Background

The applicant declares that the beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the package can be reused with low cost and high efficiency, and the function of preventing the private dismantling is provided on the basis. The overall volume of the package is not compressible due to the lack of adaptive folding effect of the package provided by this solution for different sizes of contents. Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, the present invention is directed to a packaging bag that can be better adapted to the shape and size of the contents, and effectively reduce the overall volume of the package.

The packaging bag designed by the technical scheme only comprises a bag body and a reusable connecting pair. The shape of the bag body can be freely selected, and is generally rectangular. The connecting piece is made of flexible material, such as magic tape, multi-time adhesive sticker and zipper, or rigid material with discontinuous arrangement, such as snap fastener. Because the upper and lower layers of fabrics are flexible, the bag body can be folded according to different sizes of contents, so that the volume is compressed; due to the design of the connecting pair, different folding states can be adapted. For the purpose of rain and moisture prevention, the lower fabric and the upper fabric can be generally selected from non-woven fabrics, polyurethane material sheets and the like which are subjected to coating treatment, so that the bag body can resist external rainwater and liquid leakage of internal contents, and the service life of the packaging bag is greatly prolonged.
Preferably, the connecting pair is a magic tape. The magic tape is used as a connecting pair, so that the installation is simpler, the vision is more visual, and the operation steps are more convenient.
Preferably, the RFID chip is fixed in the package. When this wrapping bag is used as the express delivery bag, perhaps when being specific part transport container in the manufacturing enterprise, cooperation RFID chip identification system, the wrapping bag of this scheme design can be discerned when passing through each RFID chip identification point, is convenient for master the position of this wrapping bag, also is convenient for retrieve on intelligent packing recycle device.
The invention also relates to a method for sealing the packaging bag, which comprises the following steps:
the contents to be packaged are put into the packing bag,
sealing the upper and lower fabrics, and
and according to the size of the content, the bag body is folded in a mode that the upper layer of fabric is opposite, so that one part of the connecting piece can be in fit connection with the other part of the connecting piece.

Example 1
Example 1 is a package consisting of a bag body and a reusable coupling pair. As shown in fig. 1, the bag of this example is rectangular in shape and is formed by connecting a flexible lower layer fabric 1 and an upper layer fabric 2 to each other in the lower, left, and right directions, and the opening of the bag is located above. The part of the upper side of the lower fabric, which is longer than the upper fabric, forms a flanging 3. The connecting pair of the embodiment is a magic tape 4 which is a novel magic tape, and the hook tape does not have a male surface and a female surface, and all positions of the binding surface are provided with hooks and bristles. But those skilled in the art can also use a plurality of stickers or zippers instead of the velcro tapes. The magic tapes are fixed on the left and right sides of the surface of the turned-over edge and the left and right sides of the surface of the upper layer fabric respectively and extend along the up-down direction of the sides. As shown in fig. 2, when the contents are placed in the bag body, the bag body can be matched with the shape and size of the contents to turn over the redundant parts, and when the turnup is turned over above the upper fabric, the binding surfaces of the magic tapes can be mutually stuck, so that the bag opening can be sealed, and the bag body can be kept in a volume compression state.
The upper and lower fabrics of this example were made of polyurethane sheeting. An RFID chip 5 is fixed in the packaging bag and can be read by an RFID chip reading device.
Fig. 3 is a schematic view showing the state where the packaging bag is turned over again with the upper sheets facing each other. After the turned edge is turned over to the upper layer fabric and the seal of the connection pair of the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece is connected, the bag body can be turned over in a mode that the upper layer fabric is opposite to the upper layer fabric again, so that one part of the first connecting piece can be connected with the other part of the first connecting piece. Therefore, the packaging bag can be fixed and adjusted in size, the content of the packaging bag is not easy to fall out, and a better dustproof and waterproof effect is achieved.
