一种电源线加工装置及方法
技术领域
本公开涉及线材制作领域,特别涉及一种电源线加工装置及方法。
背景技术
本部分的陈述仅仅是提供了与本公开相关的背景技术,并不必然构成现有技术。
对于部分特殊线材的制作,一般采用定制模具的方式,对线芯外部进行包覆处理;对于折叠式的线材结构而言,由于其结构的特殊性,整体为窄板状结构,并且具有一定的弹性,传统的定制模具只能进行间歇性生产,无法达到连续输出,因此在制作时,采用传统的定制模具难以满足快速生产的需求。
发明人发现,目前提高注塑件生产效率的方式多为并排设置多组定制模具,并且同时配置多个注塑枪进行给料;多组模具同时生产的方式一定程度上提高了效率,但是需要大量的配套设备进行辅助,在更换不同规格的模具时需要更换不同的配套设备,更换繁杂,且费时费力,人工成本较高,影响模具加工效率。
发明内容
本公开的目的是针对现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种电源线加工装置及方法,利用上下模具配合的结构,注塑完成电源线的加工,配合辊子结构形成电源线的连续加工结构,保证了电源线加工的有序进行,提高了电源线的加工效率,并能够通过更换模具加工不同规格的电源线。
本公开的第一目的是提供一种电源线加工装置,采用以下技术方案:
包括圆周面相对布置的第一模辊和第二模辊,所述第一模辊和第二模辊轴线平行,第一模辊的圆周面上布置有第一凹模,所述第二模辊圆周面上布置有第二凹模,所述第一凹模和第二凹模配合形成成型腔体,用于电源线整体的成型;所述第一模辊和第二模辊通过转动使第一凹模和第二凹模对应配合或解除配合;所述第一模辊的侧面设有机械手和送料机构,机械手用于抓取导线并送入第一模辊与第二模辊之间,送料机构用于将物料输送至成型腔体。
进一步地,所述第一模辊上布置有多个第一凹模,所述第一凹模沿第一模辊周向依次均匀布置;所述第二模辊上布置有对应第一凹模的多个第二凹模,所述第二凹模沿第二模辊周向依次均匀布置。
进一步地,述第一凹模与第一模辊可拆卸连接,所述第二凹模与第二模辊可拆卸连接,所述第一凹模和第二凹模配置有多种不同的规格,通过更换不同规格的第一凹模、第二凹模实现不同规格电源线的加工;
优选的,所述的凸模与第一模辊的配合方式为卡接配合,所述凹模与第二模辊的配合方式为卡接配合,从而能够实现凸模与凹模的快速更换,对应更换不同的模具规格,生产不同规格的电源线。
进一步地,所述第一模辊配合有直线运动机构,所述直线运动机构带动第一模辊靠近或远离第二模辊,用于缩小或扩大第一模辊与第二模辊的间距。
进一步地,所述机械手布置在第一模辊轴向的两端,引入导线并输送。
进一步地,在第一凹模与第二凹模形成配合结构前,机械手将导线输送至第一模辊与第二模辊之间。
进一步地,所述第一模辊上设有注塑孔,注塑孔对应连通第一凹模内部,用于对接送料结构将物料注入成型腔体内;第二模辊上设有通气孔,所述通气孔接入第二凹模,用于在成型过程中排出成型腔体内残留的气体,从而使物料充满成型腔体。
本公开的第二发明目的是提供一种电源线加工方法,利用如上所述的便携式电源线,包括以下步骤:
第一模辊和第二模辊转动,改变第一凹模和第二凹模的相对位置;
在对应的一组第一凹模和第二凹模形成配合前,机械手将导线输送至该组第一凹模与第二凹模之间;
在该组第一凹模和第二凹模配合形成成型腔体时,导线完全进入成型腔体;
第一模辊和第二模辊停止转动,送料机构向成型腔体内注入物料,物料将导线包裹并充满成型空腔,对电源线进行整体成型;
待物料成型完毕后,第一模辊和第二模辊转动,解除该组第一凹模与第二凹模的配合,脱模并输出成型后的电源线,并准备下一组第一凹模和第二凹模的配合。
进一步地,控制送料机构向成型腔体内注入物料的量,使物料体积恰好与成型腔体的容积相等。
进一步地,在脱模时,第一模辊和第二模辊通过转动解除第一凹模与第二凹模的配合,第二模辊上配合有推料机构,将电源线整体从第二凹模内脱出。
与现有技术相比,本公开具有的优点和积极效果是:
(1)利用第一模辊和第二模辊的转动,使得其上分布的多个第一凹模和第二凹模不断形成配合,通过模辊的转动来快速切换成型腔体,每转动一个工位便可以形成一次成型空腔,实现循环式加工,不仅提高了整个注塑成型过程的流畅性,并且,在一组凹模加工成型后,拥有充分的时间来对凹模进行冷却降温,提高后续成型过程中的冷却效率;
(2)第一模辊和第二模辊上下结构相同,能够进行互换,在设备维修过程中能够互为替换件,提高设备的维修效率;
(3)第一凹模、第二凹模与对应的模辊为插接配合结构,在生产不同规格的电源线时,对第一凹模和第二凹模进行快速更换,从而对应加工出所需规格的电源线;相较于传统的需要更换模具的配套设备,本公开的一个实施例中能够快速实现模具的更换,而无需更换其他元件,从而能够快速改变加工电源线的规格。

