The multifunctional notebook keyboard of the embodiment is used as follows: the clamping joint is clamped at the heat dissipation port of the notebook computer, the USB interface is connected with the notebook computer, the micro vacuum pump starts to work, the air suction pipe performs air suction operation on the space formed between the upper shell and the sealing plate and the space formed between the sealing plate and the lower shell, the heat generated by the notebook computer is led out by the heat dissipation pipe in the air suction process, meanwhile, the upper shell and the lower shell are in a negative pressure state, the rubber sealing frame between the upper shell and the lower shell is tightly adsorbed, in addition, because the upper shell and the sealing plate are in a negative pressure state, the annular sealing ring, the pressing sealing piece and the annular connecting block are tightly pressed against the lower end surface of the groove, the tightness is ensured under the condition of not influencing the function of the keyboard, and the sealing performance of the closed space of the upper shell and the lower shell is strong, even if water is sprinkled on the notebook keyboard, the keyboard body is not affected, and only natural drying is needed.
