Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle parts, in particular to a sealing element for a vehicle and the vehicle. The sealing member for a vehicle includes a first structure and a second structure connected to each other, wherein the first structure is provided with an opening and forms a double-layer seal between a rear door-fixing window and a rear quarter window when a rear door is closed. The sealing element can form double-layer sealing between the rear door fixed window and the rear triangular window when the rear door is closed, and a smaller cavity is formed between the fixed window and the rear triangular window, so that noise can be reduced.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle parts, in particular to a sealing element for a vehicle and the vehicle.
Background
Recently, a rear triangular window is arranged in a C-pillar area of an automobile to improve the appearance, and the arrangement of the rear triangular window can also improve the lighting of a rear seat and meet the riding visual field requirements of passengers. In order to increase the sealing performance between the rear door fixing window and the rear quarter window, a sealing member is generally provided on the rear door, and the sealing member can be pressed between the rear door fixing window and the rear quarter window as the rear door is closed, thereby forming a seal to reduce noise and the like. The sealing element in the prior art has poor sealing performance and is not easy to install.

Technical problem to be solved
The first object of the present invention is: the sealing piece for the vehicle is simple in structure and excellent in sealing performance, and solves the problem that in the prior art, the noise in the vehicle is large due to the fact that the sealing piece is difficult to install and poor in sealing performance.

According to the above aspect, preferably, when the rear door is opened, the arc-shaped portion of the first structure is separated from the rear quarter window; when the rear door is closed, the arc-shaped portion of the first structure contacts the rear quarter window to form a double seal between the rear door-securing window and the rear quarter window.
According to the above aspect, preferably, the sealing member is attached to the glass run channel, and the sealing member and the glass run channel are attached by press molding.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the sealing member and the glass run channel are connected by compression molding using TPE.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the first structure and the second structure are integrally molded by two-shot molding.
According to the above aspect, the injection molding material of the first structure is softer than the injection molding material of the second structure.
Preferably, the second portion of the second structure is connected to the door frame by a clip.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of the present invention.
In order to seal a gap between the rear triangular window and the rear door fixed window, a sealing piece is arranged on the rear door. When the back door is closed, the sealing piece arranged on the back door is contacted with the rear triangular window and is pressed between the rear triangular window and the back door fixed window, thereby forming sealing.
FIG. 1A is a schematic view of a rear triangular window and a rear door fixed window according to the prior art; FIG. 1B is a cross-sectional view along A-A of FIG. 1A.
In the prior art, as shown in FIG. 1B, the seal 10 is typically a simple lip extrusion, which is soft and can be extruded. When the rear door is opened, the sealing member 10 is separated from the rear triangular window 30 when the rear door is opened, and when the rear door is closed, the sealing member 10 is closed to contact with the rear triangular window 30 and is pressed between the rear triangular window 30 and the rear door fixing window 40, so that a single-layer seal is formed between the rear triangular window 30 and the rear door fixing window 40, and the sealing property is poor. And as shown in fig. 1B, the sealing member 10, when connected with the glass run channel 20, needs to be installed upward from a lower side due to the U-shaped structure of the sealing member 10, and the door sealing member 60 is located right at the lower side, which provides a restriction to an installation path of the sealing member 10, thereby making it inconvenient to install the sealing member 10.
FIG. 2A is a schematic view of the rear triangular window and the rear door fixed window according to the present invention; FIG. 2B is a cross-sectional view of FIG. 2A taken along B-B; fig. 2C is an enlarged view of the region C in fig. 2B.
In one aspect of the present invention, a sealing member for a vehicle is provided, and fig. 2B shows a state where a rear door is closed, and as can be seen from fig. 2B, when the rear door is closed, the sealing member 100 is disposed between a rear quarter window 300 and a rear door fixing window 400 to form a seal between the rear quarter window 300 and the rear door fixing window 400. On the other hand, the sealing member 100 is coupled to the door frame 500 in the first direction, and further, the sealing member 100 is coupled to the door inner panel 700 in the first direction. Also, the sealing member 100 is coupled to the rear door fixing window. Therefore, the sealing member 100 is connected to the door frame 500, the inner door panel 700 and the rear door fixing window 400 so as to be movable together with the rear door, for example, opening and closing the rear door, and when the rear door is opened, the sealing member 100 is away from the rear quarter window 300; when the rear door is closed, the sealing member 100 contacts the rear triangular window 300 and forms a double-layered seal between the rear triangular window 300 and the rear door fixing window 400, thereby increasing sealability between the rear triangular window 300 and the rear door fixing window 400. Furthermore, as can be seen from fig. 2B, the sealing member 100 allows a smaller cavity between the rear quarter window 300 and the rear door fixing window 400, thereby further reducing noise. The seal 100 according to the present invention is easy to install since surrounding environmental parts do not restrict installation as in the first direction, in particular, the door seal 600 does not block the first direction.
