The car washer remote control system comprises a water level monitoring module, a fault detection module, a sensor group, a motor control module, a main controller, a camera, an equipment fault indicator lamp, a mobile payment module, a communication module, an intercom system and a client; the water level monitoring module, the fault detection module, the sensor group, the motor control module, the camera, the equipment fault indicator lamp, the mobile payment module, the communication module and the intercom system are all connected to the main controller; the main controller is connected to the client through a communication module. The remote control system of the car washer is reasonable in design, can remotely inform maintenance personnel to maintain after a fault occurs, and is higher in efficiency; can indicate the user can't continue to use after the trouble takes place, and increase the security through motor stop work, be worth promoting.

The car washer is divided into: automatic car washer, self-service car washer, slot car washer. the sensor group is used for monitoring the environmental information of the car washer and transmitting the information to the main controller;
the camera is used for monitoring video information around the car washer and transmitting the video information to the main controller in real time;
the mobile payment module is used for paying by a user, recording consumption information and transmitting the consumption information to the main controller;
the motor control module comprises a vehicle body cleaning motor set, a booster pump motor set, a motor control unit, a wheel hub cleaning motor set, a fan cleaning motor set and a rack motor set;
the main controller is used for receiving the information and judging whether each information index is in a reasonable range through the fault detection module; if the fault information is not in the reasonable range, the main controller controls each motor to stop working through the motor control module, the main controller controls the equipment fault indicator lamp to be turned on, and the main controller sends the fault information to the client to remind maintenance personnel to maintain as soon as possible;
and the intercom system is used for communicating the manager with the user in front of the car washer.

the water level monitoring module 1, the fault detection module 2, the sensor group 3, the motor control module 4, the positioning module 6, the camera 7, the equipment fault indicator lamp 8, the mobile payment module 9, the communication module 10 and the intercom system 11 are all connected to the main controller 5; the main controller 5 is connected to a client through a communication module 10;
the water level monitoring module 1 is used for monitoring water level information of the car washer and transmitting the information to the main controller 5;
the sensor group 3 comprises a temperature sensor 14, a smoke detector 15 and a humidity sensor 16; the sensor group 3 is used for monitoring the temperature, humidity and smoke sensing information of the car washer and transmitting the information to the main controller 5;
the positioning module 6 is used for positioning the car washer and transmitting the positioning information to the main controller 5;
the camera 7 is used for monitoring video information around the car washer and transmitting the video information to the main controller 5 in real time;

and the intercom system 11 is used for communicating the manager with the user in front of the car washer.

the water level monitoring module (1) is used for monitoring water level information of the car washer and transmitting the information to the main controller (5);
the sensor group (3) is used for monitoring environmental information of the car washer and transmitting the information to the main controller (5);
the camera (7) is used for monitoring video information around the car washer and transmitting the video information to the main controller (5) in real time;
the mobile payment module (9) is used for paying by a user, recording consumption information and transmitting the consumption information to the main controller (5);
the motor control module (4) comprises a vehicle body cleaning motor set (17), a booster pump motor set (18), a motor control unit (19), a wheel hub cleaning motor set (20), a fan cleaning motor set (21) and a rack motor set (22);
the main controller (5) is used for receiving information and judging whether each information index is in a reasonable range through the fault detection module (2); if the motor is not in the reasonable range, the main controller (5) controls each motor to stop working through the motor control module (4), the main controller (5) controls the equipment fault indicator lamp (8) to be turned on, and the main controller (5) sends fault information to the client to remind maintenance personnel to maintain as soon as possible;
and the intercom system (11) is used for communicating the manager with the user in front of the car washer.

4. A car washer remote control system according to claim 3, characterized in that the serviceman client (12) and the manager client (13) both employ a mobile phone or a PC.

A car washer remote control system according to any one of claims 1-4, characterized by further comprising a positioning module (6), the positioning module (6) being connected to the main controller (5), the positioning module (6) being configured to position the car washer and to transmit the positioning information to the main controller (5).
