Abstract
本发明公开了一种洁身器防虹吸装置,其包括安装本体以及安装于安装本体上的防虹吸组件,安装本体的安装腔设有用于连通洁身器管路的穿孔。本发明通过防虹吸组件能有效防止洁身器出现水流倒流的问题。本发明还公开了一种具有该洁身器防虹吸装置的洁身器。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及洁身器领域,特别是指一种洁身器防虹吸装置及洁身器。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,越来越多的人开始使用洁身器。洁身器是具有冲洗人体下身排便部位的功能并且与马桶配套使用的装置。现有的洁身器存在着一些问题,在马桶出现堵塞而造成马桶中污水没过洁身器喷嘴的情况下,若是供水管路出现负压状况,而洁身器中的水阀没有关闭,则会出现虹吸现象,使得马桶中的污水会倒流至供水水源中而污染供水水源;另外现有的洁身器在清洗结束后,喷嘴中仍会流出一些残存的水,该残存的余水如果不及时排空,一段时间后该余水会发生变质,这样在供水管路发生负压状况且洁身器中的水阀没有关闭时会出现虹吸现象,使得喷嘴中的余水会倒流至供水水源中而污染供水水源。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种洁身器防虹吸装置,其能有效防止洁身器出现水流倒流的问题;本发明还提供了一种具有该洁身器防虹吸装置的洁身器。
为了达成上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:
一种洁身器防虹吸装置,其包括安装本体以及防虹吸组件;所述安装本体中形成一安装腔,安装腔底部设有用于连通洁身器管路的穿孔;所述防虹吸组件包括壳体、封堵件以及弹性件;所述壳体安装于安装腔内,壳体内腔底部设有与穿孔相通的通水孔,壳体内腔顶部设有与外界大气相通的通气孔;所述封堵件可上下移动的配合在壳体内腔中并控制通气孔和通水孔连通与否;所述弹性件配合于壳体内腔中且弹性件用于驱使封堵件下移而使得通气孔与通水孔相通。
所述壳体内腔设有一孔径自下而上渐缩的锥孔,锥孔位于通气孔和通水孔上下之间;所述封堵件包括驱动轴和配合于驱动轴上的密封圈,所述驱动轴可上下移动的穿置于壳体内腔中,密封圈活动抵触锥孔内壁。
所述驱动轴设有一向外突起的环沿,环沿的周壁设有一环槽,所述密封圈套置于环槽中。
所述通气孔内设有一隔片,隔片的外缘与通气孔内缘相连,隔片上设有多个气孔;所述弹性件为一弹簧,该弹簧的上下两端抵靠隔片和环沿。
所述隔片中心设有一中心孔,隔片各气孔环绕中心孔设置;所述驱动轴的上端穿出中心孔,驱动轴上配合有一用于卡住隔板上端面的限位件。
所述驱动轴的底部设有一开口朝向的凹槽,该凹槽正对安装腔穿孔。
所述安装腔顶部设有一安装孔,所述安装孔配合有压住壳体顶部的压盖。
一种洁身器,其包括洁身器本体,所述洁身器本体上设有分水阀和喷嘴组件;所述分水阀固定在洁身器本体中,分水阀包括分水阀体和分水阀芯,分水阀体具有一进水端和至少两个出水端,分水阀芯配合在分水阀体上并控制分水阀体的进水端与各出水端连通与否;所述喷嘴组件包括与分水阀各出水端分别连通的多个喷嘴,各喷嘴配合于洁身器本体上;所述分水阀的各出水端上均配合有一上述的洁身器防虹吸装置,各所述的洁身器防虹吸装置的穿孔与分水阀的各出水端分别连通。
各所述的洁身器防虹吸装置的安装本体与分水阀的分水阀体一体成型。
所述洁身器本体上还设有混水阀,混水阀的混合出水端与分水阀的进水端连通。
采用上述方案后,本发明的洁身器防虹吸装置在正常使用的时候,若洁身器管路通水,则封堵件在洁身器管路的水压作用下上移而使得封堵件切断通水孔和通气孔之间的连通,避免漏水;而当洁身器没有进水时,封堵件不再受到洁身器管路的水压作用,则弹性件驱使封堵件下移而使得通气孔与通水孔相通,外界空气从通气孔中进入到洁身器管路中,进入的空气大于虹吸所需要的量,从而起到防止洁身器管路产生虹吸的作用,避免出现水流倒流的问题。