A concrete structure of the sealing member 100 according to the present invention is shown in fig. 2C, the sealing member 100 includes a first structure 110 and a second structure 120 connected to each other, wherein the first structure 110 is disposed outside the second structure 120 for forming a seal between the rear quarter window 300 and the rear door fixing window 400, and the second structure 120 is for fixing the sealing member 100 to the rear door. Specifically, the first structure 110 is configured to: the first structure 110 may contact the rear quarter window 300 when the rear door is closed, and form a double seal between the rear quarter window 300 and the rear door fixing window 400. The double layer seal has better sealing performance, thereby reducing noise. The sealing member 100 is fixedly connected to the rear door by the second structure 120, and particularly, the second structure 120 is fixedly connected to the door frame 500 and the inner door panel 700, so that when the rear door is opened, the sealing member 100 is opened with the rear door, thereby being out of contact with the rear quarter window 300. Specifically, the second structure 120 is fixedly connected to the door frame 500 and the door inner panel 700 in the first direction such that an installation path is not limited by surrounding parts, thereby facilitating installation.
The first structure 110 includes an arc portion 111 and two linear portions 112 formed by extending both ends of the arc portion 111 toward each other. Specifically, the arc portion 111 of the first structure 110 is configured to: when the rear door is closed, a double seal is formed between the rear quarter window 300 and the rear door fixing window 400. As shown in fig. 2C, in particular, the arc portion 111 may include a semi-circle shape such that the arc portion 111 may have two opposite arc segments. When the rear door is closed such that the gap between the rear quarter window 300 and the rear door fixing window 400 is narrowed to press the arc-shaped portion 111 of the first structure 110, as shown by a dotted line in fig. 4, the arc-shaped portion 111 adjacent to the rear quarter window 300 is pressed to correspond to the shape of the rear quarter window 300, since the opposite two arc-shaped sections of the arc-shaped portion 111 form an upper and lower double-layer seal between the rear quarter window 300 and the rear door fixing window 400. And the deformation of the sealing member 100 can reduce the cavity between the rear quarter window 300 and the rear door fixing window 400, which can not only increase the sealing property but also reduce the noise. Also, the extending direction of the two linear portions 112 is perpendicular to the first direction, i.e., the second structure is fixedly connected to the door frame 500 and the door inner panel 700 in the direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the two linear portions 112, i.e., the first direction.
Also, two linear portions 112 are formed by extending both ends of the arc portion 111 toward each other. Specifically, the two linear portions 112 extend from both ends of the arc portion 111 to the inside of the arc portion 111 in parallel with each other to form two linear portions 112 in parallel with each other and at a distance from each other, as shown in fig. 2C, wherein one of the two linear portions 112 is connected to the second structure 120 and the other of the two linear portions 112 is connected to the rear door fixing window 400, that is, an opening is formed between the two linear portions 112, and the opening can rapidly remove air in the cavity of the arc portion 111 to the outside when the sealing member is compressed, which is more advantageous for the arc portion 111 to be deformed between the rear triangular window 300 and the rear door fixing window 400 to be better fitted between the rear triangular window 300 and the rear door fixing window 400, thereby increasing the sealing performance. Specifically, the linear portion 112 of the first structure 110 is integrally molded with the second structure 120 by two-shot molding. The first structure 110 has a soft and compressible characteristic due to its structural characteristics, and the second structure 120 has a hard characteristic due to its need to be fixedly coupled to the door frame 500 and the door inner panel 700, so that the linear portion 112 of the first structure 110 is coupled to the second structure 120 by integrally forming the sealing member 100 using two materials having different hardness through a two-shot process. Wherein the injection molded material of the first structure 110 is softer and the injection molded material of the second structure 120 is harder. Due to the structural shape of the seal 100, the linear portion 112 is coupled with the rear door fixing window 400 when the seal 100 is installed in the first direction.
