Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of powder material transportation equipment, in particular to a powder material transportation vehicle material cover and a powder material transportation vehicle.
Background
The powder material transport vehicle consists of special chassis, tank, gas pipeline system, automatic unloading device, etc. The method is suitable for bulk transportation of powder dry materials with particle diameters not larger than 0.1mm, such as fly ash, cement, lime powder, ore powder, granular alkali and the like. The market holding quantity of the existing powder and particle material transport vehicle is about 10 ten thousand, the annual updating quantity is about 2-3 ten thousand, and the number of workers is about 15 ten thousand.
The material cover of the powder material transporting vehicle is positioned at the top end of the vehicle and is about 4 meters away from the ground, and a driver usually bears the work of opening and closing the material cover. The material cover of the existing powder and particle material transport vehicle mostly needs a driver to climb to the top of the vehicle to open and close through an escalator (welded and fixed on the side surface of the tank body) of the vehicle. The frequency is that before loading, the material cover needs to be climbed to the roof to open, and after the material is filled, the material cover needs to be climbed again to close.
The common material cover structure is disclosed in the invention patent with the patent number ZL201620629602.8, and the four-claw material cover in the bulk cement truck consists of a cover plate 2, an adjusting spanner 4, a safety mechanism 10 and other parts, wherein a return spring is usually arranged on a hook 12 of the safety mechanism 10. The material cover has the following defects:
1) The material cover is opened and closed, and the material cover is required to be arranged on the roof through the escalator, particularly in rainy days or at low temperature in rainy days, and the escalator and the roof are frozen by rainwater or the rainwater, so that the soles of operators slip, serious potential safety hazards are brought, particularly for operators with older ages, and safety accidents are more easy to occur;
2) This safety mechanism of material lid, in user's actual operation, there is the return spring return inefficacy of crotch perhaps operating personnel maloperation foot to step on after, safety mechanism is in open mode, if the jar internal air pressure does not empty this time, there is high-pressure gas, operating personnel opens the maloperation of material lid, the material lid can be opened suddenly under high-pressure gas's impact, the material lid is strong to strike operating personnel's head, will lead to great disability and casualties, even have to avoid direct impact unfortunately, also can produce the danger that falls to ground from the vehicle top, bring serious injury. Especially, the addition of new drivers, unskilled in the process of opening the material cover, insufficient knowledge of danger and the mind of getting lucky are all causes of accidents, and the safety accidents of hurting people by multiple material covers can occur each year.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the technical problems that an operator needs to climb a roof to open and close the material cover of the existing powder material transport vehicle and safety accidents are easy to happen, the invention provides the powder material transport vehicle material cover which can realize automatic opening and closing operation of the material cover without climbing the roof by the operator, improves operation convenience, reduces labor intensity, improves operation safety and achieves the purposes of safe and efficient production.

The material cover of the powder material transport vehicle is characterized by comprising a material feeding cover, a material discharging opening ring, a translation driving mechanism, an expansion medium filling and discharging unit and a controller, wherein the material discharging opening ring is arranged on a material feeding hole of a tank body of the powder material transport vehicle, the translation driving mechanism is arranged on the tank body and connected with the material feeding cover and used for driving the material feeding cover to translate to and move away from the upper part of the material discharging opening ring, a sealing ring is arranged on the bottom surface of the material feeding cover, the expansion medium filling and discharging unit can fill and discharge expansion medium into the sealing ring to enable the sealing ring to expand or shrink, the sealing ring can be in sealing fit with the material discharging opening ring after being expanded, and the translation driving mechanism and the expansion medium filling and discharging unit are respectively and electrically connected with the controller.

The feeding cover comprises a feeding opening ring and a cover plate, the cover plate is welded on the top surface of the feeding opening ring, an annular groove is formed in the bottom surface of the feeding opening ring along the circumferential direction of the feeding opening ring, and the sealing ring is embedded and installed in the annular groove.
