的下方,并且夹具73b固定于该短边侧的面。另外,优选设置于密封钳56b的刀具71与夹具73b的高度方向上的中心间距离Sb为10mm~80mm,在本实施方式中设定为12mm(Sb=Sa)。
夹具73a和夹具73b夹着筒状薄膜Fc相对配置。夹具73a和夹具73b是通过橡胶、弹性体等成形的弹性部件。
另外,夹具73a中的与夹具73b相对的面比密封钳56a的前端向筒状薄膜Fc侧突出规定长度(例如,0.3mm)。同样地,夹具73b中的与夹具73a相对的面比密封钳56b的前端向筒状薄膜Fc侧突出规定长度(例如,0.3mm)。
因此,夹具73a与夹具73b比密封钳56a、56b为了进行横向密封而夹筒状薄膜Fc更早地将比横向密封的预定部分更靠下方的筒状薄膜Fc夹入。
接下来,在图6C中,刀具71配合于横向密封筒状薄膜Fc的时刻,通过气缸等驱动机构朝向滑动槽72前进。这时,由于刀具71推靠在横向密封部分的宽度方向上的大致中心位置,所以横向密封的部分被切断。
这时,由于夹具73a与夹具73b将比横向密封部分更靠下方的筒状薄膜Fc夹入,所以即使刀具71推靠于横向密封部分并且密封的部分被切断,也能够防止下方的筒状薄膜Fc被牵拉。
并且,若横向密封的部分被切断并且密封钳56a、56b和夹具73从筒状薄膜Fc离开,则一个袋被分割并排出至滑槽输送机19(参照图1)。
(4)控制单元75
图7是制袋包装机1的控制框图。如图7所示,制袋包装机1具备控制单元75。控制单元75控制薄膜输送用伺服电机60、钳升降用伺服电机31以及钳开闭用伺服电机23。
作为对薄膜输送用伺服电机60的控制,控制单元75将间歇模式以及连续模式的各动作程序存储于存储器,其中,所述间歇模式间歇地输送筒状薄膜Fc,所述连续模式匀速且连续地输送筒状薄膜Fc。
(4-1)连续模式
图8是连续模式以及间歇模式的时间图。在图8中,控制单元75在执行连续模式时,在以匀速输送筒状薄膜Fc的期间进行横向密封(横向密封时间TS:时刻tc~td)。
另外,由于控制单元75在执行横向密封时,在筒状薄膜Fc的匀速输送中进行横向密封,所以密封钳56a、56b至少在横向密封时间TS中,以与筒状薄膜Fc的输送速度相同的速度向下方移动。
针对使密封钳56a、56b像这样以规定的速度在纵向上匀速移动,在制袋包装机1中,如图8中虚线所示,在该期间中,使钳升降用伺服电机31(在图中为SM31)的驱动速度沿着正弦曲线降低。钳升降用伺服电机31以匀速进行旋转作为基本的动作。其结果,如图所示,密封钳56a、56b的纵向的移动速度(升降速度)描绘出正弦曲线。
在连续模式中,筒状薄膜Fc的输送动作是比较简单的。因此,即使在启动时、停止时也能够免于控制的复杂化。而且,由于匀速输送筒状薄膜Fc,所以抑制了筒状薄膜Fc的蛇行,并减少了较大的张力局部地作用于筒状薄膜Fc的情况。
在图8中,附图标记C所示的期间是制袋包装机1的一个周期动作的期间。另外,附图标记L所示的斜线区域表示获得的袋B的长度。在连续模式中,不限制横向密封时间TS以及袋B的长度L,但能够缩短一个周期动作期间C,并且最适合高速运转。
这种情况下,横向密封时间TS、袋B的长度L以及一个周期动作期间C处于给彼此带来影响的关系。例如,若要延长横向密封时间TS,则降低筒状薄膜Fc的输送速度以及密封钳56a、56b的移动速度即可。但是,其结果,一个周期动作期间C会变长。另外,例如,若要使袋B的长度L变长,则降低非密封时间(时刻td~tc)中的密封钳56a、56b的移动速度即可。但是,同样地一个周期动作期间C会变长。
即,通过使一个周期动作期间C稍微变长,即使在连续模式中,也能够使横向密封时间TS、袋B的长度L变长。
(4-2)间歇模式
在图8中,控制单元75在执行间歇模式时,在使筒状薄膜Fc停止的期间(时刻tb~ta),使密封钳56a、56b对接来进行横向密封(横向密封时间TS:时刻tc~td)。
另外,为了不发生横向密封部从规定的密封区域超出、密封不良等,控制单元75在执行横向密封时,使密封钳56a、56b的纵向的移动速度与筒状薄膜Fc的纵向的输送速度一致。
