Detailed Description
The present invention is further described below in conjunction with the following figures and specific examples so that those skilled in the art may better understand the present invention and practice it, but the examples are not intended to limit the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, the invention discloses a method for manufacturing a dropping bottle for metering and pipetting a trace amount of liquid, which comprises the following steps:
step one, cutting the disposable pipette tip 10 to obtain a tip of the pipette tip, wherein the inner diameter of the tip of the pipette tip is larger than that of a tip of a dropper.
In this step, the outer diameter of the dropper tip can be measured, the disposable pipette tip 10 is cut according to the measured outer diameter of the dropper tip, and the cutting position of the disposable pipette tip 10 ensures that the corresponding inner diameter is greater than or equal to 90% of the outer diameter of the dropper tip. The inner diameter of the disposable gun head can be smaller than the outer diameter of the tip of the drip bottle, and because the materials are plastic, the disposable gun head can provide initial pretightening force through the external force sleeve during assembly, and interference fit is realized.
And step two, sleeving the tip of the gun head on the tip of the dropping bottle to realize clearance fit between the tip of the gun head and the tip of the dropping bottle, and sealing and fixing the tip of the gun head and the tip of the dropping bottle to obtain a combined tip 13 of the dropping bottle.
In this step, the tip of the gun head and the tip of the dropper bottle can be connected in a sealing way by hot melting or gluing.
And step three, taking the metal wire 20 with the preset outer diameter, and penetrating the metal wire 20 into the hole diameter of the dropper combination sharp head 13.
The metal wire 20 is a copper wire, and may be a metal wire made of other materials such as a steel wire. The outer diameter of the wire 20 is 0.05mm to 0.3mm, for example, the outer diameter of the wire may be 0.127mm or 0.2032 mm. The outer diameter of the wire 20 can be selected according to the operational requirements.
And step four, vertically placing the dropping bottle combined tip 13 penetrated with the metal wire 20, heating the dropping bottle combined tip 13 penetrated with the metal wire 20 to enable the dropping bottle combined tip 13 to be melted and attached to the metal wire 20, and then stopping heating.
During the heating process, the dropper combination tip 13 is elongated due to gravity, and the outer diameter of the dropper combination tip 13 becomes smaller.
In this step, the heating source 30 is located directly below the dropper combination tip 13, and the heating source 30 may be an alcohol burner. The heating source 30 may also be provided around the dropper tip 13, such as a heating wire.
And step five, drawing the metal wire 20 out of the heated dropping bottle combined sharp head 13.
The wire 20 is required to be slightly pulled out, and after the wire 20 is pulled out, the inside of the combination tip 13 of the dropping bottle is provided with a through hole with a specific hole diameter, and the hole diameter of the through hole is the same as the outer diameter of the wire 20.
And step six, cutting and removing the lower end part of the dropper combination sharp head 13 to obtain the dropper combination sharp head 13 with the target inner diameter. To enhance accuracy, the cut can be made under a microscope.
A disposable pipette tip 10 having a disposable pipette tip 10 of 10 may be selected for use in the present invention.
In the present invention, when using a dropper bottle or a pipette to transfer liquid, when the liquid drop is squeezed out, the gravity and the surface tension of the liquid drop will keep balance, and further squeezing will break the balance of the forces to cause the liquid drop to drop from the tip of the dropper bottle or the pipette, therefore, the inner diameter of the dropper bottle combination tip 13 determines the volume of the liquid drop per drop.
The invention can be used for repeatedly distributing samples or reagents with fixed volumes, can effectively improve the working efficiency of a plurality of testing processes needing repeated liquid transfer, and can also be used as a liquid transfer pipe for sucking and distributing samples or reagents with fixed volumes. Therefore, the invention can be used as a low-cost immediate and rapid diagnosis dropper/pipettor, namely POCT.

The equivalent substitution or change made by the technical personnel in the technical field on the basis of the invention is all within the protection scope of the invention. The protection scope of the invention is subject to the claims.
