Technical Field
The present invention relates to a torque wrench, and more particularly to a portable multifunctional torque wrench.
Background
As shown in fig. 1, a conventional torque wrench 1 for bicycle maintenance comprises a handle 2 and a hexagonal wrench 3, wherein the hexagonal wrench 3 is disposed at one end of the handle 2 to form the torque wrench 1 in a T-shape, and a socket head 4 is disposed at the other end of the hexagonal wrench 3 to enable the socket head 4 to drive a socket such as a screw or a screwdriver head (not shown) by turning the handle 2 to turn the hexagonal wrench 3. The torque wrench 1 further comprises a needle bar 5 and a dial 6, when the hexagonal wrench 3 is twisted by a user pulling the handle 2, the needle bar 5 is displaced relative to the dial 6 to point to the corresponding scale on the dial 6, so as to obtain the torque value applied to the fastener by the socket 4. Although the conventional torque wrench 1 can display the torque value of the locking screw of the bicycle by the needle bar 5 corresponding to the scale on the dial 6, the conventional torque wrench 1 is limited in its structural design and thus provides only a single function as described above to the consumers. Since there is no additional function, for the general consumers of the bicycle, the conventional torque wrench 1 is not favored, and how to provide a multifunctional torque wrench is widely favored by the consumers of the bicycle, which is the key point to be solved by the present invention.
Disclosure of Invention

The trigger 30 includes a connecting portion 31 and an extending portion 32 connected to the connecting portion 31, the connecting portion 31 is connected to the coupling portion 22 of the body 20, so that the trigger 30 can be switched between a first position P1 (shown in fig. 3 and 4) and a second position P2 (shown in fig. 5 and 6) relative to the body 20, and the extending portion 32 extends along a second axis L2. Preferably, the pivoting device 50 further includes a restoring elastic member 52, and two ends of the restoring elastic member 52 support the shaft 51 and the trip member 30, so that the shaft 51 can be automatically restored after sliding along an axial direction D relative to the through hole 35.

Thus, the pointer 41 can be maintained at a stable position regardless of whether the trigger 30 is at the first position or the second position, and the problem of looseness and wobble is not caused. The third embodiment is preferable to the second embodiment in that the cost is lower because the resilient piece 413 is formed by punching integrally with the pointer 41.

a wrench part, including a connecting part and an extending part connected with the connecting part, the connecting part is connected with the combining part of the body, so that the wrench part can be switched between a first position and a second position relative to the body, the extending part extends along a second axis, when the wrench part is located at the first position, the second axis is perpendicular to the first axis, and a user wrenches the body to generate a rotating torque force to drive the fastener, when the wrench part is located at the second position, the second axis is parallel to the first axis, so that the user can conveniently take in and carry the wrench part, the wrench part has a gap at one end of the extending part far away from the connecting part, and the working part is exposed out of the gap and located outside the wrench part when the working part is located at the second position; and
the indicating device is arranged between the body and the trip piece to display the numerical value corresponding to the torsion, the indicating device is provided with a first group of indicating parts between the body and the trip piece, the torsion part of the body is linked with the first group of indicating parts to relatively displace to display the numerical value corresponding to the torsion when being twisted, the first group of indicating parts comprise a pointer and a window, the pointer is arranged in the trip piece, one end of the pointer is pivoted with the body, and the other end of the pointer is provided with an indicating end; the window is provided with a through hole and a marking part with a torsion value on the trip piece, the indicating end penetrates out of the through hole and is abutted against the marking part of the first group of indicating parts, and when the trip piece trips the body at the first position, the indicating end points to the value corresponding to the torsion on the marking part of the first group of indicating parts; the indicating device also comprises a second group of indicating parts between the body and the trip piece, when the twisting part of the body is twisted, the second group of indicating parts are linked to move relatively to display the numerical value corresponding to the torsion, the second group of indicating parts comprise a marking part and an index, the working part is provided with the marking part of the second group of indicating parts at the exposed part of the gap, the trip piece is provided with the index at one end with the gap, the working part is exposed at the second position, and when the trip piece trips the body at the second position to generate the torsion, the index points to the numerical value corresponding to the torsion at the marking part of the second group of indicating parts.
2. The multi-function torque wrench as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the second position, the working portion is capable of receiving the fastener and driving the fastener.
3. The multi-function torque wrench as claimed in claim 2, wherein the length of the body in the longitudinal direction is greater than the length of the wrench member when the second axis is parallel to the first axis.
4. The multi-functional torque wrench according to claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein the wrench member is a hollow housing member having a receiving slot, the receiving slot is open at one side of the wrench member and has an opening, the coupling portion and the connecting portion are pivotally connected in the receiving slot, the body can be swung out of the receiving slot through the opening, and the second axis is perpendicular to the first axis and is in the first position; or the body can be swung into the containing groove from the opening, and the second axis is parallel to the first axis and is at the second position in the containing groove.
5. The multi-function torque wrench as claimed in claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein the coupling portion and the connecting portion are pivotally connected to each other by a pivotal connection.
6. The multi-function torque wrench as claimed in claim 5, wherein the pivoting means comprises a shaft and a resilient return member, the wrench member has a receiving slot, the shaft is longer than the receiving slot and is connected to a through hole of the wrench member, two ends of the resilient return member support the shaft and the wrench member, and the shaft can slide in an axial direction relative to the through hole.

