Detailed Description
Hereinafter, a typical embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 14. The accessory for a mobile terminal according to the present embodiment is directly or indirectly attached to a back surface Tb of a plate-shaped mobile terminal T (mobile terminal device) having one surface serving as a display surface Ta, such as a smartphone or a tablet, opposite to the display surface Ta, and functions as a holder for the mobile terminal T and as a cradle.
Typically, the accessory for a mobile terminal according to the present embodiment is directly or indirectly attached to a back surface Tb of a plate-shaped or disc-shaped mobile terminal T, specifically, a smartphone, a tablet-shaped personal computer, or the like, opposite to a display surface Ta, and functions as a holder and a cradle for the mobile terminal T.
Fig. 10 to 14 show an example in which the accessory body 3 described later is made into a plush toy. In the state shown in fig. 12, by inserting all or a part of the fingers other than the thumb of the one-handed finger between the accessory body 3 and the mobile terminal T, the mobile terminal T can be held stably with one hand. In this embodiment, the accessory for a mobile terminal functions as a holder for the mobile terminal T.
As shown in fig. 13 and 14, the mobile terminal T can be placed on a desk or a table in a standing state using the accessory main body 3. The member to be introduced 2 is assembled by introducing the head 15 into the receiving member 1 described later with the neck portion 16 of the member to be introduced 2 described later inserted through the slit 8, and the orientation of the portable terminal T with respect to the accessory main body 3 can be freely changed as needed with the member to be introduced 2 as a rotation center. Thus, when the portable terminal T is rectangular, it may be supported by the accessory main body 3 such that the long side thereof is oriented vertically (fig. 13/vertical), or it may be supported by the accessory main body 3 such that the short side thereof is oriented vertically (fig. 14/horizontal). In this embodiment, the mobile terminal accessory functions as a cradle for the mobile terminal T.
The accessory for a mobile terminal is composed of a housing member 1 and an accessory body 3 having an introduced member 2. The introduced member 2 is detachably combined with the accommodating member 1.
The accessory main body 3 may be any structure as long as it can function as the holder and as the holder when combined with the mobile terminal T, and may be a plush toy, a synthetic resin shaped object, or the like, and its specific structure is not limited.
The introduced member 2 has a portion 14 protruding from the fitting body 3. The member to be introduced 2 includes a head 15 and a neck 16. In the illustrated example, the introduced member 2 is configured to integrally include a disk-shaped head 15, a shaft-shaped neck 16 having an outer diameter smaller than that of the head 15, a disk-shaped flange 17, and a shaft-shaped leg 18 inserted into the fitting body 3. One end of the shaft-like leg portion 18 is integrated with the central portion of one surface side of the flange 17. One end of the neck portion 16 is integrated with the central portion of the other surface side of the flange 17, and the other end of the neck portion 16 is integrated with the central portion of the head portion 15. In the illustrated example, the introduced component 2 is provided on the accessory body 3 in the following manner: the neck portion 16 and the head portion 15 become the projecting portion 14 by fastening a washer shown by reference numeral 4 in fig. 10 to a shaft-like foot portion 18 inserted into the fitting body 3 in such a manner that the flange 17 comes into contact with the outer surface 3a of the fitting body 3. Shown at 5 in fig. 10 is a core material interposed between the gasket 4 and the outer surface 3a of the fitting body 3.
The accommodating section 1 is directly or indirectly mounted on a rear surface Tb of the portable terminal T opposite to the display surface Ta. When the mobile terminal T is housed in a known protective case or cover that covers at least the rear surface Tb thereof, the housing member 1 is attached to the rear surface Tb side of the mobile terminal T opposite to the display surface Ta in a state where a portion of the protective case or cover that covers the rear surface Tb of the mobile terminal T is interposed between the housing member 1 and the rear surface Tb of the mobile terminal T.
The accommodating member 1 is composed of a front plate portion 6 and a back plate portion 7, the front plate portion 6 and the back plate portion 7 are spaced apart from each other by a space for accommodating the head portion 15 of the introduced member 2, wherein the front plate portion 6 is formed with a slit 8 having a width through which the neck portion 16 of the introduced member 2 can pass but through which the head portion 15 cannot pass, and an outer surface 7a is formed as a mounting surface 7d to be mounted on the back surface Tb of the portable terminal T in the back plate portion 7.
