Abstract
本发明涉及工业设备化学清洗技术领域,具体涉及一种运行清洗多功能复合清洗液。所述复合清洗液由以下组分组成:盐酸,有机酸,全氟丁基磺酰胺,渗透剂A,渗透剂B,抑制剂,有机硅,酶,pH调节剂,明胶,水余量。本发明具有高效去除水垢,同时处理周期时间短,腐蚀性低,可以长期或大量使用的优点。

本发明涉及工业设备化学清洗技术领域,具体涉及一种运行清洗多功能复合清洗液。
背景技术
水垢的主要成分有碳酸钙、碳酸镁、硫酸钙、磷酸钙、硅酸钙、油脂类及蛋白质等有机组分。水垢导热性很差,会降低传热效率,从而浪费燃料或电力,并且,水垢如果附着在热力设备受热面上时都将危及热力设备的安全、经济运行。
发明专利申请CN 102251247A涉及一种化学清洗剂,具体涉及一种复合型水垢锈垢清洗剂,包括缓蚀剂、水基表面活性剂和水,按照质量百分数计,由以下原料配制而成:缓蚀剂0.3%-1%、水基表面活性剂0.05-0.1%、水80-94%、无机酸5%-15%和羟基乙酸1%-5%。本发明采用无机酸和羟基乙酸按一定比例组合,可有效地综合各种酸洗清洗剂的优点,保证除垢效率的同时又可防止对管道和设备的腐蚀。使用此发明所述清洗剂能将水垢、锈垢等多种复杂垢从设备中彻底地清除下来而不腐蚀设备,提高设备的换热效率,同时具有应用范围广、无污染、腐蚀率低、配制工艺简单、使用方便安全等特点,宜于广泛采用。但是其腐蚀率较大,且无法处理水垢样品中的蛋白质和油脂类杂质,所以在使用过程中存在一定的局限性。
发明专利申请CN1026187A涉及一种原油集输系统(输油管道、加热炉、压力容器等)高效油水垢清洗剂。此种清洗剂采用盐酸、由选自水基表面活性剂中的有机胺盐、聚氧化乙烯烷基酸、十二烷基磺酸钠的任一种或二种以上的混合物、缓蚀剂丁炔二醇和碘化钠混合物以及水组成。利用此种清洗剂可以高效地清除结垢,达到疏管畅流、提高热效率、降低输油压力的目的,还可用于油井解堵增产。此种清洗剂具有应用范围广、腐蚀性低、配制工艺简单、使用方便安全等特点,宜于广泛采用。但是其组分挥发性强,这不仅会降低化学清洗液中除垢组分的有效浓度,而且由于酸雾的形成会对设备空腔以及整个管路产生严重的气相腐蚀。不适长期使用。
发明专利申请CN1074953A涉及一种发动机水垢清洗剂,采用重量百分比37.1-65.2%的草酸,34.2-62.5%的含氯离子金属盐和0.25-1.37%的乌洛托品混合配制而成。使用该专利申请的清洗剂除垢效果好,清洗过程简便,并且能在发动机照常运行中完成清洗工作,能够大大提高汽车的使用效率。此发明具有以下优点:1.高效,以本品的水溶液加入发动机水冷却系统,静置或者运行5-8小时,然后放出水洗,除垢效果高达95%以上;安全,因本品配方经过反复筛选,实验证明本配方对各类金属有良好的保护和防蚀作用,经上百次实验(包括钢铁、铸件及有色金属类浸片实验),对金属类是安全的;方便储运使用,因本品采用固体配方,原料无毒,无腐蚀,不易燃,所以在储存、运输,使用当中十分安全,使用简便,只按比例溶水,即可使用,利于推广使用;成本低廉;基本上对环境无污染,因本配方无毒配制,使用后的废水基本无毒,符合国家标准。但是清洗周期长,草酸与水垢反应较慢,另外,腐蚀性较高,对于金属制管路有损伤作用,不利于大量使用,也不利于长期使用。
现在,还没有一种运行清洗多功能复合清洗液,可以高效去除水垢,同时处理周期时间短,腐蚀性低,可以长期或大量使用。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术没有一种运行清洗多功能复合清洗液,可以高效去除水垢,同时处理周期时间短,腐蚀性低,可以长期或大量使用的问题,本发明提供一种运行清洗多功能复合清洗液。
一种运行清洗多功能复合清洗液,由以下组分组成:盐酸,有机酸,全氟丁基磺酰胺,渗透剂A,渗透剂B,抑制剂,有机硅,酶,pH调节剂,明胶,水余量。
进一步地,由以下质量百分比组分组成:盐酸1-2%,有机酸20-25%,全氟丁基磺酰胺0.3-0.5%,渗透剂A1-2%,渗透剂B 2-4%,抑制剂0.8-1%,有机硅0.3-0.5%,酶0.1-0.5%,pH调节剂5-10%,明胶5-10%,水余量。
进一步地,由以下质量百分比组分组成:盐酸1-1.5%,有机酸20-22%,全氟丁基磺酰胺0.3-0.4%,渗透剂A1-1.5%,渗透剂B 2-3%,抑制剂0.8-1%,有机硅0.3-0.4%,酶0.1-0.3%,pH调节剂5-8%,明胶8-10%,水余量。
进一步地,由以下质量百分比组分组成:盐酸1.5%,有机酸22%,全氟丁基磺酰胺0.4%,渗透剂A1.5%,渗透剂B 3%,抑制剂0.8%,有机硅0.4%,酶0.3%,pH调节剂8%,明胶8%,水余量。
进一步地,按重量份计,渗透剂A:渗透剂B=1:1-2。

