An automobile air quality sensor is an important component for monitoring the air condition in an automobile. In the production process of the automobile air quality sensor, the surfaces of air quality sensor products are mostly provided with dust or other scraps, if the products are not subjected to blowing treatment, the product appearance is influenced on one hand, and on the other hand, the air quality sensor can not work normally because the air quality sensor is a precise device, and if dirt on the surface of the air quality sensor enters the interior of the air quality sensor in subsequent packaging and transportation, the performance of the product is greatly influenced, so that the air quality sensor must be subjected to dust removal. The existing mode, mostly manual handheld nitrogen blows rifle and sweeps, and is inefficient, and handles unclean.

The high pressure air source device adopted by the invention comprises high pressure nitrogen and a device (such as Simeka electrostatic dust removal equipment) capable of generating a large amount of positive and negative charge ion airflow, the positive and negative charge ion airflow mixed high pressure nitrogen is blown out at a high speed to neutralize the charges carried on the workpiece, when the charges carried on the surface of the object are negative charges, the positive charges in the airflow can be attracted, and when the charges carried on the surface of the object are positive charges, the negative charges in the airflow can be attracted, so that the static on the surface of the object is neutralized, the purpose of eliminating the static is achieved, and the hard dust (electrostatic adsorption) on the object can be blown away.

Examples
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an automatic dust removing device for an air quality sensor comprises a workbench 1, a dust removing mechanism arranged on the workbench 1 and a belt conveying mechanism; the dust removal mechanism comprises a cover body 2, a high-pressure air flow injection unit 3 for purging the surface of a workpiece 13 is arranged in the middle of the cover body 2, the cover body 2 is provided with an inlet and an outlet, and the inlet and the outlet are both provided with a brush cleaning unit 4; the belt conveying mechanism comprises a conveying belt 5, and the conveying belt 5 is horizontally arranged on the table top of the workbench 1 in a transmission manner and penetrates through the dust removal mechanism.

The high-pressure gas flow injection unit 3 comprises a gas spray head 7, an electromagnetic control valve and an infrared sensor 8, wherein the gas spray head 7 is connected with an external high-pressure gas source device through a pipeline, the electromagnetic control valve is arranged in the pipeline, and the infrared sensor 8 is arranged at the upper part of the gas spray head 7. The infrared sensor 8 is used for monitoring whether the workpiece 13 passes through or not, and feeding back signals to the controller, and the controller feeds back the signals to the electromagnetic control valve so as to automatically control air injection and purge the passing workpiece 13. The high pressure air source device comprises high pressure nitrogen and a device which can generate a large amount of positive and negative charge ion air flow, such as Simm card electrostatic dust removal equipment, the high pressure nitrogen mixed with the positive and negative charge ion air flow is blown out at high speed to neutralize the charges on the workpiece, when the charges on the surface of the object are negative charges, the positive charges in the air flow can be attracted, and when the charges on the surface of the object are positive charges, the negative charges in the air flow can be attracted, so that the static on the surface of the object is neutralized, the purpose of eliminating the static is achieved, and the hard dust on the object can be adsorbed and blown away.
Two groups of high-pressure air flow injection units 3 are arranged on the top of the cover body 2 through a door-shaped bracket 6. The brush cleaning unit 4 is composed of a plurality of bristles, metal filaments are mixed in the bristles, and the metal filaments are connected with an external ionization device through conductors. The dust removing mechanism further comprises a dust collecting hopper 7 which is arranged in the cover body 2 and is positioned at the lower part of the workbench 1, and the dust collecting hopper 7 is connected with an external negative pressure mechanism through a pipeline to timely remove dust.
The belt conveying mechanism further includes a drive roller driven by a motor, a plurality of guide rollers, and a support roller through which the conveyor belt 5 is circulated. The motor adopts a brushless direct current motor, and the silencing effect is good. The conveyor belt 5 is arranged in the plurality of hollows.
The air quality sensor workpiece 13 to be dedusted is placed on the conveyor belt 5 manually or by a manipulator, and then is automatically conveyed to the dedusting mechanism by the conveyor belt 5 for automatic dedusting, firstly passes through the inlet of the cover body 2 and is cleaned for the first time by the brush cleaning unit 4, so that large-particle debris and impurities and the like can be removed; then secondary blowing is carried out through the high-pressure airflow jet unit 3, and most of fine particles such as dust can be removed in the step; and finally, the dust is treated again through the outlet of the cover body 2 and the brush cleaning unit 4, so that the automatic dust removing process of the workpiece 13 is completed, and the workpiece 13 after dust removal is stored manually or by a manipulator or automatically transferred to subsequent processes such as a packaging production line.
