一种套圈引导型推力圆柱滚子轴承,其零件包括轴圈、座圈、圆柱滚子、保持架。所述轴圈为圆环形结构,内径与轴配合,轴圈滚道与圆柱滚子滚动面配合;所述座圈为圆环形结构,外径与轴承座配合,座圈滚道与圆柱滚子滚动面配合;所述圆柱滚子为圆柱形状,两侧端面为平面;所述保持架为圆环形结构,采用一体式设计,黄铜材质,圆柱滚子由保持架兜孔开口处装入保持架,保持架兜孔分布中心圆与保持架内径的直径差值等于保持架兜孔分布中心圆与保持架外径的直径差值,保持架兜孔直径圆心距离保持架上平面、保持架下平面的距离相等,保持架兜孔设置有兜孔自锁处、兜孔开口处等特征,保持架相邻兜孔正反交替设置,当兜孔数量为单数时,允许有两个同方向的相邻兜孔设置,保持架下凸台与座圈滚道间隙配合,保持架上凸台与轴圈滚道间隙配合。应用本发明设计方案的套圈引导型推力圆柱滚子轴承具有易安装、耐磨损、高刚性、高承载、长寿命和高可靠性的显著优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及轴承技术领域,主要涉及一种套圈引导型推力圆柱滚子轴承。
背景技术
推力圆柱滚子轴承具有高刚性和较高的轴向承载能力,应用较广泛。在标准设计的推力圆柱滚子轴承中,零件包括轴圈、座圈、圆柱滚子、保持架,轴圈和座圈均为圆环形状,保持架有尼龙和黄铜两种材质,受材料和结构设计限制,尼龙保持架工作温度不能超过120℃,黄铜材质保持架分体式设计由于采用螺钉固定,在装配螺钉时易出现定位不准难以安装问题,轴承使用时易出现螺钉脱落或折断现象,综上所述,现有设计的分体式黄铜保持架的推力圆柱滚子轴承存在难安装、刚性差、易失效的缺点,承载能力仍然有进一步提升空间,且应用该设计的保持架为滚子引导方式,存在着保持架易磨损的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种套圈引导型推力圆柱滚子轴承,保持架取消了传统的分体式设计,改为实体式设计,相应地取消了易产生轴承提前失效的螺钉零件;保持架由滚子引导方式改为套圈引导方式,克服了原设计保持架易磨损的缺点;通过滚子数据优化,进一步提高了轴承的承载能力,在相同使用工况时,轴承的使用寿命进一步得到了有效提升,其具有易安装、耐磨损、高刚性、高承载、长寿命和高可靠性的显著优点。
本发明的目的可采用如下技术方案来实现:本发明的套圈引导型推力圆柱滚子轴承,包括轴圈、座圈、圆柱滚子、保持架。
所述轴圈为圆环形结构,内径与轴配合,轴圈滚道与圆柱滚子滚动面配合;所述座圈为圆环形结构,外径与轴承座配合,座圈滚道与圆柱滚子滚动面配合;所述圆柱滚子为圆柱形状,两侧端面为平面;所述保持架为圆环形结构,采用一体式设计,黄铜材质,圆柱滚子由保持架兜孔开口处装入保持架,保持架兜孔分布中心圆与保持架内径的直径差值等于保持架兜孔分布中心圆与保持架外径的直径差值,保持架兜孔直径圆心距离保持架上平面、保持架下平面的距离相等,保持架兜孔设置有兜孔自锁处、兜孔开口处等特征,保持架相邻兜孔正反交替设置,当兜孔数量为单数时,允许有两个同方向的相邻兜孔设置,保持架下凸台与座圈滚道间隙配合,保持架上凸台与轴圈滚道间隙配合。
所述保持架外径比座圈外径小2~4mm,保持架内径比轴圈内径大2~4mm。
所述保持架厚度与圆柱滚子直径的比值为0.63~0.65。
所述保持架兜孔宽度比圆柱滚子长度大0.2~0.5mm。
所述保持架兜孔直径比圆柱滚子直径大0.2~0.4mm。
所述保持架兜孔自锁处宽度比圆柱滚子直径小0.15~0.35mm。
所述保持架兜孔自锁处接触面高度为1.5~3.5mm。
所述保持架兜孔开口处宽度比圆柱滚子直径大0.2~2mm。
所述保持架下凸台内径与圆柱滚子端面间距2~5mm,保持架上凸台外径与圆柱滚子端面间距2~4mm。