本发明所述的一种运行清洗多功能复合清洗液的制备方法为将所有组分进行混合即得。
水垢的主要成分有碳酸钙、碳酸镁、硫酸钙、磷酸钙、硅酸钙等,同时还有少量蛋白质和油脂类物质附着在管壁。本发明为了得到一种去垢速度快,效率高,去垢完全,腐蚀性低的清洗液,付出了创造性劳动,得到了较好的技术效果。
本发明采用无机酸和有机酸进行复配,并优化了有机酸的种类,有利于进一步提高除垢效率,同时降低对管道和设备的腐蚀。
本发明采用两种渗透剂复配使用的方式。由于水垢固定于管壁十分牢固,需要渗透剂使其松动。本发明采用渗透剂A和渗透剂B进行复配,对于松动水垢有非常明显的效果。如果仅采用一种渗透剂,效果较差。另外,如果选用其他类型渗透剂进行复配,例如非离子表面活性剂等,与本发明的渗透剂相比,对水垢的松动效果较差。
另外,本发明还优化了渗透剂A与渗透剂B的质量配比,在合适的质量配比下,二者复配使用具有更好的水垢清理效果。
本发明还使用了pH调节剂,优选为醋酸钠或乳酸钠和柠檬酸钠的组合物。pH调节剂采用弱酸进行调节有助于清洗液中的离子缓慢释放,达到不腐蚀管道的目的。
本发明还创造性地添加了酶,可以更好地促进分解水垢中残留的蛋白质、油脂等杂质,同时,也有利于减小管道与水垢之间的附着力,使得水垢可以更容易松动和脱落,缩短了水垢去除时间。
本发明的复合清洗液在去垢的同时,还具有一定的阻垢效果,尤其是本发明的复配渗透剂、明胶与其它组分共同作用,避免了设备后续运行过程中设备和管道内部结垢。
与现有技术对比,本发明的有益效果是:
1.大大缩短了水垢去除时间;
2.高温清洗时,无机强酸盐酸的挥发性显著降低,化学清洗液中除垢组分的有效浓度相对较大;
3.高温运行清洗时酸雾产生量小,很大程度上避免了设备空腔以及整个管路的气相腐蚀;
4.清洗工序简单,节水,节能;
5.排出污水pH呈中性,无需酸碱中和,易于处理达标,且不会排放到周围环境中造成污染;
6.避免设备后续运行过程中设备和管道内部结垢。

