Summary of the disclosure
In carrying out the present disclosure, the inventors discovered that current approaches for a service to gain business are typically: and sequencing the plurality of service parties according to the service capacity of the service parties, and distributing the opportunity of obtaining business opportunity to the service party sequenced in front for processing when the opportunity of obtaining business opportunity occurs.
As can be seen from multiple statistical analyses of a large amount of business data in a practical application field (e.g., a real estate field), the existing method for enabling a service party to obtain business opportunities usually results in not only a serious madai effect, but also a waste of business opportunities. The following description will be made with reference to fig. 1, 2, and 3.
In fig. 1, the abscissa is the percentage of the service party obtaining the business opportunity to the total number of the service parties, and the ordinate is the percentage of the number of the business opportunities obtained by the service party to the total number of the business opportunities. As can be seen from fig. 1, about 70% of the business opportunities are obtained by about 20% of the service providers, about 30% of the business opportunities are obtained by more than 40% of the service providers, and about 30% of the service providers basically do not obtain business opportunities. I.e. a smaller number of service parties get a larger number of business opportunities and the mary effect is more severe. Therefore, part of the service parties cannot obtain business opportunities because of no opportunity of obtaining business opportunities, and cannot exercise business capacity, so that the service parties are always positioned at the tail of the ordering of the service parties, and a vicious circle is formed.
In fig. 2, the abscissa is the total number of business opportunities obtained by a service party, and the ordinate is the total number of business opportunities successfully converted by the service party (e.g., the number of successful conversions of business opportunities to commissions). The total number of business opportunities that the service has successfully converted may also be referred to as the number of business opportunities that the service has converted. As can be seen from fig. 2, as the total number of business opportunities obtained by a service party increases, the number of business opportunity conversions of the service party is not increased, so that some waste of business opportunities is caused, and the more the total number of business opportunities obtained by a service party is, the more the number of waste business opportunities is, the more the overall business opportunity conversion rate is reduced.
In fig. 3, the abscissa is the total number of business opportunities successfully converted by a service party, and the ordinate is the percentage of the total number of business opportunities successfully converted by the service party (e.g., the number of times that the business opportunities are successfully converted into orders) to the total number of business opportunities obtained by the service party (i.e., the business opportunity conversion rate). 20, 40, 60, 80, 100 on the ordinate in fig. 3 represent 20%, 40%, 60%, 80% and 100%, respectively. As can be seen from fig. 3, as the total number of business opportunities successfully converted by a service party increases, the business opportunity conversion rate of the service party does not increase, so that some waste of the business opportunities is caused, and as the total number of business opportunities obtained by the service party is more, the number of waste business opportunities is often more, thereby reducing the overall business opportunity conversion rate.
If the opportunity of obtaining business opportunities of the service parties with business opportunity waste can be limited to a certain extent, the opportunities of obtaining business opportunities can be obtained by other service parties, and therefore if the opportunities generate business opportunities, the business opportunities can be obtained by other service parties, the phenomenon that some business opportunities are wasted by partial service parties is avoided, the Martian' effect is avoided, other service parties sequenced in the future can possibly obtain business opportunities, and the overall business opportunity conversion rate is improved.
Brief description of the drawings
The computer-implemented technology for obtaining business opportunities provided by the present disclosure is applied to one example of the real estate domain, as shown in fig. 4.
In fig. 4, it is assumed that a user 400 requests access to a website for house rental and sale through a computer 401, and a server 402 of the website pushes a main page of the website to the computer 401. For example, server 402 pushes a page containing house condition options to computer 401.
After the user 400 sets the corresponding house condition options on the currently displayed page of the computer 401 according to the needs of the user, the server 402 performs house source search according to the house condition options set by the user 400, and pushes a web page containing a house source search result to the computer 401. For example, server 402 pushes a page containing pictures and text profiles of multiple sets of house sources to computer 401.
When the user 400 clicks one house source in the page currently displayed by the computer 401, the server 402 selects one house broker from the plurality of house brokers, pushes a page including detailed introduction information of the house source and the selected house broker information to the computer 401, and the computer 401 displays the detailed introduction information of the house source and the house broker information to the user 400 by displaying the page.