The translation driving mechanism comprises a driving device and a sliding rail, wherein the sliding rail is arranged on the front side and the rear side of the blanking opening ring along the left-right direction and is arranged on the tank body, the feeding cover is in sliding connection with the sliding rail, the driving device is arranged on the tank body and is connected with the feeding cover and is used for driving the feeding cover to translate left and right, the feeding cover is translated right to trigger a travel switch on the sliding rail when the feeding cover is translated right to the position right above the blanking opening ring, and the driving device and the travel switch are respectively electrically connected with the controller.

Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the powder material transporting vehicle material cover comprises a material feeding cover 1, a material discharging opening ring 2, a translation driving mechanism, an expansion medium charging and discharging unit, a material cover opening switch, a material cover closing switch and a controller, wherein the material discharging opening ring 2 is arranged on a material feeding hole 5 of a tank body 4 of the powder material transporting vehicle, the translation driving mechanism is arranged on the tank body 4 and connected with the material feeding cover 1 and used for driving the material feeding cover 1 to translate to the position above the material discharging opening ring 2 and move away from the position above the material discharging opening ring 2, a sealing ring 8 is arranged on the bottom surface of the material feeding cover 1, the expansion medium charging and discharging unit can charge and discharge expansion medium into the sealing ring 8 to enable the sealing ring 8 to expand or contract, and the translation driving mechanism, the expansion medium charging and discharging unit, the material cover opening switch and the material cover closing switch are respectively and electrically connected with the controller after the sealing ring 8 is expanded.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the feeding cap 1 includes a feeding opening ring 14 and a cover plate 15, the cover plate 15 is welded on the top surface of the feeding opening ring 14, an annular groove 16 is formed on the bottom surface of the feeding opening ring 14 along the circumferential direction thereof, and the sealing ring 8 is embedded in the annular groove 16. The design is simple in structure, convenient to process and manufacture and convenient to install and protect the sealing ring.

Through setting up the slide rail can guarantee that the material loading lid is accurate, steady removal under drive arrangement's drive.
See fig. 1, fig. 3 and fig. 4, two pressing plates 17 are fixedly installed on the top surface of the feeding cover 1, the length direction of each pressing plate 17 is perpendicular to the sliding rail 6, two ends of each pressing plate 17 extend out to the upper portion of the sliding rail 6 and are in sliding connection with the sliding rail 6, the pressing plates 17 located on the right side trigger the travel switch 7 when the feeding cover 1 translates to the position right above the blanking mouth ring 2, two outer sides of two ends of each pressing plate 17 are respectively provided with a feeding cover limiting assembly, and the feeding cover limiting assemblies are installed on the tank body 4 and used for preventing the feeding cover 1 from moving upwards after the sealing rings 8 expand. Preferably, the material loading lid spacing subassembly includes mount pad 21 and adjusting bolt 22, and the lower extreme welding of mount pad 21 is on jar body 4, and the upper end of mount pad 21 has horizontal extension board 23, and horizontal extension board 23 extends to clamp plate 17 top, and adjusting bolt 22 passes horizontal extension board 23 and locks through nut 29, and adjusting bolt 22 is used for pushing down clamp plate 17 after sealing washer 8 inflation, and then prevents material loading lid 1 to reciprocate upwards. By means of the design, sliding connection of the feeding cover and the sliding rail can be achieved conveniently, meanwhile, the pressing plate and the feeding cover limiting assembly are matched to achieve limiting of the vertical direction of the feeding cover, accordingly, after the sealing ring is expanded, gap between the feeding cover and the discharging opening ring can be sealed, effective sealing of the feeding cover is achieved, adjusting bolts are convenient to adjust, and when the feeding cover is used, the pressing plate is pressed by the four adjusting bolts.