Also, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the second structure 120 includes a first portion 121 and a second portion 122 parallel to each other, and a third portion 123 vertically disposed between the first portion 121 and the second portion 122 to connect the first portion 121 and the second portion 122. One end of the third portion 123 is located at an end of the first portion 121, and the other end of the third portion 123 is located at an intermediate position of the second portion 122. Where the first portion 121 is attached to the first structure and the second portion is attached to the door frame 500. As described above, the first portion 121 is integrally formed with the first structure 110 through the two-shot molding process, the second portion 122 is fixedly coupled to the door frame 500 through the clip 130, and further, the second portion 122 is fixedly coupled to the door inner panel 700. Also, the first and second portions 121 and 122 are perpendicular to the first direction, and the mounting direction of the clip 130 is perpendicular to the second portion 122, i.e., parallel to the first direction, thereby achieving the fixed connection of the second portion 122 to the door frame 500 in the first direction. As shown in fig. 5, when the seal 100 is installed in the first direction, there is no part around which the installation path of the seal 100 is restricted, and particularly, the installation path of the seal 100 does not overlap with the door seal 600, thereby facilitating the installation of the seal 100.
Also, a soft seal lip 1220 is provided at an end of the second portion 122 for attachment to the rear door fixing window 500, as shown in fig. 6, the soft seal lip 1220 may be better adhered to the rear door fixing window 500, thereby improving NVH performance of the vehicle. On the other hand, the arc-shaped portion 111 of the first structure 110 may be coated with a coating to further reduce frictional noise.
When mounting, as shown in fig. 3, the clip 130 is firstly mounted on the second portion 122 of the second structure 120 of the sealing member 100, and then the sealing member 100 is fixedly connected with the glass run channel 200 by compression molding, wherein the compression molding process uses TPE as a material, and the sealing member 100 mounted with the clip 130 is fixedly connected with the glass run channel 200 by compression molding, which can enhance the connection between the sealing member 100 and the glass run channel 200, and has simple process and easy operation. The rear door fixing window 400 is then installed at the outer side, and the door frame 500 and the door inner panel 700 are installed at the inner side, thereby forming a rear door product. Wherein the sealing member is fixedly coupled to the door frame 500 and the door inner panel 700 by means of the clip 130.
The first and second structures 110 and 120 may be extruded bubble tube structures.
The invention further provides a vehicle with the sealing element.
In summary, the present invention provides a seal for a vehicle, the seal comprising a first structure and a second structure connected to each other, wherein the first structure is provided with an opening and forms a double seal between a rear door fixed window and a rear quarter window when the rear door is closed. Thus, the sealing member according to the present invention forms a double-layer seal between the rear door fixed window and the rear quarter window when the rear door is closed, and allows a small cavity between the fixed window and the rear quarter window, thereby enabling noise reduction.

Claims (10)
1. A seal for a vehicle, comprising a first structure and a second structure connected to each other, wherein the first structure is provided with an opening and forms a double seal between a rear door-fixing window and a rear quarter window when the rear door is closed.
2. The seal for a vehicle of claim 1, wherein the first structure includes an arcuate portion and two linear portions formed by both ends of the arcuate portion extending toward each other, wherein the arcuate portion forms a double seal between the rear door fixed window and the rear quarter window when the rear door is closed, wherein the two linear portions are parallel to and spaced apart from each other to form the opening, and wherein one of the two linear portions is connected to the second structure and the other of the two linear portions is connected to the rear door fixed window.
3. The seal for a vehicle of claim 2, wherein the second structure includes a first portion and a second portion parallel to each other and a third portion disposed vertically between the first portion and the second portion to connect the first portion and the second portion, wherein the first portion is connected to the first structure and the second portion is connected to a door frame.
4. The seal for a vehicle of claim 3, wherein the arcuate portion of the first structure is spaced from the rear quarter window when the rear door is open; when the rear door is closed, the arc-shaped part of the first structure is in contact with the rear triangular window to form a double-layer seal between the rear door fixed window and the rear triangular window.
5. The seal for a vehicle according to claim 1, wherein the seal and the glass run channel are connected, and the seal and the glass run channel are connected by press molding.
6. The seal for a vehicle of claim 5, wherein the seal and the glass run channel are connected by compression molding with TPE.
7. The seal for a vehicle of claim 1, wherein said first structure and said second structure are integrally molded by two-shot molding.
8. The seal for a vehicle of claim 7, wherein the injection molded material of the first structure is softer than the injection molded material of the second structure.
9. The seal for a vehicle of claim 3, wherein the second portion of the second structure is connected to the door frame by a clip.
10. A vehicle, characterized by comprising a seal for a vehicle according to any one of claims 1-9.
