Further, the sliding down sloping plate is welded with the leaking material recycling hopper, and the vibrating motor is fixedly connected with the sliding down sloping plate through bolts.

As shown in fig. 1-2, the bulk machine leakage recycling device in the embodiment comprises a bulk machine frame 1 and a leakage recycling hopper 5, wherein a guard plate 4 is arranged around the top of the bulk machine frame 1, a machine position mounting plate 2 is arranged in the middle of the top end of the bulk machine frame 1, a hollowed-out screen plate 3 is arranged around the machine position mounting plate 2, the bottom of the bulk machine frame 1 is provided with the leakage recycling hopper 5, a cleaning window 11 is arranged on one side wall of the leakage recycling hopper 5, a material receiving pipe 6 is arranged at the bottom of the leakage recycling hopper 5, a material receiving box 7 is arranged at one end of the material receiving pipe 6, a negative pressure fan 8 is arranged on the material receiving box 7, a spiral pushing shaft 13 is arranged in the material receiving pipe 6, a sliding inclined plate 9 is arranged at the bottom of the leakage recycling hopper 5, a vibrating motor 10 is arranged at the back of the sliding inclined plate 9, and a driving motor 12 is arranged under the vibrating motor 10.
The guard plate 4 is fixedly connected with the bulk machine frame 1 through bolts, the machine position mounting plate 2 is welded with the bulk machine frame 1, and the guard plate 4 can reduce outward sprinkling of particle raw materials.
The hollowed-out screen plate 3 is fixedly connected with the machine position mounting plate 2 and the bulk machine frame 1 through clamping grooves, the leakage recycling hopper 5 is fixedly connected with the bulk machine frame 1 through bolts, the leakage recycling hopper 5 can be conveniently detached and maintained, and the convenience of device installation is improved.
The cleaning window 11 is connected with the leaking material recycling hopper 5 in a hinge mode, the material collecting pipe 6 is connected with the leaking material recycling hopper 5 in an inserting mode, and the cleaning window 11 is used for cleaning the inner wall of the leaking material recycling hopper 5 conveniently.
The material receiving box 7 is fixedly connected with the material receiving pipe 6 through a valve, the negative pressure fan 8 is fixedly connected with the material receiving box 7 through a bolt, the spiral pushing shaft 13 is in rolling connection with the material leakage recycling hopper 5 through a bearing, and the negative pressure fan 8 is used for receiving negative pressure in the material receiving box 7 and absorbing dust and particle raw materials in the material receiving pipe 6.
The downslide swash plate 9 and the leaking material recycling hopper 5 are welded, the vibrating motor 10 is fixedly connected with the downslide swash plate 9 through bolts, the vibrating motor 10 drives the downslide swash plate 9 to vibrate through the vibrating mechanism, the downslide of raw materials is promoted, and accumulation is avoided.
The driving motor 12 is fixedly connected with the leakage recycling hopper 5 through bolts, the spiral pushing shaft 13 is connected with the kinetic energy output end of the driving motor 12 in a key way, the spiral pushing shaft 13 rotates under the driving of the driving motor 12, and raw materials pushed to the material receiving pipe 6 can be pushed out, so that the material receiving pipe 6 is prevented from being blocked.
The concrete implementation process of the embodiment is that firstly, a bulk machine is fixedly installed on a machine position installing plate 2 and a bulk machine frame 1, then a power supply is connected, a control end of a negative pressure fan 8 is connected to an external control end, so that the bulk machine can be normally used, when the bulk machine is charged, dust and particle raw materials around the equipment fall into a leakage material recycling hopper 5 through a hollowed-out net plate 3, the collected leakage materials are sucked into the collection box 7 from the leakage material recycling hopper 5 through a collection pipe 6 by virtue of the negative pressure fan 8, collection is completed, and meanwhile, a spiral pushing shaft 13 is driven by a driving motor 12 to push the leakage materials in the collection pipe 6 to move, so that the pipeline is prevented from being blocked.