After the user 400 clicks the house broker information in the page currently displayed by the computer 401, a business is generated, and the house broker obtains the business, the house broker should make the conversion of the business as much as possible, for example, the house broker should obtain the contact information of the user 400 (for example, the telephone number of the user 400 or the number of the instant messenger, etc.) as much as possible; as another example, the house broker should try to help the user 400 gain ownership or usage rights of the premises in which the user is interested.
Exemplary method
FIG. 5 is a flow diagram of one embodiment of a computer-implemented method for obtaining business opportunities in accordance with the present disclosure. The computer used for implementing the method for obtaining business opportunity in the present disclosure is usually located at a network side (for example, located in the cloud), and the computer may be an intelligent device, such as a desktop or a server, having data processing capability and capable of performing information interaction with multiple clients through a network. As shown in fig. 5, the method of this embodiment includes the steps of: s500, S501, S502, and S503. The following describes each step.
S500, receiving opportunity information which is generated in response to the fact that the target object information in the page displayed by the client is triggered and is used for obtaining the target object business opportunity.
The subject matter in the present disclosure is generally more specific subject matter, for example, the subject matter in the present disclosure may refer to subject matter that requires ownership transfer registration when its usage rights or ownership transfer occurs. Subject matter in the present disclosure includes, but is not limited to: immovable objects, objects with higher value, or objects with larger volumes, etc. For example, the subject matter of the present disclosure may be: houses, vehicles (such as vehicles, aircrafts or ships, and the like), large-scale production line equipment, and the like.
The subject matter information in the page presented by the client in the present disclosure may include: pictures of the subject matter, brief written descriptions of the subject matter, and the like. When a user clicks a picture or brief text description of a target object in a page displayed by a client by using a mouse, a keyboard, a touch mode or the like, target object information in the page is triggered. Of course, when the user uses the mouse or the keyboard to suspend the cursor on the object information in the currently displayed page, it may be considered that the object information in the page is triggered.
The opportunity information to obtain a business opportunity of the subject matter in the present disclosure may refer to information indicating that the subject matter currently has an opportunity to obtain a business opportunity. The opportunity information may include, but is not limited to: identification of subject matter, etc. When the target object information in the page displayed by the client is triggered, the client can generate a request message containing opportunity information for obtaining the target object business opportunity and send the request message to the corresponding server, so that the present disclosure can obtain the opportunity information from the request message received by the corresponding server.
S501, obtaining business opportunities of a plurality of service parties according to the received opportunity information to obtain sequencing information.
The service party in the present disclosure may refer to a party that provides a service in order to assist a user in obtaining rights (such as ownership or usage rights) of a subject matter, for example, the service party may be a house broker or the like. The multiple servers in the present disclosure may be all servers belonging to the same geographic area. For example, all of the service parties belonging to the same city. As another example, all of the servers belonging to the same region of the same city.
The ranking information obtained by the business opportunities of the multiple service parties in the present disclosure may refer to a ranking result performed on the multiple service parties based on the business capabilities of the multiple service parties, and the ranking result may affect whether each service party can obtain the opportunity of generating the business opportunities. The ordering information obtained by the business opportunities of the multiple service parties is usually preset. In addition, the merchant acquisition ordering information of multiple service providers is usually related to the target object, for example, the merchant acquisition ordering information of N service providers corresponding to different target objects may be different for the same N service providers (N is an integer greater than 2).
The method and the device can acquire the ranking information from the business opportunities of a plurality of service parties from the preset information under the condition of receiving the opportunity information.
S502, according to the ranking information obtained by the business opportunities of the multiple service parties and the limitation information obtained by the business opportunities of the multiple service parties, the service party obtaining the opportunity of the object business opportunity is selected from the multiple service parties.
The business acquisition restriction information of the service side in the present disclosure may refer to information indicating whether or not the service side acquisition business is restricted and the degree of restriction. That is, the merchant availability restriction information of some of the plurality of service providers may indicate that the merchant availability is not restricted, and the merchant availability restriction information of another some of the plurality of service providers may indicate that the merchant availability is restricted, the degree of restriction, and the like. In some application environments, the business opportunities for different service parties may not be the same. The method and the device can acquire the limiting information of the business opportunity of each service party from the preset information.
