Abstract
本申请实施例公开了一种切换辅载波状态的方法、终端设备和网络设备,该方法包括:终端设备接收网络设备发送的媒体接入控制MAC控制元素CE;该终端设备根据该MAC CE,将该终端设备的第一辅载波从第一状态切换到第二状态,该第一状态和该第二状态为激活态、去激活态和休眠态中不同的两种状态。本申请实施例的方法、终端设备和网络设备,有利于均衡辅载波的利用率以及终端设备的功耗。