One end 8a of the slot 8 opens outward at the edge of the front plate 6 of the accommodating member 1, and the head 15 of the member to be introduced 2 can be introduced between the front plate 6 and the back plate 7 from the one end 8a of the slot 8.
At the same time, a retaining portion 9 is formed between the one end 8a and the closed other end 8b of the open groove 8 by an internal elastic member 9a, and the head portion 15 is introduced into the retaining portion 9 while elastically deforming the elastic member 9a constituting the retaining portion 9.
In the illustrated example, the accommodating member 1 has a plate shape with an egg-shaped profile. The front plate 6 is formed with an L-shaped slot 8. The slot 8 is bent between the one end 8a and the other end 8b, and a second portion 8d between a bent portion 8e and the other end 8b is arranged so as to be orthogonal to a first portion 8c between the bent portion 8e and the one end 8 a. In the illustrated example, the second portion 8d is formed in a manner along an imaginary major axis x passing through the center of the egg shape. The other end 8b of the second portion 8d is located inward of one of the top portions 10 of the egg-shape on the long axis x, and is not open to the outside of the accommodating member 1. The bent portion 8e is located between an imaginary minor axis y passing through the center of the egg shape and the other apex 11 of the egg shape located on the major axis x. The first portion 8c is formed parallel to the short axis y between the short axis y and the other vertex 11 of the egg shape. The one end 8a of the first portion 8c is open to the outside on the side across the long axis x.
In the illustrated example, a recess 6b is formed in the inner surface 6a of the front plate portion 6 so as to cut the groove 8, and the head 15 of the member to be introduced 2 can be introduced into the accommodating member 1 from the one end 8a by the recess 6 b. In the illustrated example, the distance between the step 6c formed by the recess 6b on one side of the slot 8 and the step 6c formed by the recess 6b on the other side of the slot 8 is substantially the same as the diameter of the head 15. The other end 8b of the slot 8 is semicircular along the contour of the neck portion 16 having a circular cross section and an axial shape, and the step 6c formed by the recess 6b obtained by cutting the other end 5b of the slot 8 is semicircular along the contour of the head portion 15 (fig. 4).
In this embodiment, the retaining portion 9 is formed on the second portion 8d side. In the second portion 8d, two retaining portions 9 are formed at intervals in the continuous direction of the open groove 8.
In the illustrated example, the retaining portions 9 are each formed by disposing annular elastic members 9a on both sides of the second portion 8d across the open groove 8. The elastic member 9a is typically made of a plastic (plastic elastomer) having rubber-like elasticity, such as silicone rubber. In the illustrated example, a housing recess 6d of the elastic member 9a communicating with the recess 6b is formed in a portion of the inner surface 6a of the front plate portion 6 on the short axis y. At the same time, a housing recess 6d of the elastic member 9a communicating with the recess 6b is formed in a portion of the inner surface 6a of the front plate 6 between the short axis y and the other end 8b of the slit 8. In each housing recess 6d, a positioning projection 6e inserted through a hole in the ring center of the annular elastic member 9a is formed, and the elastic member 9a is held in the housing recess 6d in an orientation in which the central axis of the ring is perpendicular to the inner surface 6a of the front plate portion 6 by inserting the positioning projection 6e through the hole in the ring center. The distance between the left and right elastic members 9a constituting one retaining portion 9 is slightly smaller than the diameter of the head portion 15 of the member 2 to be introduced.
The back plate portion 7 is integrated with the front plate portion 6 in a state where the inner surface 7b thereof is in close contact with the inner surface 6a of the front plate portion 6. In the illustrated example, the distance between the bottom surface of the recess 6b, which is obtained by cutting the slit 8, and the inner surface 7b of the back plate 7 is substantially equal to the thickness of the head 15 of the member to be introduced 2.
Further, in the illustrated example, the inner surface 7b of the back plate portion 7 and all or a part of the inner surface 6a of the front plate portion 6 are fastened together in a state where a projection shown by reference numeral 7c projecting from the inner surface 7b of the back plate portion 7 is received in a hole shown by reference numeral 6f formed on the inner surface 6a of the front plate portion 6. When both the front plate portion 6 and the back plate portion 7 are made of synthetic resin that can be heat-welded, the fastening can be appropriately performed by heat welding.