即,在筒状薄膜Fc停止期间进行横向密封的间歇模式中,密封钳56a、56b不向纵向移动。密封钳56a、56b固定于规定的高度位置。当然该规定的高度位置可以任意地变更。
在间歇模式中,在时刻ta~tb期间输送薄膜F。该薄膜输送时间(ta~tb)可以自由地设定。另外在时刻tc~td期间横向密封筒状薄膜Fc。该横向密封时间TS(tc~td)也可以自由地设定。
因此,虽然一个周期动作期间C比较长且生产能力趋于较低,但是在间歇模式中,由于可以使筒状薄膜Fc的输送与密封钳56a、56b的开闭分别无关联地进行动作,所以将横向密封时间TS设置为足够长并且即使是厚的薄膜F也能够很好地进行横向密封,另外,能够对应于任何长度L的袋B。
(5)操作面板80
如图5所示,制袋包装机1具备向控制单元75输出动作条件指定信号的操作面板80。操作员操作该操作面板80并指定制袋包装机1的动作条件。
(6)特征
(6-1)
在制袋包装机1中,在刀具71切断横向密封部时会产生抬起袋B的方向上的张力,但是由于横向密封部的下方被夹具73a和夹具73b按压,所以袋B不会被抬起,从而防止了切断位置的偏离。
(6-2)
在制袋包装机1中,由于下拉带机构52按压住密封钳56a、56b的上方的筒状薄膜Fc,所以不需要在上侧设置夹具。
(6-3)
在制袋包装机1中,能够制袋的袋的尺寸为100mm~500mm。另外,滑动槽72与夹具73a的高度方向上的中心间距离Sa以及刀具71与夹具73b的高度方向上的中心间距离Sb为10mm~80mm。特别是,在梭箱运动的情况下,中心间距离Sa以及中心间距离Sb最好设定为50mm~80mm(Sb=Sa)。
由此,即使在袋的上部具有内容物,也可以避免其被夹具压迫。
(6-4)
制袋包装机1进行连续制袋,即一边连续地输送筒状薄膜Fc一边进行制袋。
(7)变形例
在上述实施方式的横向密封机构56中,密封钳56a、56b以在前后方向上彼此接近/分离的方式动作,并且在上下方向上移动,进行所谓被称为梭箱运动的动作,但横向密封机构56的动作不限定于此。
例如,图9是变形例所涉及的制袋包装机1的横向密封机构56的概念图。在图9中,在侧面观察下,密封钳56a、56b也可以是以D字状而被回旋驱动,进行所谓被称为D运动(Dmotion)的动作。
此外,在D运动的情况下,中心间距离Sa以及中心间距离Sb最好被设定为12mm~25mm(Sb=Sa)。

Claims (5)
1.一种制袋包装机,使被输送的薄膜形成为筒状,并向筒状薄膜的内部投入商品而进行制袋,其中,所述制袋包装机具备:
超声波式的一对密封部件,沿着与输送方向交叉的方向夹着所述筒状薄膜而进行横向密封;
切断部件,在所述一对密封部件之间移动,并切断制袋后的袋的横向密封部分;以及
夹具,设置在所述一对密封部件及所述切断部件的下方,并在切断所述横向密封部分时按压所述袋。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制袋包装机,其中,
所述制袋包装机还具备薄膜输送部,所述薄膜输送部设置在所述一对密封部件及所述切断部件的上方,并输送所述筒状薄膜,
在切断所述横向密封部分时,所述薄膜输送部按压所述筒状薄膜。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的制袋包装机,其中,
在切断所述横向密封部分时,切断位置下方的所述袋处于从所述横向密封部分悬吊的状态。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的制袋包装机,其中,
能够进行制袋的袋的尺寸为100mm~500mm,
所述夹具与所述切断部件的高度方向上的中心间距离为10mm~80mm。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的制袋包装机,其中,
所述制袋包装机进行连续制袋,即一边连续地输送所述筒状薄膜一边进行制袋。