The method further considers the respective business opportunities of the multiple service parties to obtain the limiting information in the process of selecting one service party from the multiple service parties according to the business opportunities of the multiple service parties to obtain the sequencing information. For example, if the respective business opportunities of the multiple service parties are not considered to obtain the restriction information, the present disclosure may directly select the first-ranked one of the multiple service parties according to the ranking information obtained by the business opportunities of the multiple service parties, whereas if the respective business opportunities of the multiple service parties are considered to obtain the restriction information, the present disclosure may select the mth-ranked one of the multiple service parties, where m is an integer greater than 1.
S503, obtaining the selected information of the service party, and pushing the information of the service party to the client.
The information of the service side in the present disclosure may include: name of the service provider, avatar of the service provider, contact details of the service provider, etc. The contact information of the service party can comprise: a phone number of the service party, an IM number, or an online consultation link, etc.
The present disclosure may push a page including the detailed description information of the subject matter and the information of the service provider to the client, so that the client may present the detailed description information of the subject matter and the information of the service provider to the user through a new page. For the real estate domain, detailed description information for the subject matter may include, but is not limited to: the house source comprises a plurality of pictures inside and outside the house source, the name of a district where the house source is located, the geographic position of the district, the floor where the house source is located, the area of the house source, the house type structure, the property year, the orientation of the house source and the like.
The present disclosure may also push only the information of the service party to the client, so that the client may display the information of the service party in a pop-up window or a floating window or the like near the position of the subject matter information in the page displayed in S500. For example, when the user hovers a cursor over subject matter information in a currently presented page using a mouse or a keyboard, the present disclosure may display information of the service party in the form of a floating window in the vicinity of the subject matter information.
When the opportunity of obtaining the target commodity business is generated, the business opportunities of a plurality of service parties need to be considered to obtain the sequencing information, the respective business opportunities of the plurality of service parties also need to be considered to obtain the limiting information, and the business opportunities of different service parties can be different, for example, the business opportunities of different service parties can be set according to the respective business capabilities of the business opportunities, so that the opportunity of obtaining the business opportunities can be obtained by the service parties after the ordering under the condition that the number of the business opportunities obtained by the service party before the ordering is ensured; thus, if the opportunity generates a business opportunity, the business opportunity is obtained by the service party ranked after the business opportunity, therefore, the present disclosure can enable the business opportunity which may be wasted by the service party ranked before to be obtained by the service party ranked after the business opportunity, and thus, the distribution machine for obtaining the ranking information according to the business opportunity is beneficial to avoiding that a small number of service parties obtain the vast majority of opportunities, thereby obtaining the vast majority of business opportunities, and causing a Marble effect and a waste phenomenon of the business opportunity. Since business opportunities that may be wasted by the top-ranked service are obtained by the bottom-ranked service, the likelihood of saturating the business opportunities with the bottom-ranked service is generally less than with the top-ranked service, and thus, the bottom-ranked service is more likely to have the business opportunities switched. Therefore, the technical scheme provided by the disclosure is beneficial to more reasonable business opportunity distribution and improvement of the overall business opportunity conversion rate.
Optionally, the business transformation in the present disclosure may include: and obtaining the contact information of the user. For example, a telephone number or IM number or mailbox number of the user is obtained. The business conversion rate may refer to a percentage of the number of businesses that successfully obtain the contact details of the user to the total number of businesses.
In an optional example, the present disclosure may set the business opportunity obtaining ordering information for each target object in advance, and the business opportunity obtaining ordering information corresponding to any two target objects in the plurality of target objects may not be the same, and of course, the same possibility also exists. The business opportunity obtaining sequencing information corresponding to each of the multiple object matters can form a preset business opportunity obtaining sequencing set, so that after the opportunity information is received, the object matters corresponding to the opportunity information can be determined firstly, and then the business opportunity obtaining sequencing information corresponding to the object matters is obtained from the preset business opportunity obtaining sequencing set. For example, the identifier of the target object is determined according to the opportunity information, and the identifier of the target object is used for matching and searching in a preset business opportunity obtaining ordering set, so that the business opportunity obtaining ordering information corresponding to the target object is obtained from the searched matching record.