The multi-functional torque wrench as claimed in claim 6, wherein the shaft has a protruding section protruding in a radial direction and a recessed evasion section corresponding to the protruding section, the body has a pivot hole at the coupling portion for the shaft to pass through, and has a plurality of concave limit grooves corresponding to the protruding section, the limit grooves are used for the protruding section to be clamped and positioned when the body and the wrenching member are at the first position and the second position, respectively, and when the shaft slides in the axial direction, the evasion section faces the limit grooves to separate the clamping of the body and the wrenching member, so that the body can swing into or out of the receiving groove corresponding to the wrenching member.
8. The multi-function torque wrench as claimed in claim 7, wherein the body is a hexagonal rod, the engaging portion is formed by bending the body at one end thereof and forming the pivot hole, and the plurality of limiting grooves are formed at the engaging portion inside the pivot hole.
9. The multi-function torque wrench as claimed in claim 7, wherein the shaft is formed by joining a first shaft section and a second shaft section, one of the first shaft section and the second shaft section has a concave portion at one end and the other has a convex portion at one end, the concave portion and the convex portion are shaped and arranged in a concavo-convex manner, and the first shaft section and the second shaft section are joined by the concave portion and the convex portion in a concavo-convex manner.
10. The multi-function torque wrench as claimed in claim 9, wherein the wrench member has a first collar and a second collar disposed at opposite sides of the receiving slot, the first collar and the second collar are disposed through two ends of the shaft in the receiving slot, the shaft has a radially protruding stop portion at the first shaft section in the first collar, and the restoring elastic member is supported by two ends of the first collar against the stop portion and the wrench member.
11. The multi-functional torque wrench as claimed in claim 1, wherein the indicating device has an external member, the body has an adjusting seat rotatably disposed on the external member and adjacent to the engaging portion, one end of the indicating needle is pivotally connected to the adjusting seat, the adjusting seat is capable of being rotated and then positioned relative to the body, and the indicating end is adjusted at the position indicated by the indicating portion.
12. The multi-function torque wrench as claimed in claim 11, wherein the wrench member has a receiving slot, and the indicator is supported by a resilient piece in the receiving slot to press the indicating end against the indicating portion.
13. The multi-functional torque wrench of claim 12, wherein one end of the resilient plate is connected to the indicator and tilted out, and the other end of the resilient plate abuts against the extending portion to prop the indicator.
14. The multi-functional torque wrench of claim 12, wherein one end of the resilient plate is connected to the extension portion and tilted out, and the other end of the resilient plate abuts against the indicator and supports the indicator.
