Abstract
The invention discloses a self-service bank monitoring system, which belongs to the technical field of financial management and comprises a user layer, a business layer, a data layer and a hardware network infrastructure layer; the hardware network infrastructure layer is used for supporting the normal work of each layer; the data layer is used for storing data; the business layer is used for data interaction with the short message platform, the banking business system and the terminal client and comprises a real-time monitoring module, a remote monitoring module, a short message module, a basic data management module, a template issuing module, a system parameter setting interface module and a basic data management module; and the user layer realizes man-machine interaction through a web interface. The real-time monitoring module and the remote control module of the service layer monitor and control the whole self-service ATM, the real-time monitoring module monitors equipment and faults of the ATM, the service condition of the equipment can be mastered, the remote control can solve the problem of simple faults of the ATM, and normal use is guaranteed.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of financial management, in particular to a self-service bank monitoring system.
Background
Self-service bank refers to a bank which does not need the help of bank staff and can realize self-service of customers through electronic computer equipment. Generally, three types of systems are used: (1) the electronic computer is arranged in a lobby of each office, and a customer enters a bank business hall to operate by himself; (2) the 'wall-in type' is that the electronic computer is arranged in the street wall of the public place or the transportation hub; (3) "driver-style", where the customer is outside or driving near a bank computer facility, and is ready to operate by extending his or her hands from the window of the vehicle, to date, self-service banking has been something of novelty that may be found on the floor of commercial buildings and commercial buildings, or in the vicinity of entertainment centers and airports. Preferably, the real-time monitoring module comprises equipment monitoring, fault management and terminal management, wherein the equipment monitoring is used for monitoring the use state of the ATM, the fault management is used for monitoring the fault problem of the ATM, and the terminal management is used for monitoring the setting of the ATM.
Preferably, the equipment monitoring comprises state monitoring, transaction monitoring, card swallowing monitoring and black card monitoring, and the fault management comprises stop and report management, stop and report inquiry, stop and report log and work order management.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the whole self-service ATM is monitored and controlled through a real-time monitoring module and a remote control module of a service layer, the real-time monitoring module monitors equipment and faults of the ATM, the service condition of the equipment can be mastered, the remote control can solve the problem of simple faults of the ATM and ensure normal use, the system also comprises a data layer for storing monitoring data and data generated by the operation of the ATM, a user layer of the system faces an administrator, the administrator can enter the system through logging in an account password to check the monitoring condition at any time, and the use is more convenient; the basic data management module is arranged in the data layer, and a data interface is established between the basic data management module and the banking system through the basic data management module, so that transaction summary data is acquired in time, real-time monitoring of transactions is realized, and double-management work of equipment and transaction monitoring is finally completed.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1-4, a monitoring system for a self-service bank includes a user layer, a service layer, a data layer and a hardware network infrastructure layer; the hardware network infrastructure layer is used for supporting the normal work of each layer; the data layer is used for storing data; the business layer is used for data interaction with the short message platform, the banking business system and the terminal client and comprises a real-time monitoring module, a remote monitoring module, a short message module, a basic data management module, a template issuing module, a system parameter setting interface module and a basic data management module; the user layer realizes man-machine interaction through a web interface, a hardware network infrastructure layer comprises a hardware system consisting of self-service equipment and a communication network and provides support for the whole system framework, data of the system flows from bottom to top, a bottom layer provides data required by a previous layer, a service layer provides main functions of the whole system, normal work of the self-service equipment is controlled through a template, a white list in the template defines processes which can be started by the terminal equipment and browser addresses which can be accessed, a black list in the template defines which processes are illegal and browser addresses which are forbidden to be accessed, the template has great significance for normal operation of the self-service equipment, but the template is not invariable, an administrator often needs to modify the contents of the white list and the black list of the template, if the modification is carried out on the terminal machine one by one, a large amount of manpower and material resources are consumed, the server is adopted to uniformly send the short messages, so that the working efficiency is greatly improved, the short messages are used for pushing maintenance information to maintenance personnel, the maintenance personnel can be timely notified when the self-service equipment fails, the system parameter setting interface module is used for being connected with external self-service equipment and used for expanding or deleting the self-service equipment, after the equipment quantity is guaranteed to be changed, the system can be connected to each self-service equipment, a user layer is used for interacting with the system, the interaction mode is realized through a web interface of a browser, and a user can log in the web interface through an account password and then enters the monitoring system.
The data layer comprises a basic data module, a template module, a system parameter module and a monitoring data module, the basic data module is used for storing basic data of the self-service bank system, the template module is used for storing template data generated by a template issuing module in a service layer, the system parameter module is used for storing configuration data of the self-service bank system, the monitoring data module is used for storing monitoring data, the data layer consists of a plurality of storage servers to form a large database, the real-time monitoring module comprises equipment monitoring, fault management and terminal management, the equipment monitoring is used for monitoring the using state of the ATM, the fault management is used for monitoring the fault problem of the ATM, the terminal management is used for monitoring the setting of the ATM, the equipment monitoring comprises state monitoring, transaction monitoring, card swallowing monitoring and black card monitoring, the fault management comprises reporting and stopping management, reporting and stopping inquiry, reporting and stopping logs and work order management, the remote control module comprises remote management and remote diagnosis, the remote management is used for managing the use state of the ATM, the remote diagnosis is used for diagnosing the fault of the ATM, the remote management comprises timing extraction of running water, restarting/closing of a system, file extraction, file issuing, file deletion and script operation, the remote diagnosis comprises remote screen capturing, joint debugging testing, ATM process query and ATM directory browsing, the basic data management module comprises system management and authority management, the system management is used for managing the whole monitoring system, the authority management is used for managing user authority logged in the monitoring system, the system management comprises parameter management, data dictionary management, area management and short message parameters, and the authority management comprises user management, role management and menu management.
The system monitors and controls the whole self-service ATM through a real-time monitoring module and a remote control module of a service layer, the real-time monitoring module monitors equipment and faults of the ATM, the use condition of the equipment can be mastered, the remote control can solve the problem of simple faults of the ATM and ensure normal use, the system also comprises a data layer for storing monitoring data and data generated by the operation of the ATM, a user layer of the system is oriented to an administrator, the administrator can enter the system through logging in an account number password to check the monitoring condition at any time, and the use is more convenient; the basic data management module is arranged in the data layer, and a data interface is established between the basic data management module and the banking system through the basic data management module, so that transaction summary data is acquired in time, real-time monitoring of transactions is realized, and double-management work of equipment and transaction monitoring is finally completed.

1. A self-service bank monitoring system which characterized in that: the system comprises a user layer, a service layer, a data layer and a hardware network infrastructure layer;
the hardware network infrastructure layer is used for supporting the normal work of each layer;
the data layer is used for storing data;
the business layer is used for data interaction with the short message platform, the banking business system and the terminal client and comprises a real-time monitoring module, a remote monitoring module, a short message module, a basic data management module, a template issuing module, a system parameter setting interface module and a basic data management module;
and the user layer realizes man-machine interaction through a web interface.

The automated banking monitoring system of claim 1, wherein: the data layer comprises a basic data module, a template module, a system parameter module and a monitoring data module, the basic data module is used for storing basic data of the self-service bank system, the template module is used for storing template data generated by the template issuing module in the service layer, the system parameter module is used for storing configuration data of the self-service bank system, and the monitoring data module is used for storing monitoring data.

8. The automated banking monitoring system of claim 7, wherein: the system management comprises parameter management, data dictionary management, area management and short message parameters, and the authority management comprises user management, role management and menu management.