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in this embodiment, the driving device selects an air cylinder 3, the cylinder body of the air cylinder 3 is hinged with an air cylinder fixing bracket 18 fixed on the tank body 4, an air cylinder connecting seat 19 is fixedly installed on the left side surface of a pressing plate 17 positioned on the left side, a piston rod of the air cylinder 3 is hinged with the air cylinder connecting seat 19, an air cylinder electromagnetic valve 11 is installed on a pipe air path (including an air cylinder shrinkage pipe air path 9 and an air cylinder stretching pipe air path 10) of the air cylinder 3, the air cylinder electromagnetic valve 11 is a two-position five-way electromagnetic valve, the air cylinder electromagnetic valve 11 is electrically connected with a controller, the sealing ring 8 selects a high-pressure sealing ring, the expansion medium charging and discharging unit comprises a sealing ring electromagnetic valve 13, the sealing ring electromagnetic valve 13 is a two-position three-way electromagnetic valve, and the sealing ring electromagnetic valve 13 is installed on the pipe air path 12 of the sealing ring and is electrically connected with the controller. Referring to fig. 3 and 5, the material cover of the powder and particle material transport vehicle of the present invention further includes an elastic scraper 24, the elastic scraper 24 may be made of a high elastic sheet steel, with low cost, the elastic scraper 24 is disposed on the right side of the material cover 1 and the plate surface thereof is disposed vertically, the length direction of the elastic scraper 24 is perpendicular to the translation direction of the material cover 1, the upper end of the elastic scraper 24 is fixedly connected to a scraper connection angle 26 through a scraper connection bolt 25, the scraper connection angle 26 is fixedly connected to an assembly connection angle 28 through an assembly connection bolt 27, the assembly connection angle 28 is welded and fixed to the material cover 1, the lower edge of the elastic scraper 24 is lower than the upper end surface of the material opening ring 2, and the elastic scraper 24 can scrape the upper end surface of the material opening ring 2 in the process of translating the material opening ring 1 to or moving away from the upper end surface of the material opening ring 2. Through setting up the elasticity scraper blade, when the upper cover translation is to feed opening circle top and is removed from the feed opening circle top, the elasticity scraper blade can scrape the feed opening circle twice, realizes the self-cleaning of dust, debris etc. on the feed opening circle, guarantees that high-pressure seal circle can with the reliable contact of feed opening circle, guarantees sealed reliability.
The invention relates to a powder material transport vehicle, which is characterized in that a tank body of the transport vehicle is provided with a material cover of the powder material transport vehicle.
The opening and closing process of the powder material transporting vehicle cover of the present invention will be described in detail below, taking fig. 1 as an example.
1. Opening the valve
Before opening, checking the barometer of the tank body 4 to confirm that no high-pressure gas exists in the tank body 4, and if any, firstly operating a deflation valve (the tank body of the vehicle is provided with the vehicle) to deflate;
The controller is connected with the sealing ring electromagnetic valve 13, the sealing ring electromagnetic valve 13 is connected with the air release valve of the sealing ring 8, the sealing ring 8 discharges internal high-pressure air through self rebound resilience, the sealing ring 8 contracts, the sealing ring 8 is separated from contact with the blanking mouth ring 2, sealing is released, then the controller is connected with the air cylinder electromagnetic valve 11, the air cylinder electromagnetic valve 11 opens the air cylinder contraction pipe air passage 9, the air cylinder 3 contracts under the action of high-pressure air, the piston rod drives the feeding cover 1 to translate leftwards, the air cylinder 3 automatically stops after reaching the minimum contraction limiting stroke, and the blanking mouth ring 2 is completely exposed at the moment, so that the purpose of opening the feeding cover is achieved.
2. Closing
The controller is switched on the cylinder electromagnetic valve 11, the cylinder electromagnetic valve 11 is switched on the cylinder extension pipe gas channel 10, the cylinder 3 extends out under the action of high-pressure gas, the piston rod drives the feeding cover 1 to translate rightwards, the travel switch 7 is triggered when the feeding cover 1 translates to the position right above the blanking mouth ring 2, the controller controls the cylinder electromagnetic valve 11 to be powered off, the cylinder electromagnetic valve 11 is switched off the pipe gas channel of the cylinder 3, the cylinder 3 stops working, meanwhile, the travel switch 7 is triggered, the controller is also switched on the sealing ring electromagnetic valve 13, the sealing ring electromagnetic valve 13 is switched on the air inlet valve of the sealing ring 8, the sealing ring 8 expands to drive the feeding cover 1 to ascend, and the sealing ring 8 seals a gap between the feeding cover 1 and the blanking mouth ring 2 under the reverse acting force of the adjusting bolt 22 of the feeding cover limiting assembly, so that the purpose of closing and sealing the feeding cover is achieved.