所述轴圈1为圆环形结构,轴圈内径1.2与轴配合,轴圈滚道1.1与圆柱滚子滚动面3.1配合;所述座圈2为圆环形结构,座圈外径2.2与轴承座配合,座圈滚道2.1与圆柱滚子滚动面3.1配合;所述圆柱滚子3为圆柱形状,两侧端面为平面;所述保持架4为圆环形结构,采用一体式设计,黄铜材质,圆柱滚子3由保持架兜孔开口处4.4.4装入保持架4,保持架兜孔分布中心圆4.2与保持架内径4.3的直径差值等于保持架兜孔分布中心圆4.2与保持架外径4.1的直径差值,保持架兜孔直径4.4.2圆心距离保持架上平面4.4.5、保持架下平面4.4.6的距离相等,保持架兜孔4.4设置有兜孔自锁处4.4.3、兜孔开口处4.4.4等特征,保持架4相邻兜孔4.4正反交替设置,当兜孔数量为单数时,允许有两个同方向的相邻兜孔设置,保持架下凸台4.5与座圈滚道2.1间隙配合,保持架上凸台4.6与轴圈滚道1.1间隙配合。
所述保持架外径4.1比座圈外径2.2小2~4mm,保持架内径4.3比轴圈内径1.2大2~4mm。
所述保持架4厚度与圆柱滚子3直径的比值为0.63~0.65。
所述保持架兜孔宽度4.4.1比圆柱滚子3长度大0.2~0.5mm。
所述保持架兜孔直径4.4.2比圆柱滚子3直径大0.2~0.4mm。
所述保持架兜孔自锁处4.4.3宽度比圆柱滚子3直径小0.15~0.35mm。
所述保持架兜孔自锁处4.4.3接触面高度为1.5~3.5mm。

本发明的有益效果是:
保持架4取消了传统的分体式设计,采用一体式黄铜设计,配合保持架内径4.3的减小、保持架外径4.1和保持架4厚度的增加,极大提高了保持架的刚性,此时,在保证保持架4刚性前提下,可在原设计方案基础上增加一或两粒圆柱滚子3、圆柱滚子3长度可以允许增加2~4mm,进而极大提高了轴承的承载能力,在相同使用工况时,轴承的使用寿命进一步得到了有效提升;保持架兜孔直径4.4.2、保持架兜孔自锁处4.4.3、保持架兜孔开口处4.4.4尺寸的合理设计,可使圆柱滚子3相对轻松地装入保持架兜孔4.4内部,具备了易安装特性;通过保持架下凸台4.5和保持架上凸台4.6的设置,配合合理的下凸台4.5内径和上凸台4.6外径尺寸,使保持架由滚子引导方式改为套圈引导方式,克服了原设计保持架易磨损的缺点;相邻保持架兜孔4.4的正反向设置,使其克服了因保持架兜孔开口处4.4.4的设置产生的保持架轴向位移量增加的潜在缺点。综上所述,其具有易安装、耐磨损、高刚性、高承载、长寿命和高可靠性的显著优点。

1.一种套圈引导型推力圆柱滚子轴承,包括轴圈、座圈、圆柱滚子、保持架,其特征在于:
所述轴圈为圆环形结构,内径与轴配合,轴圈滚道与圆柱滚子滚动面配合;所述座圈为圆环形结构,外径与轴承座配合,座圈滚道与圆柱滚子滚动面配合;所述圆柱滚子为圆柱形状,两侧端面为平面;所述保持架为圆环形结构,采用一体式设计,黄铜材质,圆柱滚子由保持架兜孔开口处装入保持架,保持架兜孔分布中心圆与保持架内径的直径差值等于保持架兜孔分布中心圆与保持架外径的直径差值,保持架兜孔直径圆心距离保持架上平面、保持架下平面的距离相等,保持架兜孔设置有兜孔自锁处、兜孔开口处等特征,保持架相邻兜孔正反交替设置,当兜孔数量为单数时,允许有两个同方向的相邻兜孔设置,保持架下凸台与座圈滚道间隙配合,保持架上凸台与轴圈滚道间隙配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的套圈引导型推力圆柱滚子轴承保持架外径比座圈外径小2~4mm,保持架内径比轴圈内径大2~4mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的套圈引导型推力圆柱滚子轴承保持架厚度与圆柱滚子直径的比值为0.63~0.65。
4.根据权利要求1所述的套圈引导型推力圆柱滚子轴承保持架兜孔宽度比圆柱滚子长度大0.2~0.5mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的套圈引导型推力圆柱滚子轴承保持架兜孔直径比圆柱滚子直径大0.2~0.4mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的套圈引导型推力圆柱滚子轴承保持架兜孔自锁处宽度比圆柱滚子直径小0.15~0.35mm。
7.据权利要求1所述的套圈引导型推力圆柱滚子轴承保持架兜孔自锁处接触面高度为1.5~3.5mm。
8.据权利要求1所述的套圈引导型推力圆柱滚子轴承保持架兜孔开口处宽度比圆柱滚子直径大0.2~2mm。
9.据权利要求1所述的套圈引导型推力圆柱滚子轴承保持架下凸台内径与圆柱滚子端面间距2~5mm,保持架上凸台外径与圆柱滚子端面间距2~4mm。