The outer surface 7a of the back plate portion 7, i.e., the surface opposite to the side fastened to the front plate portion 6, is an attachment surface 7d attached to the rear surface Tb of the mobile terminal T, i.e., an attachment surface 7d directly attached to the rear surface Tb of the mobile terminal T, or an attachment surface 7d attached to a portion of the protective case or the protective cover covering the rear surface Tb of the mobile terminal T. In the illustrated example, the adhesive layer 12 is formed on the mounting surface 7d, the release sheet 13 covering the adhesive layer 12 is peeled off, and the mounting surface 7d is pressed against the rear surface Tb of the mobile terminal T, whereby the housing member 1 can be mounted at a desired position on the rear surface Tb of the mobile terminal T.
In a state where the housing member 1 is mounted on the mobile terminal T using the mounting surface 7d, the head portion 15 of the member 2 to be introduced is introduced into the housing member 1 from the one end 8a of the slot 8 in the first portion 8c of the slot 8 so that the thickness direction of the head portion 15 coincides with the thickness direction of the housing member 1, and when the head portion 15 is pushed into the second portion 8d by operating after the head portion 15 reaches the bent portion 8e, the head portion 15 can be brought into contact with the elastic member 9a constituting the coming-off preventing portion 9 located on the bent portion 8e side out of the two coming-off preventing portions 9 and elastically deformed. Then, the head 15 can be introduced into the groove 8 inside the retaining portion 9, i.e., toward the other end 8b, by the elastic deformation. When the head 15 is introduced to a position inside the stopper 9, the elastic member 9a returns to its elastic property and holds the head 15 of the introduced member 2 in the accommodating member 1, thereby attaching the accessory main body 3 to the rear surface Tb side of the portable terminal T. Since the distance between the step 6c formed by the recess 6b located on one side of the slit 8 and the step 6c formed by the recess 6b located on the other side of the slit 8 is substantially the same as the diameter of the head 15, and the distance between the bottom surface of the recess 6b obtained by cutting the slit 8 and the inner surface 7b of the back plate 7 is substantially equal to the thickness of the head 15 of the member to be introduced 2, the accessory body 3 can be attached to the back surface Tb side of the portable terminal T with less backlash.
Although the head portion 15 is held in the housing member 1, the head portion 15 has a disc shape, and a part of the outer periphery thereof is held in contact with the elastic member 9a as described above, so that the direction of the metal fitting body 3 can be freely changed with the introduced member 2 as a rotation center.
In the illustrated example, the head 15 introduced into the second portion 8d of the slot 8 is first held between the two retaining portions 9 (fig. 7). At this time, the head 15 is held at the center of the four elastic members 9a in a state where the outer periphery of the head 15 is in point contact with the outer peripheries of the four annular elastic members 9a, respectively. When the head 15 is further operated to be pressed toward the inner side of the open groove 8, that is, the other end 8b side in this state, the head 15 is brought into contact with the elastic member 9a constituting the coming-off preventing portion 9 located on the other end 8b side of the open groove 8 out of the two coming-off preventing portions 9, and can be elastically deformed. Then, the head 15 is guided between the stopper portion 9 and the inside of the groove 8, that is, the other end 8b side by the elastic deformation, and the head 15 can be held in the accommodating member 1 at this position (fig. 9). In this way, in a state where the head 15 of the introduced member 2 is held at the innermost side of the slot 8, the other end 8b of the slot 8 and the step 6c of the recess 6b formed by cutting the edge of the other end 8b are also semicircular as described above, and therefore, in this state, the direction of the metal shell 3 can be freely changed with the introduced member 2 as the center of rotation.
When the accessory body 3 needs to be removed from or replaced in the mobile terminal T, the head 15 of the introduced member 2 is moved toward the one end 8a of the groove 8 by holding the accessory body 3 or the like, and the elastic member 9a is elastically deformed again to move the head 15 of the introduced member 2 toward the one end 8a of the groove 8, thereby extracting the head 15 of the introduced member 2 from the accommodating member 1. If a plurality of accessory bodies 3 having the introduced member 2 are prepared, the portable terminal T can be used in such a manner that a desired accessory body 3 is replaced/attached to the portable terminal T having the accommodating member 1 attached thereto.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and includes all embodiments that can achieve the object of the present invention.