Optionally, the present disclosure may set a business opportunity for each target object at regular time to obtain the ranking information according to the service data, for example, the present disclosure may set a business opportunity for each target object to obtain the ranking information by using the service data at 1:00 a morning every day. The method and the system can also set business opportunities for newly added objects at any time according to the service data to obtain the sequencing information. Business data in this disclosure may refer to data maintained for a server as well as data maintained for a subject matter. For example, the traffic data in the present disclosure may include: all information related to the subject matter and the service provider is sequentially recorded during the circulation of the subject matter. Specifically, the service data may include attribute information of the subject matter itself, information of a service party to which the subject matter relates, and the like. The self-attribute information of the subject matter may include: identification of the subject matter, and information characterizing the subject matter (e.g., information such as location of origin, area, orientation, year, house type, etc.), etc. The information of the service party to which the subject matter relates may indicate an association relationship between the subject matter and the service party (e.g., a service that the service party has currently provided for the subject matter), and the like. Business data in the present disclosure may be stored in a data repository.
According to the method and the device, the business opportunity obtaining sequencing information is preset for the multiple object objects respectively, and the business opportunity obtaining sequencing information corresponding to the corresponding object objects is searched in the set formed by the multiple business opportunity obtaining sequencing information by utilizing the received opportunity information, so that the business opportunity obtaining sequencing information corresponding to the corresponding object objects can be conveniently and rapidly obtained.
In an alternative example, for any service party, the business opportunity acquisition limit information of the service party may be set according to the current time schedule and the current business opportunity acquisition schedule of the service party. The current time schedule in the present disclosure may indicate a position of the current time in a time period. A time period may be a week or a month or a quarter, etc. For example, one time period may be a natural month of the month in which the current time is. The current business opportunity obtaining progress of the service party in the disclosure may indicate a position of the total number of business opportunities that the service party has currently obtained in a preset business opportunity number threshold in a time period.
Optionally, the current schedules of multiple servers are generally the same. One example of determining the current schedule: the present disclosure may take a ratio of the number of days from No. 1 of the month in which the current time is present to the day in which the current time is present to the total number of days of the month in which the current time is present as the current time schedule. The current timeline may also be referred to as timeline completion.
Optionally, the current business acquisition progress of each service party is not always the same value. One example of determining the current business acquisition progress of any one of the service parties: the ratio of the total number of business opportunities obtained by the service party to the preset business opportunity number threshold value from number 1 of the month in which the current time is located to the day in which the current time is located can be used as the current business opportunity obtaining progress of the service party. All of the servers in the present disclosure may have the same preset number of business opportunities threshold.
Because the current time schedule can show the relationship between the time that the service party works and the time that the service party needs to work in a time period, and the current business opportunity obtaining schedule of the service party can show the relationship between the business opportunity quantity that the service party obtains and the preset business opportunity quantity threshold value in a time period, the business opportunity obtaining limit information of the service party is set by utilizing the current time schedule and the current business opportunity obtaining schedule of the service party, on one hand, the number of opportunities for forming business opportunities obtained by the service party in a time period is favorably ensured, on the other hand, the number of opportunities for forming business opportunities obtained by a plurality of service parties in a time period is favorably rationalized, and thus, the Martian' effect and the waste of business opportunities are favorably avoided.
In an alternative example, the present disclosure may purposely limit the opportunities that some service parties obtain to form business opportunities within a period of time. That is, the present disclosure may limit the number of opportunities that some service parties meeting preset conditions obtain for forming business opportunities within a time period. For example, the present disclosure may obtain a current business opportunity obtaining progress and a current time progress of each service party, and limit the number of opportunities for forming business opportunities that the service party obtains in a time period for the current business opportunity obtaining progress of each service party to be higher than the current time progress. And for the service party of which the current business obtaining progress is not higher than the current time progress, the number of opportunities for forming the business obtained by the service party in a time period is not limited.
Optionally, for a service party that needs to limit the number of obtained opportunities for forming business opportunities, the disclosure may set a business opportunity obtaining limiting factor for the service party according to the current time progress and the current business opportunity obtaining progress of the service party. The quotient opportunity acquisition limiting factor may represent a probability that the server obtains an opportunity to generate a quotient opportunity. The quotient gain limiting factor may be a probability value that is less than the first value.
Alternatively, for a facilitator that does not need to limit the number of opportunities obtained to form a merchant, the disclosure may set the merchant obtainment limit factor for that facilitator to a first value. I.e. the first value indicates that the opportunity for the service to gain access for forming a business opportunity is not restricted. Of course, for a service that does not require a limit on the number of opportunities obtained to form a business opportunity, the present disclosure may not set a business opportunity obtaining limiting factor for the service.