具体实施方式
为了进一步解释本发明的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来对本发明进行详细阐述。
如图4至图7所示,本发明揭示了一种洁身器防虹吸装置,其包括安装本体1以及安装于安装本体1中的防虹吸组件2;其中所述安装本体1中形成一安装腔11,该安装腔11底部设有用于连通洁身器管路的穿孔111;所述防虹吸组件2包括壳体21、封堵件22以及弹性件23,所述壳体21安装于安装腔11内,壳体21内腔底部设有与穿孔111相通的通水孔211,壳体21内腔顶部设有与外界大气相通的通气孔212,所述封堵件22可上下移动的配合在壳体21内腔中并控制通气孔212和通水孔211连通与否,所述弹性件23配合于壳体1内腔中且弹性件23用于驱使封堵件22下移而使得通气孔212与通水孔211相通。
配合图6和图7所示,所述壳体21内腔可设有一孔径自下而上渐缩的锥孔213,锥孔213位于通气孔212和通水孔211上下之间而与通气孔212和通水孔211连通;所述封堵件22包括驱动轴221和配合于驱动轴221上的密封圈222,所述驱动轴221可上下移动的穿置于壳体21内腔中,密封圈222则活动抵触锥孔213内壁而启闭锥孔213,进而控制通气孔212和通水孔211连通与否。配合图4至图7所示,其中所述驱动轴221设有一向外突起的环沿2211,环沿2211的周壁设有一环槽2212以供密封圈222套置嵌合,密封圈222套置于环槽2212中。
配合图4至图7所示,所述壳体21通气孔212内可设有一隔片214,隔片的外缘与通气孔212内缘相连,隔片214上设有多个气孔2141以使得通气孔212与外界大气相通;而所述弹性件23为一弹簧231,该弹簧231的上下两端抵靠隔片214和驱动轴221环沿2211,从而使得弹簧231能驱使驱动轴221带动密封圈222下移,进而打开锥孔213而使得通气孔212和通水孔211连通。配合图4至图7所示,所述隔片214中心可设有一中心孔2142,各气孔2141环绕中心孔2142设置,所述驱动轴221的上端穿出中心孔2142,驱动轴221上配合有一用于卡住隔板214上端面的限位件223,这样通过限位件223可以防止驱动轴221下移脱落;配合图5至图7所示,所述限位件223可以为卡置于驱动轴221上的C形卡环。
配合图3和4所示,所述安装腔11顶部可设有一安装孔112以供防虹吸组件2穿置;所述安装孔112上配合有压住壳体21顶部的压盖12防止防虹吸组件2受到水压作用而脱出安装腔11;所述壳体21与安装腔11内壁之间设有壳体密封圈24以防止壳体21和安装腔11内壁之间漏水,该壳体密封圈24可以套置于壳体21外壁的环形嵌槽215中。
本发明的洁身器防虹吸装置的工作原理为:本发明的洁身器防虹吸装置的安装本体1穿孔111与洁身器管路相通,这样在正常使用的时候,若洁身器管路通水,洁身器管路中的水流会通过穿孔11流入壳体21中而对封堵件22施加向上的作用力,使得封堵件22会在洁身器管路的水压作用下上移,进而使得封堵件22切断通水孔211和通气孔212之间的连通,避免水流从通气孔212漏出;而当洁身器没有进水时,则封堵件22不再受到洁身器管路的水压作用,则弹性件23驱使封堵件22下移而使得通气孔212与通水孔211相通,外界空气遍从通气孔211中进入到洁身器管路中,进入的空气大于虹吸所需要的量,从而起到防止洁身器管路产生虹吸的作用,避免出现水流倒流的问题。配合图4、图6和图7所示,所述驱动轴221的底部设有一开口朝向的凹槽2213,该凹槽2213正对安装腔11穿孔111,这样当洁身器管路中的水流会通过穿孔111流入壳体21中时,由于凹槽2213正对安装腔11穿孔111,进入到壳体21会现在凹槽2213中聚集而使得驱动轴221能更快的上移。
