Abstract
本发明公开了一种饲料添加剂及制备方法。该饲料添加剂为羟基蛋氨酸铁。其制备方法为用液体羟基蛋氨酸与铁的一种无机盐水溶液以摩尔比为1∶1～2，在温度50～100℃，pH值6～8，常压条件下反应0.8～1.2小时螯合而成。这种饲料添加剂生物学效价高；可以降低添加剂的用量；除满足动物的微量元素铁的营养外还为动物提供蛋氨酸。
Description
本发明涉及一种羟基蛋氨酸铁饲料添加剂及其制备方法。
铁是一种人和动物所必需的微量元素，目前是采用铁的无机盐作为饲料添加剂，动物吸收利用必须通过多种生物学屏障，其吸收率低，添加量大，生物学效价低；大部分经粪便排出，对环境有污染；而且这些无机盐对饲料中维生素等活性物质有破坏作用。也有采用固体蛋氨酸与无机铁共同作为添加剂，以补充蛋氨酸之营养，但固体蛋氨酸溶解比较困难。
本发明的目的在于提供一种动物吸收利用率高，添加量小，生物学效价高；对环境无污染；除满足动物对微量元素铁的营养外，还为动物提供蛋氨酸之营养的一种饲料添加剂及其制备方法。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：本发明的饲料添加剂为羟基蛋氨酸铁螯合物(C5H8O3Fe)。
其制备方法如下：
1、液体羟基蛋氨酸与铁的无机盐水溶液以摩尔比为1∶1～2，在温度50～100℃，在氢氧化钠存在下，控制PH值6～8，常压条件下反应0.8～1.2小时，生成羟基蛋氨酸铁螯合物；其反应式如下：
2、离心分离、水洗；
3、烘干、粉碎、包装成成品。
由于这种螯合铁是在畜禽消化道内通过氨基酸途径吸收，速度快、吸收率大大提高，生物学效价高、可降低添加剂的用量；对改善动物的微量元素营养具有很好的促进作用；除满足动物的微量元素铁的营养外，还为动物提供蛋氨酸之营养，故可以促进动物之生长；还可以避免无机铁对饲料中维生素等活性物质的破坏；可以显著提高饲料的利用率。这种羟基蛋氨酸螯合物具有稳定的化学结构、安全无毒、无刺激性。且由于粪便中无机铁的排出量小，也可以保护环境。使用液体羟基蛋氨酸克服了固体蛋氨酸溶解难的缺点。这种添加剂可广泛应用于各种动物：如猪、禽、水产动物等。经实验，母猪每吨饲料中添加500克羟基蛋氨酸铁可使仔猪初生重提高6.0％～10.2％，仔猪血红蛋白提高11.3～28.0％，并显著提高仔猪抗病力和成活率。生长肥育猪添加60～100克/吨的羟基蛋氨酸铁，猪日增重可提高4.0～8.1％，料肉比降低3.8～5.8％，同时显著降低仔猪下痢，并能使猪保持皮肤红润，可使肉鸡生长速度提高5.3％，料肉比下降2.6％。
实施例1：羟基蛋氨酸铁(C5H8O3Fe)的制备及应用：
85kg羟基蛋氨酸+85kg一水硫酸亚铁+41kg98％工业纯氢氧化钠在80℃的反应温度下，调节PH为6.5，反应1小时，得到羟基蛋氨酸铁115公斤，离心分离、水洗；烘干、粉碎、即为成品。其中铁含量为21.3％，羟基蛋氨酸含量52.4％。
用本添加剂300～500克/吨喂种公猪，可促进生长、提高抗病能力；延长种猪繁殖使用寿命；用本添加剂喂母猪，可显著提高胎内仔猪体内铁储备，提高仔猪初生体重和成活率；乳汁中铁浓度提高；喂仔猪可有效预防仔猪贫血，死亡率降低，显著提高仔猪血红蛋白水平，提高免疫抗病能力促进生长。喂肥肉猪则促进生长，改善料肉比，改善肉色，使猪皮肤红润，毛色光亮。喂肉禽有利于料蛋比，提高种蛋孵化率，提高抗应激能力，降低死亡率。喂水产动物，可促进生长提高成活率，减少疾病发生，促进生长，提高饲料的经济价值。
Claims (1)
1、一种羟基蛋氨酸铁饲料添加剂的制备方法，其特征在于包括以下步骤：
(1)、液体羟基蛋氨酸与铁的无机盐水溶液以摩尔比为1∶1～2，在温度50～100℃，在氢氧化钠存在下，PH值6～8，常压条件下反应0.8～1.2小时，得到羟基蛋氨酸铁；
(2)、离心分离、水洗；
(3)、烘干、粉碎、包装成成品。
