Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of bicycles, and particularly relates to a double-sided saddle and a bicycle with the same.
Background
The electric bicycle has become a main vehicle for people to travel in short distance, and has the advantages of being green, energy-saving, convenient and fast.
Saddles are the primary riding member on electric bicycles. The saddle in the prior art comprises a seat plate, a foaming body and a seat surface layer, wherein the foaming body is fixed on the upper part of the seat plate, and the seat surface layer wraps the foaming body and the seat plate to form the saddle. The existing traditional saddle has a single fixed structure, and is inconvenient to ride in raining or insolation weather.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides the double-faced saddle which solves the problems that the existing saddle is single in structure and inconvenient to use in severe weather.
The invention is realized in such a way, and the double-sided saddle is characterized in that: the seat cushion comprises a base, wherein an embedded groove is formed in the upper portion of the base, a seat cushion body is embedded in the embedded groove of the base, the lower portion of the seat cushion body is embedded in the embedded groove of the base, the upper portion of the seat cushion body protrudes out of the base to form a sitting portion, and the seat cushion body is detachably mounted on the base.
The cushion body in the invention is detachable and can be used by changing the surface up and down, and has the following advantages:
1. when the electric bicycle is used in rainy or sunny days, the cushion body of the outdoor electric bicycle saddle is turned over before riding, so that the seat surface is prevented from being wet or high in temperature, and the electric bicycle is convenient to ride.
2. The double surfaces of the seat cushion body can be used, the wear resistance of the seat surface is doubled, and the service life of the saddle is prolonged.
3. The seat surface layers of the upper surface part and the lower surface part of the seat cushion body can be designed into different materials according to the vehicle type, so that more choices are provided for riders.
In the above technical solution, preferably, the cushion body is connected with the base by a nylon fastener, and the nylon fasteners connected with the base are disposed on both the upper surface portion and the lower surface portion of the cushion body.
In the above technical solution, preferably, the cushion body includes a foam body and a cushion surface layer wrapped outside the foam body.
In the above technical scheme, preferably, the seat surface layer includes a leather surface layer and a cloth surface layer, the leather surface layer and the cloth surface layer are respectively wrapped on the upper surface portion and the lower surface portion of the foam body, and the leather surface layer and the cloth surface layer are connected by stitching. The riding feeling and the air permeability of the sitting surface layers made of the two materials are greatly different, and a rider can independently select according to own preference and riding environment.
In the above technical solution, preferably, hook surface fasteners are fixed in the embedding grooves of the base, and the upper surface portion and the lower surface portion of the cushion body are provided with suede fasteners connected with the hook surface fasteners. The suede surface thread gluing and the hook surface thread gluing are two parts of the nylon thread gluing which are mutually matched, and the suede surface thread gluing can not generate scratch and rub with the outer clothing of a rider.
In the above technical solution, preferably, the front and rear portions of the upper surface of the cushion body and the front and rear portions of the lower surface of the cushion body are respectively fixed with the suede-like fastening. The arrangement position of the suede sticky buckle avoids the seating surface area of the seat cushion body, so that the seating surface of the seat cushion body is smoother, and the seat is comfortable.
In the above technical solution, preferably, the shape of the upper surface portion and the lower surface portion of the cushion body is the same, and the shape of the bottom surface of the insertion groove of the base is fitted with the shape of the upper surface portion and the lower surface portion of the cushion body. The base can carry out full contact bearing to the cushion body, guarantees that the cushion body lower part is indeformable under the condition of being pressed to sit, makes the life of the cushion body longer, and helps the stable installation of the cushion body.
In the above technical solution, preferably, two side portions of the caulking groove of the base are concave edges. The lower concave edge of the base forms notches at the two side parts of the seat cushion body, so that the contact between the base and the inner parts of the thighs of a rider is avoided, the inner sides of the thighs frequently move and can directly contact the seat cushion body in the riding process of the rider, the riding is more comfortable, and the discomfort caused by rubbing the inner sides of the thighs of the rider due to the seam between the edge of the base and the seat cushion body is eliminated.
In the above technical solution, preferably, two side portions of the cushion body are connected with a strap, free ends of the strap are connected with plastic buckles capable of being mutually inserted, and a groove for mounting the seat frame is formed in the lower portion of the base.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a bicycle fitted with a double-sided saddle as described above.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail with reference to the following embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
In order to solve the defects that the existing saddle is single in structure and inconvenient to use in severe weather, the invention particularly provides a double-sided saddle and a bicycle with the same. To further illustrate the structure of the present invention, the following detailed description is made with reference to the accompanying drawings:
example one
Referring to fig. 1-3, a double-sided saddle comprises a base 1. The base is an injection molding. In the embodiment, the front end and the rear end of the lower part of the base are integrally molded with an inserting part 1-1 with a jack, and a saddle support 2 is inserted on the inserting part.