配合图1至图7所示,本发明还揭示了一种洁身器,其包括洁身器本体3,所述洁身器本体3上设有分水阀4和喷嘴组件5;所述分水阀4固定在洁身器本体3中,分水阀4包括分水阀体41和分水阀芯42,分水阀体41具有一进水端411和至少两个出水端412,分水阀芯42配合在分水阀体41上并控制分水阀体41的进水端411与各出水端412连通与否;而所述喷嘴组件5包括与分水阀4各出水端412分别连通的多个喷嘴,各喷嘴配合于洁身器本体1上,这样通过分水阀4可以控制喷嘴组件5的各个喷嘴出水与否。其中所述洁身器本体3可由上盖31和下盖32上下拼接而成,所述分水阀4可通过螺钉锁固在洁身器本体3上,各喷嘴可分别通过软管与分水阀的各出水端相连。
配合图2和图3所示,所述喷嘴组件5的喷嘴可以三个,三个喷嘴分别为第一清洗喷嘴51、第二清洗喷嘴52和自洁喷嘴53,第一清洗喷嘴51和第二清洗喷嘴52并排设置,而自洁喷嘴53则设置于第一清洗喷嘴51和第二清洗喷嘴52上方,第一清洗喷嘴51和第二清洗喷嘴52用于对使用者进行清洗,自洁喷嘴53则用于对第一清洗喷嘴51和第二清洗喷嘴52进行清洗;而分水阀4则为一进三出分水阀,分水阀体41具有三个出水端412,分水阀体41的三个出水端412分别与第一清洗喷嘴51、第二清洗喷嘴52和自洁喷嘴53连通。配合图3所示,另外所述洁身器本体3上还设有混水阀6,混水阀6的混合出水端与分水阀4的进水端411连通,通过混水阀6可以控制喷嘴的出水温度。
配合图3和图4所示,所述洁身器的分水阀4各出水端412上均配合有一如权利要求1至7任意一项所述的洁身器防虹吸装置,各所述的洁身器防虹吸装置的穿孔111与分水阀4的各出水端412分别连通,从而使得各所述的洁身器防虹吸装置的穿孔111与洁身器的各个出水管路分别连通,这样通过各所述的洁身器防虹吸装置能防止洁身器的各个出水管路出现水流倒流的问题。其中各所述的洁身器防虹吸装置的安装本体1可与分水阀4的分水阀体41一体成型,各所述的洁身器防虹吸装置的压盖12可一体成型,压盖12与安装本体1卡接配合。

Claims (5)
1.一种洁身器防虹吸装置,其特征在于:包括安装本体以及防虹吸组件;所述安装本体中形成一安装腔,安装腔底部设有用于连通洁身器管路的穿孔;
所述防虹吸组件包括壳体、封堵件以及弹性件;所述壳体安装于安装腔内,壳体内腔底部设有与穿孔相通的通水孔,壳体内腔顶部设有与外界大气相通的通气孔;所述封堵件可上下移动的配合在壳体内腔中并控制通气孔和通水孔连通与否;所述弹性件配合于壳体内腔中且弹性件用于驱使封堵件下移而使得通气孔与通水孔相通;
所述壳体内腔设有一孔径自下而上渐缩的锥孔,锥孔位于通气孔和通水孔上下之间;所述封堵件包括驱动轴和配合于驱动轴上的密封圈,所述驱动轴可上下移动的穿置于壳体内腔中,密封圈活动抵触锥孔内壁;
所述驱动轴设有一向外突起的环沿,环沿的周壁设有一环槽,所述密封圈套置于环槽中;
所述通气孔内设有一隔片,隔片的外缘与通气孔内缘相连,隔片上设有多个气孔;所述弹性件为一弹簧,该弹簧的上下两端抵靠隔片和环沿;
所述驱动轴的底部设有一开口朝下的凹槽,该凹槽正对安装腔穿孔;

2.如权利要求1所述的洁身器防虹吸装置,其特征在于:所述隔片中心设有一中心孔,隔片各气孔环绕中心孔设置;所述驱动轴的上端穿出中心孔,驱动轴上配合有一用于卡住隔板上端面的限位件。
3.一种洁身器,其包括洁身器本体,所述洁身器本体上设有分水阀和喷嘴组件;所述分水阀固定在洁身器本体中,分水阀包括分水阀体和分水阀芯,分水阀体具有一进水端和至少两个出水端,分水阀芯配合在分水阀体上并控制分水阀体的进水端与各出水端连通与否;所述喷嘴组件包括与分水阀各出水端分别连通的多个喷嘴,各喷嘴配合于洁身器本体上;其特征在于:所述分水阀的各出水端上均配合有一如权利要求1至2任意一项所述的洁身器防虹吸装置,各所述的洁身器防虹吸装置的穿孔与分水阀的各出水端分别连通。
4.如权利要求3所述的洁身器,其特征在于:各所述的洁身器防虹吸装置的安装本体与分水阀的分水阀体一体成型。
5.如权利要求3所述的洁身器,其特征在于:所述洁身器本体上还设有混水阀,混水阀的混合出水端与分水阀的进水端连通。