实施例1
一种运行清洗多功能复合清洗液,由以下质量百分比组分组成:盐酸1%,羟基亚乙基二膦酸10%,苹果酸10%,全氟丁基磺酰胺0.3%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠2%,十二烷基氨基丙酸2%,氯化亚锡0.8%,聚二甲基硅氧烷0.3%,酶0.1%,醋酸钠5%,明胶5%,水余量。
酶为蛋白酶、脂肪酶和乳酸脱氢酶的混合物,按重量份数计,为蛋白酶:脂肪酶:乳酸脱氢酶=4:2:1;
将上述组分混合均匀即得运行清洗多功能复合清洗液。
实施例2
一种运行清洗多功能复合清洗液,由以下质量百分比组分组成:盐酸2%,苹果酸8%,抗坏血酸8%,油酸9%,全氟丁基磺酰胺0.5%,月桂酸钠2%,烷基二甲基甜菜碱4%,氢氧化铝1%,氟硅氧烷0.5%,酶0.5%,醋酸钾10%,明胶10%,水余量。
酶为蛋白酶、脂肪酶和乳酸脱氢酶的混合物,按重量份数计,为蛋白酶:脂肪酶:乳酸脱氢酶=6:3:1;
将上述组分混合均匀即得运行清洗多功能复合清洗液。
实施例3
一种运行清洗多功能复合清洗液,由以下质量百分比组分组成:盐酸1.5%,氨基三亚甲基膦酸11%,苹果酸11%,全氟丁基磺酰胺0.4%,油酸钠1.5%,烷基二甲基甜菜碱3%,氢氧化铜0.8%,乙二醇硅氧烷0.4%,酶0.3%,乳酸钠4%,柠檬酸钠4%,明胶8%,水余量。
酶为蛋白酶、脂肪酶和乳酸脱氢酶的混合物,按重量份数计,为蛋白酶:脂肪酶:乳酸脱氢酶=4:2:1;
将上述组分混合均匀即得运行清洗多功能复合清洗液。
实施例4
一种运行清洗多功能复合清洗液,由以下质量百分比组分组成:盐酸1.5%,苹果酸7%,抗坏血酸7%,油酸8%,全氟丁基磺酰胺0.4%,月桂酸钠1.5%,烷基二甲基磺乙基甜菜碱3%,十二水硫酸铝钾0.8%,聚二甲基硅氧烷0.4%,酶0.3%,醋酸钠8%,明胶8%,水余量。
酶为蛋白酶、脂肪酶和乳酸脱氢酶的混合物,按重量份数计,为蛋白酶:脂肪酶:乳酸脱氢酶=4:2:1;
将上述组分混合均匀即得运行清洗多功能复合清洗液。

按照GB/T25146-2010《工业设备化学清洗质量验收规范》,对实施例1-4和对比例4-6的运行清洗多功能复合清洗液进行腐蚀率(碳钢)的测试,结果如表2所示。

测试例3
碳酸钙阻垢率测试
在500mL的容量瓶中依次加入3mL 40mg/L氯化钙溶液、5mL48.8mg/L碳酸氢钠溶液,加入1g实施例1-4和对比例7-9的运行清洗多功能复合清洗液,加入去离子水定容摇匀。将容量瓶放入多孔恒温水浴锅中,设定温度为80℃,加热10h后取出容量瓶,将取出的容量瓶自然冷却后吸取上层澄清液体分析并测定其中的钙离子含量,计算实施例1-4和对比例7-9的阻垢率。结果如表3所示。

Claims (4)
1.一种运行清洗多功能复合清洗液,其特征在于,由以下质量百分比组分组成:盐酸1-2%,有机酸20-25%,全氟丁基磺酰胺0.3-0.5%,渗透剂A 1-2%,渗透剂B 2-4%,抑制剂0.8-1%,有机硅0.3-0.5%,酶0.1-0.5%,pH调节剂5-10%,明胶5-10%,水余量;
所述渗透剂A为十二烷基苯磺酸钠、甘胆酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、油酸盐、月桂酸盐中的一种或多种;所述渗透剂B为十二烷基氨基丙酸、烷基二甲基甜菜碱、烷基二甲基磺乙基甜菜碱或烷基二甲基羟丙基磷酸脂甜菜碱中的一种或多种;按重量份计,渗透剂A:渗透剂B=1:1-2;
所述酶为蛋白酶、脂肪酶和乳酸脱氢酶的混合物;所述酶按重量份数计,为蛋白酶:脂肪酶:乳酸脱氢酶=(4-6):(2-3):1;
所述有机酸为多元膦酸、苹果酸、抗坏血酸、油酸中的两种或三种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合清洗液,其特征在于,所述抑制剂为Fe3+抑制剂、Cu2+抑制剂、Al3+抑制剂中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合清洗液,其特征在于,所述有机硅为聚二甲基硅氧烷、氟硅氧烷或乙二醇硅氧烷中的任一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复合清洗液,其特征在于,所述pH调节剂为醋酸钠、醋酸钾、柠檬酸钠、乳酸钠中的一种或多种。
