Abstract

A gear shaft 5 is arranged in the connecting socket 4, the gear shaft 5 being rotatable in the connecting socket 4. One end of the rack 6 is connected together by a cylindrical pin and a connecting block 11. The invention provides an installation method of a quick telescopic positioning device for slide rail products, which comprises the following steps:
1. the pressure plate 3 is attached to the main body mount 2 by screws. Connecting the slide rail positioner 1 to the main body support 2;
2. connecting the connecting block 11 and the slide rail positioner 1 together through screws and spring washers;
3. the connecting seat 4 is mounted on the main body support 2 through a screw and a cylindrical pin;
4. placing the gear shaft 5 into the connecting seat 4, and installing the plugging cover 8 on the connecting seat 4 through screws;
5. the handle 9 is mounted on the gear shaft 5 through a taper pin 10;
6. mounting a rack 6 and a T-shaped key 7 on the connecting seat 4, wherein one end of the rack 6 is connected with a connecting block 11 through a cylindrical pin;
7. the body mount 2 is mounted to the frame 13 by screws and cylindrical pins. The slide rail retainer 1 is adjusted to the theoretical position and the bolt 12 is inserted.
The invention provides a using method of a quick telescopic positioning device for slide rail products, which comprises the following steps:
1. the working state is as follows: the bolt 12 is pulled out, the handle 9 is rotated, the slide rail positioner 1 is moved to the theoretical position, and the bolt 12 is inserted.
2. And (3) non-working state: the bolt 12 is pulled out, the handle 9 is rotated, the slide rail positioner 1 is retracted to the safety position, and the bolt 12 is inserted.

the two slide rail positioners (1) are arranged in parallel, and the two slide rail positioners (1) are connected at one end of the two slide rail positioners (1) through a connecting block (11); a main body support (2) is arranged between two slide rail positioners (1) which are arranged in parallel, sliding chutes are arranged on the upper surface and the lower surface of the main body support (2), opposite sides of the two slide rail positioners (1) are respectively accommodated in the sliding chutes on the upper surface and the lower surface of the main body support (2), and pressing plates (3) are fixed on the opening edges of the sliding chutes on the upper surface and the lower surface of the main body support (2) and used for respectively fixing the opposite sides of the two slide rail positioners (1) in the corresponding sliding chutes and sliding in the corresponding sliding chutes; one side of the main body support (2) is connected with the frame (13) through a screw and a cylindrical pin, the other side of the main body support (2) is provided with a connecting seat (4), and the main body support (2) is connected with the connecting seat (4) through the screw and the cylindrical pin;
