Abstract
本发明公开了透明木浆包书纸及其制备方法,包括如下质量份数的组分:木浆40‑65份,亚克力胶20‑40份,丁苯胶10‑20份,湿强剂3‑10份,抗水剂2‑5份,本发明用于代替塑料包书皮进行包书,具有透明、自粘防水、防污的特点,且具有可降解的特性,是一种环保无污染的产品。

技术领域
本发明涉及造纸的技术领域,具体设涉及透明木浆包书纸及其制备方法。
背景技术
日常生活中,我们经常采用包书皮对书本进行包装,从而对书本进行保护,使其防水防污,常用的包书皮为塑料材料制成,我们都知道,塑料是一种难以降解的污染物,在使用之后随处乱扔对环境造成污染。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了透明木浆包书纸,解决了塑料包书皮污染环境的问题。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:透明木浆包书纸,包括如下质量份数的组分:木浆40-65份,亚克力胶20-40份,丁苯胶10-20份,湿强剂3-10份,抗水剂2-5份。
作为优选,所述木浆为50-55份,亚克力胶为25-35份,丁苯胶为13-17份,湿强剂为5-8份,抗水剂为3-4份。
作为优选,所述木浆为52.5份,亚克力胶为30份,丁苯胶为15份,湿强剂为6.5份,抗水剂为3.5份。
作为优选,所述木浆为针叶木浆。
基于上述一种透明木浆包书纸,本发明还提供了透明木浆包书纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、备料:按各组分质量份数配比备料;
(2)、碎浆:将针叶木浆放入水力碎浆机充分碎浆;
(3)、打浆:将步骤2所得的浆液投入打浆机打浆,使打浆度达到15-20度;
(4)、匀浆:在步骤3所得的浆液中加入湿强剂,并采用匀浆设备充分匀浆;
(5)、抄纸:将匀浆后的浆液经斜网造纸机抄纸;
(6)、浸渍:将纸张经过丁笨胶浸渍后采用烘缸烘干;
(7)、涂布:在纸张正面涂上离型剂,背面涂上亚克力胶;
(8)、制成包书纸:将纸张再次烘干后,卷取,分切,获得用于制作包书皮的包书纸。
作为优选,所述步骤3中的打浆度为17-18度。
作为优选,所述步骤6中的烘干温度为100-110度。
作为优选,所述步骤8中的烘干温度为100-110度。
本发明所述的透明木浆包书纸,具备以下有益效果:包书纸为透明,不遮挡书本封面,具有自粘防水、防污的优点,包装方便,同时由于主要材料为木浆,具有无毒、可降解的特性,是一种环保无污染的产品。
具体实施方式
下面将结合具体实施例,对本发明的组分配方及具体制备方法作具体说明。
实施例1
透明木浆包书纸,包括如下质量份数的组分:木浆40份,亚克力胶20份,丁苯胶10份,湿强剂3份,抗水剂2份。
具体的,所述木浆为针叶木浆。
上述透明木浆包书纸的制备方法,其具体步骤为:
(1)、备料:按各组分质量份数配比备料;
(2)、碎浆:将针叶木浆放入水力碎浆机充分碎浆;
(3)、打浆:将步骤2所得的浆液投入打浆机打浆,使打浆度达到15度;
(4)、匀浆:在步骤3所得的浆液中加入湿强剂,并采用匀浆设备充分匀浆;
(5)、抄纸:将匀浆后的浆液经斜网造纸机抄纸;
(6)、浸渍:将纸张经过丁笨胶浸渍后采用烘缸烘干,烘干温度为100度;
(7)、涂布:在纸张正面涂上离型剂,背面涂上亚克力胶;
(8)、制成包书纸:将纸张再次烘干后,卷取,分切,获得用于制作包书皮的包书纸,烘干温度为100度。
实施例2
透明木浆包书纸,包括如下质量份数的组分:木浆65份,亚克力胶40份,丁苯胶20份,湿强剂10份,抗水剂5份。
具体的,所述木浆为针叶木浆。
上述透明木浆包书纸的制备方法,其具体步骤为:
(1)、备料:按各组分质量份数配比备料;
(2)、碎浆:将针叶木浆放入水力碎浆机充分碎浆;
(3)、打浆:将步骤2所得的浆液投入打浆机打浆,使打浆度达到20度;
(4)、匀浆:在步骤3所得的浆液中加入湿强剂,并采用匀浆设备充分匀浆;
(5)、抄纸:将匀浆后的浆液经斜网造纸机抄纸;
(6)、浸渍:将纸张经过丁笨胶浸渍后采用烘缸烘干,烘干温度为110度;
(7)、涂布:在纸张正面涂上离型剂,背面涂上亚克力胶;
(8)、制成包书纸:将纸张再次烘干后,卷取,分切,获得用于制作包书皮的包书纸,烘干温度为110度。
实施例3
木浆52.5份,亚克力胶30份,丁苯胶15份,湿强剂6.5份,抗水剂3.5份。
具体的,所述木浆为针叶木浆。
上述透明木浆包书纸的制备方法,其具体步骤为:
(1)、备料:按各组分质量份数配比备料;
(2)、碎浆:将针叶木浆放入水力碎浆机充分碎浆;
(3)、打浆:将步骤2所得的浆液投入打浆机打浆,使打浆度达到17度;
(4)、匀浆:在步骤3所得的浆液中加入湿强剂,并采用匀浆设备充分匀浆;
(5)、抄纸:将匀浆后的浆液经斜网造纸机抄纸;
(6)、浸渍:将纸张经过丁笨胶浸渍后采用烘缸烘干,烘干温度为105度;
(7)、涂布:在纸张正面涂上离型剂,背面涂上亚克力胶;
(8)、制成包书纸:将纸张再次烘干后,卷取,分切,获得用于制作包书皮的包书纸,烘干温度为105度。

Claims (8)
1.透明木浆包书纸,其特征在于:包括如下质量份数的组分:木浆40-65份,亚克力胶20-40份,丁苯胶10-20份,湿强剂3-10份,抗水剂2-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的透明木浆包书纸,其特征在于,所述木浆为50-55份,亚克力胶为25-35份,丁苯胶为13-17份,湿强剂为5-8份,抗水剂为3-4份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的透明木浆包书纸,其特征在于,所述木浆为52.5份,亚克力胶为30份,丁苯胶为15份,湿强剂为6.5份,抗水剂为3.5份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的透明木浆包书纸,其特征在于,所述木浆为针叶木浆。
5.权利要求1-4任一项所述的透明木浆包书纸的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)、备料:按各组分质量份数配比备料;
(2)、碎浆:将针叶木浆放入水力碎浆机充分碎浆;
(3)、打浆:将步骤2所得的浆液投入打浆机打浆,使打浆度达到15-20度;
(4)、匀浆:在步骤3所得的浆液中加入湿强剂,并采用匀浆设备充分匀浆;
(5)、抄纸:将匀浆后的浆液经斜网造纸机抄纸;
(6)、浸渍:将纸张经过丁笨胶浸渍后采用烘缸烘干;
(7)、涂布:在纸张正面涂上离型剂,背面涂上亚克力胶;
(8)、制成包书纸:将纸张再次烘干后,卷取,分切,获得用于制作包书皮的包书纸。
6.根据权利要求5所述的透明木浆包书纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤3中的打浆度为17-18度。
7.根据权利要求5所述的透明木浆包书纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤6中的烘干温度为100-110度。
8.根据权利要求5所述的透明木浆包书纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤8中的烘干温度为100-110度。