Optionally, the value range of the quotient opportunity obtaining limiting factor in the disclosure may be not less than the second value, and is less than or equal to the first value. For example, the first value may be 1, the second value may be 0.7, and so on. In the case where an opportunity for obtaining a business opportunity is generated and the business opportunity obtaining restriction factor of a service party is 0.75, it means that the service party has a probability of obtaining the opportunity of 75%.
The business opportunity obtaining limiting factor of each service party is set by utilizing the current time progress and the current business opportunity obtaining progress of each service party, and each service party is favorably and reasonably limited by obtaining the opportunity for forming the business opportunity, so that the opportunities for forming the business opportunity are favorably and reasonably distributed, and further the business opportunity generated by the opportunities is favorably and reasonably distributed.
In an optional example, when the business opportunity obtaining restriction factor is set for a service party, the calculation may be performed according to a difference between a current business opportunity obtaining progress of the service party and a current time progress and a preset smoothing factor, and a calculation result is used as the business opportunity obtaining restriction factor of the service party. For example, the disclosure may calculate the business opportunity acquisition limiting factor of the service party by using an index with a base e, wherein the size of the index is determined by the difference between the current business opportunity acquisition progress and the current time progress of the service party and a preset smoothing factor. The present disclosure may calculate the business of the server to obtain the restriction factor using the following equation (1):
F=e(x-y)×ln0.5formula (1)
In the above formula (1), x represents the current business acquisition progress of a service party, y represents the current time progress, 0.5 is a preset smoothing factor, and ln represents a logarithm based on e.
Alternatively, the relationship between F and (x-y) in the present disclosure may be as shown in FIG. 6. The abscissa in fig. 6 represents (x-y), and the ordinate represents F. Since (x-y) in this disclosure is greater than 0, F calculated using equation (1) is less than 1. The larger the value of (x-y) (i.e., closer to 1), the smaller F (i.e., closer to 0), i.e., the stronger the limit on the chance that the service gets to form the business opportunity, and the smaller the value of (x-y) (i.e., closer to 0), the larger F (i.e., closer to 1), i.e., the weaker the limit on the chance that the service gets to form the business opportunity.
The business opportunity obtaining limiting factor of the service party is set by utilizing the difference value between the current business opportunity obtaining progress and the current time progress of the service party and the smoothing factor, so that the business opportunity obtaining limiting factor is smoothly and continuously changed, the service party is set to obtain the reasonable business opportunity obtaining limiting factor, and the opportunity for forming the business opportunity is reasonably distributed.
In an alternative example, the preset number of business opportunities threshold in the present disclosure may be set according to a distribution of a total number of historical business opportunities respectively obtained by all service parties in a geographic area in a predetermined time period and a total number of historical business opportunities converted respectively. The geographic scope of the present disclosure generally relates to the geographic scope in which the ordered plurality of service providers are located. For example, if the ranked multiple service providers are service providers located in the same city, the disclosure may set the preset number-of-business threshold according to the total number of historical business opportunities obtained by all service providers in the city in a predetermined time period and the distribution of the total number of historical business opportunities converted by all service providers in the city. For another example, if the ranked multiple service providers are service providers located in the same region of the same city, the disclosure may set the preset business opportunity number threshold according to the distribution of the total number of historical business opportunities and the total number of historical business opportunity conversions obtained by each service provider in the region of the city within a predetermined time period. The predetermined time period may be one week, one month, one quarter, or the like. The historical business transformation total number of a server in this disclosure may refer to the number of times that the server successfully circulated the ownership of the subject matter. The preset business opportunity quantity threshold is set by utilizing the historical business opportunity total quantity obtained by all the service parties in the region range where the plurality of service parties are located in the preset time period and the distribution of the historical business opportunity conversion total quantity, so that the preset business opportunity quantity threshold is favorably combined with the region characteristics and the historical business opportunity condition, and the preset business opportunity quantity threshold is favorably made to better meet the actual condition.
An example of a distribution of the total number of historical business opportunities each obtained by all of the servers within a geographic area over a predetermined period of time and the total number of historical business opportunities each converted may be shown in fig. 7.
In fig. 7, the abscissa represents the total number of historical business opportunities obtained by all the servers of a city within one month, and the ordinate represents the number of times that all the servers of a city respectively circulate the ownership of the subject matter within one month. From the distribution shown in fig. 7, the present disclosure may consider 200 as a preset number of business thresholds.
