a lease change information acquiring module 40 for acquiring lease change information; the leasing change information comprises a site leasing contract label;
the searching and marking module 50 is connected with the renting change information acquiring module 40 and used for searching a position in the multifunctional indoor map according to the renting change information and marking the position according to the renting change information;
the site leasing information acquisition module 60 is connected with the search marking module 50 and is used for acquiring new site leasing information according to the site attribute information of the site corresponding to the site leasing contract mark and the leasing change information;
the map generating module 30 is connected to the site lease information acquiring module 60, and is configured to update the multifunctional indoor map according to the new site lease information.

acquiring a site map of a target area;
obtaining site leasing information and user consumption information corresponding to each site;
and generating a multifunctional indoor map according to the site map, the site leasing information and the user consumption information.
2. The method for generating a multifunctional indoor map as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of acquiring rental information and consumption information of a lot corresponding to each lot specifically comprises the steps of:
obtaining a site leasing contract corresponding to each site in the site map, and analyzing the site leasing contract to obtain corresponding site leasing information;
acquiring a monitoring video and a site consumption record within a preset time length, and analyzing the monitoring video and the site consumption record to obtain the user consumption information;
the site tenant information comprises the site lease contract label, the site tenant name, the site tenant attribute, the site lease time and the site lease cost; the user consumption information comprises the site people flow information and the site sales condition information.
3. The method for generating a multifunctional indoor map as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of generating a multifunctional indoor map according to the venue map, the venue lease information, and the user consumption information specifically comprises the steps of:
searching the position of the tenant leasing site in the site map according to the site leasing contract label;
drawing a rental lot profile at a location in the lot map;
and adding the site leasing information and the user consumption information at the position of the leasing site outline to generate the multifunctional indoor map.
4. The generation method of a multifunctional indoor map according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized by further comprising:
obtaining lease change information; the leasing change information comprises a site leasing contract label;
searching a position in the multifunctional indoor map according to the lease change information, and marking the position according to the lease change information;
acquiring new site leasing information according to site attribute information of a site corresponding to the site leasing contract label and the leasing change information;
and updating the multifunctional indoor map according to the new site leasing information.
5. The method for generating a multifunctional indoor map as claimed in claim 4, wherein the acquiring rental change information specifically includes:
obtaining leasing change information corresponding to a leasing place from a tenant; the lease change information comprises lease expiration information and lease default information; the lease expiration information comprises a lot lease contract label for expiration of the lease expiration and the lease expiration time; the lease default information comprises a lot lease contract mark number of the unexpired default termination lease and a lot return time.
6. A multifunctional indoor map generation device is characterized by comprising:
the map acquisition module is used for acquiring a site map of the target area;
the information acquisition module is used for acquiring site leasing information and user consumption information corresponding to each site;
and the map generation module is respectively connected with the map acquisition module and the information acquisition module and is used for generating a multifunctional indoor map according to the site map, the site leasing information and the user consumption information.

the site leasing information acquisition unit is used for acquiring site leasing contracts corresponding to all the sites in the site map and analyzing the site leasing contracts to obtain corresponding site leasing information;
and the user consumption information acquisition unit is used for acquiring the monitoring video and the site consumption record within the preset time length, and analyzing the monitoring video and the site consumption record to obtain the user consumption information.

the searching unit is used for searching the position of the tenant leasing site in the site map according to the site leasing contract label;

the map generation module is connected with the site lease information acquisition module and used for updating the multifunctional indoor map according to the new site lease information.