The upper part of the base is provided with an embedded groove. In this embodiment, the periphery of the base is bent upwards to form the caulking groove.
The seat cushion body 3 is embedded in the embedded groove of the base, and the lower part of the seat cushion body is embedded in the embedded groove of the base. The upper part of the cushion body protrudes out of the base to form a sitting part, and the cushion body is detachably arranged on the base. The base has the function of supporting and stabilizing the cushion body.
The seat cushion body is connected with the base through nylon fasteners, and the nylon fasteners connected with the base are arranged on the upper face portion and the lower face portion of the seat cushion body. Namely, the upper surface part and the lower surface part of the cushion body can be embedded in the embedding groove of the base according to selection, so that different surface parts of the cushion body face upwards.
In this embodiment, the cushion body includes a foam body and a cushion surface layer wrapped outside the foam body. In this example, the foam was a polyurethane foam. The sitting surface layer comprises a leather surface layer and a cloth surface layer. The leather surface layer and the cloth surface layer are respectively wrapped on the upper surface part and the lower surface part of the foaming body and are connected in a sewing mode. The riding experience and the air permeability of the sitting surface layer made of the cloth surface and the leather surface are greatly different, and riders can independently select according to own favor and riding environment.
The nylon thread gluing is a combined piece and comprises a hook surface thread gluing 4 and a suede surface thread gluing 5 which can be mutually bonded. The hook surface thread gluing is fixed in the caulking groove of the base, and in the embodiment, the hook surface thread gluing is glued on the inner surface of the caulking groove of the base. The upper face part and the lower face part of the seat cushion body are provided with suede sticking buckles connected with the hook face sticking buckles. In this embodiment, the suede-like fastening is sewn to the upper and lower surfaces of the cushion body. The suede surface fastener corresponds to the hook surface fastener in position. In this embodiment, the front and rear parts of the upper surface of the cushion body and the front and rear parts of the lower surface of the cushion body are respectively fixed with the suede-like fasteners, and the hook-surface fasteners are correspondingly fixed at the front and rear parts in the embedding groove of the base.
In this embodiment, the shape of the upper and lower surfaces of the cushion body is the same, i.e., the surface shape is symmetrical about the midline of the cushion body. The bottom surface of the embedding groove of the base is matched with the upper surface part and the lower surface part of the cushion body in shape. After the cushion body is embedded into the embedding groove of the base, the inner surface of the embedding groove of the base is ensured to be completely attached to the face of the cushion body.
The two sides of the caulking groove of the base are concave edges. The lower concave edge of the base forms notches at the two side parts of the seat cushion body, so that the contact between the base and the inner parts of the thighs of a rider is avoided, the inner sides of the thighs frequently move and can directly contact the seat cushion body in the riding process of the rider, the riding is more comfortable, and the discomfort caused by rubbing the inner sides of the thighs of the rider due to the seam between the edge of the base and the seat cushion body is eliminated.
Example two
Please refer to fig. 4, which includes a base 1. The base is an injection molding. In the embodiment, the lower part of the base is provided with a groove 1-2 for mounting a seat frame, a screw rod is embedded in the groove of the base, and the base is mounted on the bicycle seat frame through the screw rod and a matched nut. .
The upper part of the base is provided with an embedded groove. The seat cushion body 3 is embedded in the embedded groove of the base, and the lower part of the seat cushion body is embedded in the embedded groove of the base. The upper part of the cushion body protrudes out of the base to form a sitting part, and the cushion body is detachably arranged on the base. The base has the function of supporting and stabilizing the cushion body.
The two sides of the cushion body are connected with a bandage 6, and the bandage in the embodiment is an elastic bandage. The free end of the binding band is connected with a plastic insert buckle 7 which can be inserted into each other. The plastic eye-splice is the conventional part now, commonly uses in fields such as schoolbag, child's bike. The cushion body can be fixed on the base by using the binding band locked by the plastic eye-splice.
EXAMPLE III
A bicycle is provided with the double-sided saddle. As is well known to those skilled in the art, the bicycle includes basic components such as wheels, front forks, frames, saddles, etc., the saddle in this embodiment being a double-sided saddle as described above.