正如背景技术中所介绍的,现有技术中提高注塑件生产效率的方式多为并排设置多组定制模具,并且同时配置多个注塑枪进行给料;多组模具同时生产的方式一定程度上提高了效率,但是需要大量的配套设备进行辅助,在更换不同规格的模具时需要更换不同的配套设备,更换繁杂,且费时费力,人工成本较高,影响模具加工效率,针对上述问题,本公开提出了一种电源线加工装置及方法。
实施例1
本公开的一种典型的实施方式中,如图1-图5所示,提出了一种电源线加工装置。
电源线加工装置模具主要包括模具、机械手4和送料机构3,所述模具包括相对设置的第一模辊1和第二模辊2,在本实施例中,所述的第一模辊和第二模辊呈上下布置,且均安装在机架上,所述第一模辊两端均分别通过滑动副安装在机架上,第二模辊通过轴承安装在机架上,第一模辊能够沿滑动副移动,从而改变第一模辊、第二模辊的间距;
需要特别指出的是,所述滑动副对应配合有驱动机构,驱动第一模辊的移动;第一模辊和第二模辊轴线相互平行,且第一模辊在移动前后均能够保持与第二模辊轴线平行的状态,从而保证后续模具的精确对应。
进一步地,所述第一模辊主体为第一辊体102,第一辊体上布置有多个第一凹模101,沿第一辊体外圆周面周向依次分布,并且相对于第一辊体轴线呈中心对称布置,所述第一凹模的大小根据目标成型的电源线的长度和宽度配置;
所述第二模辊主体为第二辊体202,第二辊体上布置有第二凹模201,所述第二凹模有对应第一凹模多个,所述第二凹模沿第二辊体外圆周面的周向均匀布置,并使第一凹模与第二凹模一一对应,形成多组模具;
所述第二模辊通过转动改变多组模具的相对位置;
在第一模辊、第二模辊绕轴线转动时,改变每组模具的第一凹模和第二凹模的相对位置,在第一凹模、第二凹模相对时,二者配合形成整个模具;
当第一凹模与第二凹模配合时,二者共同形成一成型腔体,给料机构向成型腔体内注入物料,通过冷却后在成型腔体内固化成型,从而将电源线完成整体的注塑成型;
对于第一凹模和第二凹模的内部特征结构,根据所需成型的电源线的特征结构进行配置即可,在此不再赘述。
第一凹模、第二凹模与对应的模辊为插接配合结构,在生产不同规格的电源线时,对第一凹模和第二凹模进行更换,从而对应加工出所需规格的电源线;相较于传统的需要更换模具的配套设备,本公开的一个实施例中能够快速实现模具的更换,而无需更换其他元件,从而能够快速改变加工电源线的规格;
优选的,为了实现不同组模具工作切换配合过程中的流畅性,以及方便进行埋线操作,在第一凹模和第二凹模即将配合时,使第一模辊移动适当远离第二模辊,从而增大其间距,能够更好的进行埋线操作,又能够避免在切换过程对其他元件产生干扰。
进一步地,所述机械手布置在第一模辊轴向的两端,引入导线5并输送;在第一凹模与第二凹模配合前,机械手将导线输送至第一模辊与第二模辊之间;
所述机械手选用现有的机械手即可,只需要能够将导线送入第一模辊与第二模辊之间即可。
进一步地,所述第一模辊、第二模辊上分别设有注塑孔和通气孔,第一模辊的注塑孔对应连通第一凹模内部,第二模辊的通气孔对应连通第二凹模内部,所述注塑孔用于对接送料机构将原料注入对应的成型腔体内;
当然,可以理解的是,所述的通气孔为间歇性启闭结构,在成型腔体内残留有空气时,注塑孔进行开启,排出成型腔体内的空气,保证物料充满整个成型腔,通气孔阻挡物料从其位置排出,避免物料的外泄。
所述的送料机构选用注塑枪,注塑枪一端连通外部配料设备获取注塑物料,另一端连通注塑孔将物料注入成型腔体内部。
实施例2
本公开的另一典型实施例中,提供了一种电源线加工方法,利用如实施例1所述的电源线加工装置。
第一模辊和第二模辊转动,改变第一凹模和第二凹模的相对位置;
在对应的一组第一凹模和第二凹模形成配合前,第一模辊适当远离第二模辊一端距离,机械手将导线输送至该组第一凹模与第二凹模之间,此时第一模辊和第二模辊恢复初始间距;
在该组第一凹模和第二凹模配合形成成型腔体时,导线完全进入成型腔体;
第一模辊和第二模辊停止转动,送料机构向成型腔体内注入物料,物料将导线包裹并充满成型空腔,对电源线进行整体成型;
待物料成型完毕后,第一模辊和第二模辊转动一个工位,解除该组第一凹模与第二凹模的配合,脱模并输出成型后的电源线,并准备下一组第一凹模和第二凹模的配合;
在脱模时,第一模辊通过转动脱离第二模辊,先对电源线上半部分脱模,第二模辊上配合有推料机构,将电源线整体从凹模内脱出;
可以理解的是,在注塑操作进行前,所述第一凹模、第二凹模上均涂有脱模剂,方便后续的脱模处理。
控制送料机构向成型腔体内注入物料的量,使物料体积恰好与成型腔体的容积相等。
在生产不同规格的电源线时,可以通过更换第一凹模、第二凹模的方式来实现,利用不同规格的模具对应生产不同弄个规格的电源线。
利用多个模具的结构,分步注塑完成电源线的加工,配合辊子结构形成电源线的连续加工结构,保证了电源线加工的有序进行,提高了电源线的加工效率,并能够通过更换模具加工不同规格的电源线。

2.如权利要求1所述的电源线加工装置,其特征在于,所述第一模辊上布置有多个第一凹模,所述第一凹模沿第一模辊周向依次均匀布置;所述第二模辊上布置有对应第一凹模的多个第二凹模,所述第二凹模沿第二模辊周向依次均匀布置。
